Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in District 5

Very nice and cozy apartment. Host and Co-hosts are easy to communicate and always response promptly to my needs. Just one thing I'd like to mention is the noise at night from the neighbors upstairs, which I think Management can improve by advice guests to be mindful of noise at night time to consider other guests in the building. When booking transportation by Grab, make sure you mention Zenity because the app hasn't updated the info but instead displaced “Subgate” which confused the drivers. Overall it's a lovely place and convenient to explore to city center.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, minimalist, and functional. The location was perfect, the host was super responsive and provided everything we asked for. Overall, it was a great experience, I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again if we visit HCM.

We had a great stay at Thomas & Co's apartment. Our family of 5 adults fit comfortably in the space. The amenities are as described in the listing. The location is ideal and easy to find. Having food and other essentials delivered is easy via Grab. Transport is also easy to arrange via Grab as well. Having a good Italian restaurant at the ground floor of the building is a plus in case you want a change from the local food. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would gladly stay again when in Saigon.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay at Hellen's place with my family. The apartment is spacious and clean, and we received helpful instructions for getting into the property. We misunderstood one of the instructions, but the host responded straightaway when we contacted them and all was fine. Good playground area for kids and just a short taxi ride away from all of the local attractions in District 1. A short walk also to some local coffee shops, minimart and street food. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

The room looks exactly like the pictures. Place is new and clean (the apartment and the room itself). Nice view from the window and the common area is spacious. Host is very responsive and helpful. We loved it!

Very friendly hosts, replied fast and were very polite and helpful. Clear instructions. The apartment was very nice with lots of amenities including clean towels, hair dryer, shower gel and more. There is hot water for the showers, which were both very good. The view of the city was great from both bedrooms, I could see city buildings and part of the river.

The location of the stay is within the small allley, but it can be easily found with the address provided by host when you taking grab or taxi. There are many food stalls along the alley in this area, including some fruit stalls and banh mi stall (morning) right in front of the home stay. There are many more food stalls if you walk around the area. Overall the place ia very clean, and with modern design. The bed was quite comfortable. If you have more than two guests, you will sleep on the extra mattress provided or the sofa bed. There is drinking water provided in the room, so you don't have to boil water yourself. In the night, some noise of the motorcycle passing by is expected. But it was not that bad. The host is very nice to us, she offered us many help, including booking a taxi/grab. They let us to stay at the café at ground floor when we need to wait for the another 2 hours for checking in the next home stay. I would say this stay is totally worth the price. :)

Home is located right above a coffeeshop that operates for 24 hours. Great for a coffee when it's just below us. Lively place to live in as alot of young people hang out in the cafe. Room was very clean and new. Great experience.

The room was just great. It is located in the centre of Saigon and not far from many shops and food markets. The place was clean, quiet and stylish decorated. We stayed here for a few days and we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place.

A great host and a great stay. The room was very comfortable. Very near to the 23/7 bus station, which enabled us to make use of public transport very effectively. Dao suggested us how to take a trip to Cu chi tunnels on our own. We did that and it was remarkable. Certainly better than group tours. Although, we couldn't meet in person due to our very brief stay, she helped us in every possible way through whatsapp messages. Thanks for being such a wonderful host. Hope to see you again!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Amazing place and host

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

We had a great stay at Lyn’s place. The apartment was conveniently located at District 1, and was easy to get to the places we wanted. Lyn was also extremely responsive and kind. We had some issues with the toilet heating and Lyn was extremely proactive, immediately sending her staff to get it sorted out for us. Overall it was a great stay, thanks Lyn for having us!
