Holiday rentals with a home cinema in District 3

We had a wonderful short stay at this beautiful apartment! It had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. The space was stylish, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay!

The location is at the city central so it is very easy to access to other place with cheap grab price. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

정말 멋져요! 진정한 가치는 작은 디테일에서 온다고 생각해요. 저는 푸른 전망이 있는 발코니가 정말 마음에 들었어요. 사진에서 본 것처럼 방은 아늑하고 모든 것이 잘 갖추어져 있었어요. 예비 콘센트, 작업용 책상, 그리고 빠른 와이파이가 준비되어 있어서 온라인 업무를 아주 빠르게 처리할 수 있었어요. 단순한 휴가가 아니라 출장에도 완벽한 공간이에요. 제가 필요한 모든 것이 갖추어져 있었고, 마치 친구 집에 온 것처럼 편안했어요!

I truly enjoyed my stay at La Maison D’Anna! It was a perfect, quiet and safe place to return to (something really important as a solo female traveler) after a day of exploring HCM. The air conditioning and fan worked perfectly which is much needed for the city’s heat! I enjoyed my stay.

El apartamento es muy lindo y muy confortable para dos personas, y esta equipado para hospedarse vários dias . Nos resulto practico, esta en un callejon lo que es optimo ya que no pasan autos pero solo a pasos de la avenida donde enfrente tienes un parque verde. Tambien en el mismo callejon hay vários hoteles y Hostel , y es cerca de bares y restaurantes. Los anfitriones son muy amables. Por todo esto lo recomendamos 👌🏾

If you want an airbnb in the middle of everything good in vietnam come to this place. The host was friendly, responsive, and was very lenient with the check-in and check-out time. They were so kind that we were able to leave our luggage after check-out. 11/10 aesthetic and spotless airbnb.

Tin’s Airbnb was a great value for our family. The apartment is in a high rise building in District 3. Also very close proximity to District 1 and the airport. We were on 6th floor and had no issue with street noise. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Check in and out was easy and contactless. Tin provided all instructions on pdf documents and even underground parking prices. He responded promptly via Airbnb message. Note that the Airbnb message uses G translation and it is not very clear English. I speak Vietnamese so communication was easier. Overall, a great place to stay for a family or a small group.

Điểm đặc biệt là không gian yên tĩnh, thích hợp để thư giãn sau những giờ làm việc căng thẳng hoặc chuyến đi dài. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện và chu đáo, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Tôi thực sự hài lòng với lựa chọn này và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khi có dịp. Đây là nơi lý tưởng cho những ai đang tìm kiếm một không gian nghỉ ngơi thoải mái và ấm cúng.

I loved Thao’s place. It was clean and very cozy with a lovely balcony, a small kitchen in the room, and the full kitchen downstairs. Sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy, but I enjoyed the sounds of local life. This place is close to the center, there are a lot of local place to eat and drink coffee. I’d love to stay here again)

The room was very clean, convenient and located near loads of restaurants. It’s walking distance to District 1 + Grab is cheap to use as a tourist if you want to go further away. I was lucky to be on the top floor as the bathroom basin is not private so if you’re on another floor you might bump into people. However, I never did even though other people stayed there. Note that there’s no elevator and you might have to carry your large suitcase through a narrow staircase but that wasn’t a problem as Anh was very helpful. More than the AirBnb (even though I really enjoyed my stay), I want to thank Anh for her hospitality! I feel like I made a friend across the world. She was extremely welcoming, gave me loads of recommendations and even took me around the city to ensure I didn’t just enjoy my stay but my trip overall. So so happy I picked this place and I would pick it again if I came back!

We had a great stay at Hai’s place. The location was in easy walking distance to a bunch of cafes and food spots which we greatly appreciated. We only stayed here for one night due to our prior flight arrangements, so the proximity to the airport was also a plus (sub-15 minute ride). Our only issue was a woman across the street who continuously yelled throughout the entire night. We didn’t get much sleep because of this, but it’s certainly not a reflection on the quality of Hai’s apartment - just something to note.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

We had a great time staying at Ruby's place. The neighborhood is most prime place in HCMC, many cafe, restaurant at walkable distance. Host was very responsive. Will stay here again when come back to hcmc

Great location, great community, most importantly great views. It was a great 5day fleet away holiday in Saigon. We are glad choose this sky house. My brother and I were enjoyed the whole duration!

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is fantastic—set in an upmarket and posh locality, with everything easily accessible. The flat was exactly as described in the listing—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and with a very neat and inviting ambiance. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a premium experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and her brother was very helpful everytime we needed something. Place was clean and well lit, and this building has a drop-off place so it was easier to load/unload luggages to pick up vans/taxis compared to another landmark building we previously stayed at. Also, lots to do within walking distance and good security.
