100% recommended!!! A little tip: Make sure to take everything that you need with you, because the market is quite far. Now the review: First of all the host was very friendly and responsive. He promptly and kindly answered to all of our questions. The house was as in the pictures. Though the road to the village was a little difficult, but not impossible even for sedan models. And it was worth it. No other houses around, just the amazingly beautiful nature, only the sound of the birds. All of us enjoyed the stay. If I had chance I would stay there for months.

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this house in Dilijan. The location is perfect—nestled in the serene, forested hills, yet close enough to the town center for convenience. The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with traditional Armenian touches that made it feel both authentic and comfortable.

Большой новый дом. Три жилых этажа. Везде с/у. Удобные кровати. Чистое хорошее белье. Удобная кухня с островом. Хороший дом для большой компании

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в Доме у Мане: фотографии не передают волшебство места, где расположен дом. Участок расположен прям в красивом густом лесу на горе, куда можно подъехать на машине. Вокруг все зелено, невероятно свежий воздух. Это самая настоящая природа. Дом окружен сеткой вместо забора, из-за чего создается полное ощущение воссоединения с природой. Можно любоваться звездами, слушать сверчков. В горах очень свежо. Сам город Вардананц расположился среди огромных зеленых гор. В этом месте самая красивая природа в Армении. Для уединения - это лучшее место, даже в телефон лезть не хотелось. Мане очень оперативно отвечает. ВАЖНО: обязательно предупреждайте хозяев, чтобы к Вашему приезду был готов бассейн. Нам все понравилось, спасибо.

Thanks a lot, we've been at this villa for a family reunion with people coming from 4 different countries. This calm and distant place surrounded with amazing mountains and caves was exactly what we needed to spend maximum time together. Hiking is just great. Lots of cutlery and dishes to cook delicious food to each other. A very nice big pool where kids spent half of the time, lots of recreation space, a huge garden with grapes and kiwi(!) growing there. The host was sooo helpful at any time of the day!

We had a great stay at this cosy place in the middle of the forest. It was quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there!

Newly built villa units. Super modern, spacious and clean villa. Two stories, bedrooms are upstairs, 1 bathroom upstairs one downstairs both have walk in showers. Everything is brand new. Tv had Netflix, etc. Good wifi, full kitchen with ample glassware. Floor to ceiling windows looking into the courtyard/pool. Thanks again!

Новый дом, как будто только после ремонта. В каждой спальне свой душ/туалет, что очень удобно для компании. На улице есть чем заняться - место у костра, бассейн, котенок с мамой гуляет. В общем все отлично, 5/5!

Artaq is very kind guy and very helpful and friendly. His house is a great place to spend your travel time in relaxing and quiet... really recommended for big families or group of friends. very comfortable and good facilities. location is interesting and not far from the Sevan lake.

Narek and his family are wonderful hosts. His father, a very energetic, humble and loving person, took us around for sight seeing and offered very tasty home made local food, wine and vodka. The place was very quite and peaceful, with grapes, apple, pear, peach and other trees all around. For me it was like a once in a lifetime experience, an amazing Armenian hospitality. Would always be there again whenever I am around. I would recommend this property to all.

Ani's house was very nice, comfortable, and spacious. It had everything you needed to cook and have an excellent time. The view was simply extraordinary. The building is surrounded by nature, and the yard has a playground. A great time is guaranteed. You can be reached from the building to the center in a few minutes by car, and it is also a pleasant way to walk. I'm so glad I discovered this house. I will be back soon 🤗

Уютно, просторно, тепло и чисто, есть все необходимое в квартире. Поблизости много вкусных ресторанов, горнолыжный курорт и много других развлечений. Нам очень понравилось 😊.

Хорошая квартира. До центра Цахкадзора 1.5км, до подъемника 2.7км, всё можно пройти пешком, но такси тоже работают. В доме есть небольшой магазинчик. Вокруг холмы, лес, чистый воздух. В квартире было тепло, несмотря на мороз -20 ночью на улице. Спасибо хозяевам!
