Family-friendly holiday rentals in District 3

Daisy's apartment is beautiful and comfortable, but most importantly it's one of the best locations! Everything is really close by, although it's high enough to be peaceful in the city centre. We wish we could have stay longer, would love to go back!

The location is very good, close to everything. Ben Thanh market is just few minutes by walk, beautiful bar-lounge in the top of the building. Big condo with a big room and a medium room; the living room, kitchen and dining room is a big open space! 2 modern bathrooms. I think is a good place to stay for business, for partying; because everything is not far around! Good thing; you can have a parking for car or bike. Take a note; the pool in a little bit deep for young children...

I stayed here for 1 month and had a great time. The apartment is very nice and the weekly service is excellent. One bonus is the 5 gallon water dispenser that is included and they will refill for free. This saves you from having to buy drinking water from the store. The location is very good. It's on the edge of District 1 and District 3. This means you have many options for food and things to do. It's also within walking distance to the Ben Thanh metro station. I would stay here again.

The place is conveniently located in the center of district 1, close to tons of shops and restaurants. The building has 24/7 security and other amenities, however the walls in the unit has some stains and could use a paint job, the chairs in the kitchen are somewhat dirty and there are small ants all over the kitchen counter, the place would be perfect if those issues are taken care of.

I have stayed in this building 3 times now and can say the quality has been very high and has remained the same each time. The hosts are very helpful with any questions I have. Every unit I have stayed in has been very quiet and peaceful so will continue to stay here if I come back to the area again.

Great accomodation. the area is kind of local, so lots of places to eat and cafes and really quiet during the night. the host has been very helpfull, always ready to reply and helped me in everything i needed. very recomended!

I was glad to find that there were shops next to the apartment and even when we came back home late the area was lit and busy with people which makes you feel safe. The apartment is facing the main road and it is very easy to get grab car whenever you wish to go sight-seeing. Nguyen Thi was very cheerful and helpful in helping us to check in and also helped us by providing a travel adaptor and giving us suggestions. Overall I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend everyone to stay here! :)

Honest review. Property needs some revamping such as new curtains and couch. Bathroom and living room needed cleaning when I first arrived on the property. What I liked was cleaning was sent right away when I needed it. I’d say property needs to work on giving a good first impression. Other than that, property was good and is located in a great location. Beautiful view of Landmark 81 and great food and drink places all around. Host’s team was very responsive and helpful. Only reason why I gave 5 stars is because of the team’s responsiveness and the view and location of the property. I would stay again if cleanliness was better. Im sure host and her team will work on that based on the hard work and responsiveness they shown.

This place is clean, well designed, very comfortable, and for a great value. The hosts are super responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Daisy’s apartment. It was just as described. The view both at day and night was great from the massive balcony. Loved watching the traffic chaos during the day and the lights at night. It is central to lots of the main sights by foot.

This place was absolutely perfect in every way. The location, comfort, and setup were all spot on. The host was very flexible and responsive, which made everything even better. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City.

Minh's apartment was in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. A short walk to Ben Thanh Market as well. The city views are spectacular at this location, especially at night. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 7 during our stay. Thank you!

Daisy was very active in response and shared few details about local area when requested. the house is very comfortable and was clean. View was perfect, looking over the city.

房源在一座胡志明并不多见的高楼里，地段无疑是最大优势，滨城市场、范五老街、美术馆，几家著名的米其林餐厅都在步行距离内，楼下还有几家非常好的连锁咖啡店和按摩店。我去miu miu 按摩了两次，价廉物美。房间很大，一切都很方便。房东沟通都是很快回复。一楼有前台，保安非常热心愿意帮忙提重物。电梯需要刷卡到楼层，非常安全。如果非要说有什么问题，就是装修有些年头了，没有照片看起来那么新。总之，非常愉快的住宿。
