Nancy greeted us in a very friendly way, showed us everything and explained everything on the side, so that we had no more questions during our stay and could fully enjoy it. The hot tub was one of the highlights of our trip! But also the bed is large and very cozy. The city center of Enschede is beautiful and easily accessible on foot. All in one, a great AirBnB if you want to completely disconnect from everyday life and explore a new city. Thank you Nancy and Henk for your great hosting!

Tonny's place is great! We had a great weekend with a nice spa day. The house is comfortably furnished and the self-built spa house is a dream built with a lot of love. We will be happy to come back! 😊

On arrival we could collect the key at reception. I had booked separate bed linen and kitchen towels. This was already ready in the house! A very good service! The house, the interior and the bedding were as new and the area was very well maintained. This is a paradise for children up to 8 years old! All activities were for free! From horse riding and grooming to prampolines, climbing frames and playground equipment. There were also several go-karts outside that everyone could use for free. This park is a party for a guaranteed relaxed and fun family weekend!

We spent wonderful, cozy Christmas days in the Averink family's apartment. Despite the bad weather, a lot of rain, we enjoyed lazing, reading, playing games and eating. Wonderful fireplace with ample wood, hospitable reception and fully furnished. In short a stay at the farm is highly recommended!

What an incredibly nice place. A beautiful well furnished house on a small-scale holiday park with friendly people. Everything is available in the kitchen and plenty of plates of cups cutlery etc. The house is well decorated. We have enjoyed with our friends. The bedrooms were a bit on the smaller side, but the showers and toilets all in another space made it super practical with more families. There is plenty for the children to do. Several go-karts, wagons, trampoline, swings, jumping bell and a beautiful water square. The kids just wanted to play. On Saturday afternoon they were allowed to take a ride on the ponies. We had beautiful weather and spent the whole weekend at the small-scale, child-friendly park.

We arrived as a family with a child and a dog. Everything was excellent and very inviting. Our 8-year-old son particularly liked that the swimming pool was always available for free. We parents enjoyed the peace and quiet. Here you can decide whether you want to be sociable or stay private. From WiFi to egg slicer, everything available, as described. Everything is clean and very nicely decorated! 100% recommended! Top!

I can only agree with all the positive reviews. We were guests with 10 adults. The house is well and tastefully furnished and the kitchen is suitably equipped, but the upper rooms are quite small and low. And with only two bathrooms, you have to organize a little with 10 adults at first. We felt very comfortable in the quiet and scenic surroundings with beautiful hiking and cycling trails and enjoyed the long weekend at Erve Luttinghengel.

Guus and Betty are super nice people with a warm character. It feels familiar and safe to stay with them on the property. In addition, they are also cozy people with whom you can have enriching conversations. The space and nature gave a lot of tranquility. I enjoyed my stay very much!

I had a lovely weekend in this nice holiday home. The holiday home is spacious and comfortable and is located on a beautiful and cozy holiday park. Due to the space location of the holiday homes, you hardly notice that there are other visitors. In the surrounding area, there was plenty to do. It is a fifteen-minute drive to the Sallandse Heuvelrug, where you can take beautiful walks. In addition, there are also plenty of other outings to make, so you don't get bored. There are also plenty of amenities in the park itself. There is a restaurant with friendly service, a bowling alley and swimming pool. For children, there are plenty of playgrounds. You don't have to be bored! The communication with Marina was very pleasant. She was proactive and very friendly. I got a quick response to questions. All in all, a pleasant place to go to.

Beautifully located vacation home, complete and clean. Highly recommended for people with walking distance. Warm welcome with a delicious currant road.

Another great stay, we have been here several times now and love it. The house has everything you need and the garden is a lovely place to sit with a morning coffee . Good dog walking from the house or a short drive to the woods . Shops are 10 minutes away with nice restaurants and cafes . We will be back !

This cabin is a very special place. It is located in the middle of the forest, quiet, surrounded by birdsong, even deer we met. It's just nice and especially in the hot tub to sit and enjoy the surroundings. I am very grateful for all the amenities we found: It's really thought of everything. Dear Claudia, Thank you very much for providing this house for guests. Also, thank you for your unlikely hospitality. I have rarely spent my birthday in a nicer place ♥️
