Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Distré

Wat een fantastisch charmante en vriendelijke dame is Catherine en wat een meer dan geweldige gites heeft ze. Een parel met een tuin waar je je over zal verbazen. Er zit hier zoveel liefde in. In het echt in de gites met het buitenverblijf nog veel mooier dan op de foto’s. Brandschoon, verse bloemen op tafel en van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren zo onder de indruk dat we niet uit eten zijn gegaan maar zelf wat hebben gekookt (met verse salie uit haar kruidentuin) en op ons fijne terras hebben opgegeten. De omgeving is ook adembenemend. We hebben een aantal chateau’s bezocht en op een fijn terras in Chinon even wat gedronken. Gisteravond kwam Catherine nog wat verse melisse aanbieden, om een kopje thee te maken voor een goede nachtrust. Hoe lief! Vanmorgen met een hug afscheid genomen en dit adres in onze top 5 gezet om zeker terug te keren.

Nous ne sommes restés que 2 nuits mais Karine a été super accueillante et réactive en cas de besoin. Le logement est propre, spacieux et situé dans un endroit calme parfait pour profiter de la terrasse. Le petit plus pour nous était le parking privé. Nous recommandons ++.

It was a lovely location between two towns, with lots of fun activity. I rally enjoyed my stay and Myriam was very communicative about the local scene.

Superbe gîte, très confortable et patrimoine magnifiquement conservé et rénové. La maison est tres agréable, bien située, et au calme! La terasse est magnifique. Le fait d'avoir deux salles de bain est egalement super Alexandra et Ronan sont accueillants et tres réactifs, la petite Lily adorable. Mention spéciale pour Topaze qui nous a régalé de papouilles😁 Encore merci pour ce séjour au top

Myriad & Nathan we’re so friendly and helpful. Very quick with responses. We Really enjoyed our stay here, was perfect for our little dog who enjoyed playing with Spot 🐕 the place was so lovely & peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. Would recommend.

We enjoyed a relaxing week here. A quiet rural location surrounded by vineyards but only just beyond the edge of town so a quick drive (or a long walk) gets you into the centre. The flat on the ground floor was spacious, comfortable and well equipped and we were made to feel very welcome. Lots of places to visit as well as the famous chateaux. I particularly recommend the visit to Ackerman winery, not just for the famous sparkling wine but for a stunning art installation in the cave created with fluorescent thread and ultra violet light. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. Le petit jardin est appréciable et on est au calme. Je recommande.

Sarah’s apartment was the perfect quick little stopover whilst we’re on our roadtrip. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, uber well equipped and in a gorgeous walkable location. The apartment was very clean and the bed was also comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was great too. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a large suitcase as the building is very old and has narrow doors and stairs (the apartment is on the 2nd floor). Sarah was also a very friendly host; offering recommendations of restaurants and boulangeries that were great. All in all, a great value stop in a gorgeous little town, I couldn’t recommend it more! Le logement est conforme à la description et tes agréable. À proximité du centre et du tram, c’est très pratique pour se déplacer. Spacieux, lumineux et pas trop bruyant malgré le fait qu’il se situe le long d’une avenue. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Excellent séjour chez François, logement à la fois impeccablement propre et fonctionnel. Quartier calme, stationnement facile et sécurisé avec place de parking privée. Vraiment rien à redire. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrais sans hésiter si l’occasion me le permet. Merci pour cette expérience et bonne continuation.

On a passé un super séjour chez Jérémie. L’appartement est situé très proche du jardin des plantes donc pas loin du centre ville. C’est un coin calme - pas de bruit pendant les nuits, même avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Très confortable, et bien recommandé!

Mon séjour dans l'appartement de Claudine a été excellent. Il me manquera beaucoup, surtout le balcon. Tout était très propre, en bon état et les voisins sont très calmes. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant la résidence qui va au centre ville. Claudine et sa famille ont été très gentils. J'espère revenir un jour dans votre appartement. Merci !
