A beautiful penthouse apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a modern design. Was a perfect base for exploring Kefalonia.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf Tal und Meer von der Terasse. Vermieterin Hermina war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war super bequem, der Strand von Petani um die Ecke. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, etwas Kaffee war bei Ankunft vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war Anfang Juni sehr ruhig, super zum Entspannen. Die Küche haben wir nur sparsam benutzt, war aber gut ausgestattet. Alles war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Anna’s villa is amazing. It’s modern and spacious, with top of the line appliances, high end finishes, and everything you’d expect from a luxury villa. The outdoor space is also fantastic, with a refreshing plunge pool, outdoor shower, pizza oven, and a covered gathering space that’s perfect for outdoor meals or drinks. But what really makes the place special is the spectacular location - perched high above Assos with amazing views of the mountains and sea. Our group of four fell in love with this place, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The semi private cove was a big highlight, no one else used this our entire trip so felt like we had a private beach on the doorstep! The views were incredible from the garden, one day we planned to go to the beach however enjoyed the garden so much we decided to stay! Great distance to lassi where the restaurants and bars are. Paid €8 for a taxi into argostoli and took roughly 7minutes to drive. Very good location’

We had a great time in Akgonas. It was very peaceful with a lovely view over the sea. Panagis was a great host and helped us when we needed. The apartment has amazing beaches very close by.

We spent an amazing ten days at this lovely property. It took us by surprise on arrival, photos really don’t do it justice. The rear is nicely enclosed, and the front overlooks an olive grove. The garden around the property itself has an olive tree, several fruit trees, flowers and even a couple of tortoises. 🐢 Some local products were left in the kitchen for us when we arrived, always helpful! The area is not touristy at all, which we liked, but a car is essential if you want to explore the island properly. Good central location. There is on street park close by. Would definitely stay here again! 💙🇬🇷

Our hosts were wonderful and so helpful. They booked our taxi for us who met us at the airport and knew exactly where to go. Galini and Dimitris met us at the apartment and showed us around when we arrived. The location and view is amazing. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The apartment is simple and comfortable for a short stay. They also have a daily cleaning service We would come back and stay longer.

This was the perfect holiday home. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the infinity pool was perfect and used every day. Relaxing on the sun beds and reading our books with a panoramic view of the sea was perfect. Although our stay was only a week, the villa was cleaned and all towels replaced half way through our stay. Pool towels were provided and good quality shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms. The air con was efficient and quiet. Gerasimo was the perfect host, responding to any queries efficiently and pleasantly. We appreciated the welcome gifts and especially the delicious baklava baked by Gerasimo's wife and delivered on our last day. Kefalonia is a beautiful island and this was the perfect villa to enjoy it from.

We had a lovely stay, the place was exactly as we’d hoped, clean, free of clutter and with a great view. Hosts were very friendly, gave us loads of recommendations and invited us to message any time if we needed anything. Friendly housekeeper came by each day to do the bins, clean towels if needed etc, which was very appreciated. It was about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Argostoli, those with mobility issues may struggle due to the hills but you can drive there in a matter of minutes. Would definitely stay again if we come back!

What a wonderful experience ! The agent Dimitra was so responsive and the owners Maria and George own the Rotsis bakery up the road. Maria came every morning with fresh omelettes ( mine were shrimp) amazing local yoghurt , warm bread and pastries and fresh espressos. Nothing was too much and we were very spoiled. The location is perfect ! Its own private beach and a two minute walk along the water front to the port and amazing restaurants. Absolutely stunning in every way !!!!! This apartment is next-level: - beautifully furnished and appointed - with a very handy, highly-rated pizza place directly below it on the ground floor! It's fantastically located - right on the harbourside with loads of shops/amenities minutes' walk away (and turtles visiting in the bay directly opposite the apartment!). Despite its central location, the entrance is down a peaceful side street and when you're in the hot-tub you can't see the street at all but look directly out to the bay and the lights across the water - it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Clio, the representative, couldn't have been more helpful and responsive and our stay here was just about perfect in every way: this place is something really special!

The place was clean and Dimitris was a very good host. Very friendly with good recommendations on restaurants and places to see. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the city square where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. We felt safe walking at night to and from the apartment. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the hot water. There is hot water but it can run out fairly quickly. It was enough for 2 quick showers but that was about it. Not too much of an issue and we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Christina and her parents are kind and generous hosts, providing basic provisions and gifts of home-grown pomegranates and eggs from their own hens. The apartment was light, airy and well furnished, with good bed linen and plenty of towels, loo roll, shower gel, etc. Good light-excluding shutters and quiet, efficient air con. The gardens are pretty and well-maintained with seating in sun or shade, as preferred. Attractively lit in the evenings. The views of the sea and mountains are stunning from dual aspect balconies, which are in sunshine all day long. 10 minute walk to the sea and nearest tavernas. Narrow beaches are stony but accessible. 5 minute drive to pretty port of Sami with small supermarkets, shops and many bars and tavernas. Ferries to Ithaca and mainland. No sandy beaches locally. However, the sea is beautifully clear.

Beautiful and comfortable one bedroom apartment within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the port, with a beautiful view and terrace, and a short drive from the stunning beach of Antisamos. The owners are friendly, always available, and helpful. Highly recommended.

The apparent is beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated, the bed is comfy anf the facilities are brand new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view is beautiful. Great location, just perfect for reaching all the island attractios. Memi and her mother are wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. We had a wonderful stay, I recommend this appartment very much!

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment is just like the pictures. Katerina sent us video instructions for how to open the insect screens, hot water button, how the oven works, etc, and everything worked perfectly as described. There were welcome items such as water, butter and jams in the fridge and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding and pillows. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast in the morning sunshine, and in the afternoon/evening there is welcome shade after a day of sightseeing. Argostoli is the perfect location with plenty of restaurants, shops and amenities very close by. We didn’t hire a car but we did use the local bus service frequently and it was very inexpensive and easy to get around. Many thanks for a lovely holiday

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

Such a lovely place, a small walk from some restaurants and maybe a 30 minute walk from the main square. The room was so nice and so was the host. Couldn’t recommend it more

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio per una settimana. La posizione è strategica per girare l’isola e i tramonti sono speciali. L’alloggio è come descritto in foto, con tutto il necessario. Bill è stato il miglior host mai avuto. Estremamente disponibile, simpatico e la marmellata fatta in casa che offre con il soggiorno è davvero deliziosa. La prossima vacanza a Cefalonia sicuramente alloggeremo qui!

What a wonderful, tranquil place, Villa Rosa is! The gardens are tidy, and well kept and so colourful! As has already been said, “what’s not to like?!!” Joy and her team, made you feel that nothing was too much trouble for them, when it came to answering your every whim! And they were always smiling, and never made you feel that you were in the way. The location is superb, and because it’s away from main roads, it’s very quiet. It’s near the sea, and a 7 minute walk from the beach at Trapezaki, and Denis Taverna. A Hire car is a must as there’s so much to see. Now for the breakfast menu, wow! There was a variety of options for breakfast, and all food was cooked to perfection! Joy was willing to accommodate our unusual dietary limitations, too! And on to cleanliness, in a word, spotless!! The cleaning lady went in every day so there was no chance that dirt or sand could accumulate on the floor! The linen and towels were replaced with fresh, every third day, so everything smelled clean!

La casa di George si è rivelata essere tutto quello che prometteva e anche di più! Posizione comodissima, letteralmente a due passi sia dal centro che dal lungomare, ma nonostante questo tranquilla e con numerosi posti auto a bordo strada nei paraggi. L'abitazione era pulita, ordinata e ha saputo rispondere a qualsiasi nostra esigenza per tutte le otto notti del nostro soggiorno. George, l'host, meriterebbe un capitolo a parte! Gentilissimo, super disponibile, i suoi consigli sui luoghi e le spiagge da visitare, uniti a quelli logistici sul dove mangiare, fare la spesa, ecc.. hanno davvero contribuito alla perfetta riuscita della nostra vacanza! Le sue informazioni sui giorni di arrivo delle navi da crociera nel porto di Argostoli si sono rivelate fondamentali per la nostra organizzazione del "quando andare dove" permettendoci di goderci al meglio le bellezze dell'isola. A very cosy place indeed,Manolis and Mum are so nice and kind. I suffer from a bad back ,and I told Manolis that the mattress didn’t suit me: he bought a brand new one, and it was installed within a couple of hours.Amazing response. It was delightful sitting in the pretty garden watching the butterflies fluttering in the bougainvillea. So peaceful .
