A beautiful bungalow in the middle of the nature reserve. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The forest right outside the door offers many opportunities for walking. The cozy house offers everything you need and the hosts are always approachable. Communication was hassle-free and very friendly. Thank you Piet and Anja for the hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at Ton and Lizette’s place. The house and surroundings were even nicer than the photos. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away. They even included a few dog treats to also welcome our dog. He really lived his best life exploring outside. We felt relaxed and enjoyed taking walks in nature. The bed was so comfortable with the adjustable settings and reading lamps. We were sad to leave, but we look forward to going back!

We came from France for 4 nights, the welcome was very warm, The setting is very beautiful and quiet, well designed for our dog Lilou, small enclosed yard, the accommodation is comfortable, as indicated on the site. Gite corresponding to the photos, even better ( we didn't expect an entrance spacious enough to shelter our bikes). Frootje is very responsive to messages and his mom met us on arrival. Absolute calm, clear environment, very pleasant living space, very good bedding. In the listing, we talk about 3 bedrooms, there are 4( 2 with double beds, separable if needed), and 2 with single beds. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor, it's good for people with difficulty with the fairly steep stairs. Just to know, the hangings could be obscuring( in the bedrooms)for those who like the darkness to sleep. And the toilet is with the shower, a little annoying when you want to get ready in the morning. In short, a place to remember. Thank you for everything. Nadine

We enjoyed it very much overall. The surroundings are very quiet and you can relax perfectly. It takes some time for the hot tub to be really hot, but it's worth the wait. 😊 Nothing was missing in the apartment. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed as it was pretty saggy. Of course, it is still convenient for a weekend. Really recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic time in Midwolde. It was easy to start our bike tours from here. The sauna and all other amenities were outstanding! A very tasteful intererior design. The beds were so comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay!

The four of us spent a week at Saskia's tiny house and had a great time! Quietly located AirBnB, perfect for getting out of everyday life. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful weekend in Martine's vacation cottage! Everything has been thought of. All amenities are present, and the cottage also looks beautiful. The location is perfect for exploring the area, but the cottage is so nice that a rainy day is not bad at all. Martine is a nice host who responds quickly and thinks along with you. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with Wendy and Peter. The children had a lot of fun with the other children and animals. Eating pizza together, baking cookies and many other activities gave us a great time. Thank you very much Jolanda for your hospitality, it was very nice to be in the cabin, everything was enough, everything was provided, the only thing is that there is no air conditioning and it was very hot at check-in, but since we planned to walk during the day and get home in the evening, it did not frighten us, since in the morning and evening we felt great. The hostess gave great recommendations for nearby interesting places, which we took advantage of, thank you for this separately! We also visited the village of Giethoorn, it is amazing and not far at all. Overall, the vacation was wonderful, we recommend it.

With a group of friends of 5 people, we stayed three nights in this AirBnB on a small-scale park. There were few other guests in the park, so we could enjoy the nice jacuzzi and garden. Unfortunately, for the (unheated) pool, the temperature outside was just a bit too cold. Inside is a lot of space, the cottage is much larger in terms of seating space than for 5-6 people. The beds (a total of 6 sleeping places) were excellent. With two refrigerators, six burners (gas stove) and a spacious dishwasher, the kitchen was also great, although unfortunately there was no towel or tea towel available to dry the hands and small dishes. It is also nice that there are two toilets (one of which is separate), but the door to the bathroom with toilet cannot be locked and does not close completely. Arrival is fine, with some information from the host in advance via the app and on site instructions to get to the right cottage at the small bungalow park. All in all a great stay in a nice area!

We enjoyed the beautiful accommodation very much. The area is very nice and you can do anything there. We definitely recommend this place from Carlos!

We had a nice time at the Pilotenhof. Directly on the farm there are some cows, pigs, chickens and cats, which were very much enjoyed a hello from us. The breakfast was very balanced and delicious, we can definitely recommend it. We will be happy to come back!

It was a perfect stay for my days in Assen. Short walk to get a bus to Assen Center. In the cottage was everything you need. I very recommend to stay here.

Had a very nice stay (2 adults and 2 small children). The safari tent was full of comforts and was in a nice place. The children had plenty of space and could play in the playground. An air cushion was even blown up that she hadn't rented out at the time. The kids thought it was fantastic. Cindy was very nice, the reception hospitable and she went out of her way in a relaxed way to make our stay even more enjoyable by, for example, giving a tip about the 1st pasture of the year of the cows at a farmer's nearby. Super fun to make once in a lifetime! The campsite was really super neat, with very clean, modern and neat sanitary facilities. Although small, the campsite has everything you need. A very nice place with a nice vibe. We'd love to come back!

Returned to this location after 4 years. I wanted to do it a lot earlier, but I couldn't. Actually, it's dangerous to be so full of praise, because then more people will come! Delightful location: cottage and surroundings. Excellent beds, easy to heat room, nice warm shower and good kitchen facilities. And the peace and quiet! But nature wins: from the garden into the forest, spotting squirrels. Next time we won't wait so long with our stay!

Lovely stay for two weeks. Airbnb was very well equipped and homely. Would benefit from a site map for first arrival but a lovely stay none the less. Host was helpful with any issues. Lovely site also

A stay where we quickly felt comfortable. We had our dog with us and she also thought it was a great location. Marc responds quickly and also asked in the interim if everything is as desired. A remotely involved owner. Check-in went smoothly and it is a quiet area with many hiking and biking opportunities.

We have enjoyed this wonderful place very much. We immediately felt at home, partly because of the warm welcome from Marcel and Ria. The space is beautiful, equipped with every comfort and luxury. A very nice bed, wonderful shower. Jacuzzi extremely nice. Also a beautiful environment, wonderful to walk with our dog and even be able to swim in natural water. Beautiful. Nice grand café in the park. Met very friendly people at the park. The great thing about this location is that you can stay privately, secluded and quietly in the garden and house, but also easily get in touch with others. We will definitely come back!!
