We had a really comfortable stay at Irwan's place. The location is super convenient, with lots of food stalls and cafes around. Right next door, there’s an Indomaret and Circle K for anything you might need. The unit was clean and had everything we needed — water, towels, mats, kitchen tools, etc. Everything was well prepared. Thank you ..

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

Apat rasa rumah sendiri & seperti di hotel fasilitasnya. harga sangat terjangkau, ramah, homey lingkungannya. semua fasilitas sesuai dengan foto yg tertera di iklan bahkan bu Titik menyediakan fasilitas lebih agar membuat keluarga nyaman tinggal disana. kemana mana dekat & mudah karena di pusat kota. insyaAllah next time jika berkunjung ke jogja kembali dengan keluarga apartemen akan jd pilihan bagus. terimakasih bu

Overall I like to stay at Arymbi's place. The scenery from room is great because it's directing to Merapi mountain. The room is really comfortable and clean, and for a studio room it's really big room! Maybe there are some things in the room that is not working as expected such as wifi & the android box, but it's not a big deal for me personally since most of my activity is outside of the room. The security on the lobby is also really kind and it has a convenient store on the ground floor which it's a good point too.

The location is still central, though it's a bit tucked into an alley. The room itself is clean, neat, and just as aesthetic as in the photos—I really liked it! However, the overall apartment building isn’t well-maintained and feels a bit dirty. That said, the service and hospitality from the tenants were top-notch. Lucia and her brother were super helpful from the moment I arrived until check-out. If she has another place in a better-managed apartment in Jogja, I’d definitely consider staying there for my next trip!

I recently stayed at Luckyseven, a lovely Airbnb in Yogyakarta for just one night, and overall, it was a really pleasant experience. Very nice place to stay in, with lots of useful amenities like iron, hairdryer and many plugs to charge your phone/cameras/power banks. Spacious bed with an extra couch bed to accommodate for more guests. Apartment was clean

tempat nya sangat nyaman utk trip saya kali ini selama 6 malam di Jogja, lokasi tidak terlalu jauh dari tempat2 yg ingin saya kunjungi. Ruangan sangat bersih dan fasilitas yg di sediakan juga lengkap utk kebersihan dapur dan kamar mandi. semua benar2 disediakan termasuk hairdryer yg sangat di perlukan. Kalian dapat mencoba tempat ini bila ingin melakukan liburan panjang di jogja, saya sangat merekomendasikannya.

The place was so homey, comfortable and clean. It’s perfect for a family to stay. Eventhough the place is in the middle of packed neighbourhood, we had a great rest because it was so quiet. Will be in my list for a place to stay. Thanks Kristy for the hospitality.

Unitnya nyaman dan bersih. Lokasi strategis di sekitarnya banyak restauran, cafe, angkringan & minimart. Jadi sangat mudah jika ingin jalan jalan mencari sarapan. Dekat juga dengan beberapa coffee shop. Hanya saja ada beberapa barang yang sudah usang hingga kurang nyaman digunakan. Di luar dari hal di itu semuanya ok. Meskipun apartemennya lama tapi unitnya sudah direnovasi & kebersihannya sangat dijaga. Sudah disediakan berbagai macam barang untuk kebutuhan tamu dan lumayan lengkap. Suasana di dalam & luar apartemen sangat nyaman. Hostnya juga sangat membantu dan responsive. Tidak ada kesulitan selama kami menginap di sini. Mungkin lain kali akan menginap lagi di sini.

The whole experience is wonderful. Seamless check in and the host is very helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is so so.. the pool isn't the best, and the hallway into the room/unit is dark. But once I got to the room/unit, it's top! Clean, comfortable to stay, and tou'd get everything: tv, water heater, and quite enough appliances in the kitchen.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The host was very responsive from the moment I booked the room. The location is very close to The Alana Convention Center — you just need to cross from the tower.

Overall, it was a great stay. The place was nice, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was easy to find, with free parking for motorcycles, and conveniently located near a minimarket and several restaurants. The apart was quiet and peaceful, the AC worked well to keep the room cool, and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

The building staff and security are friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and the place is quiet. the bed is comfortable and everything works well. The location isn't great, although the complex the building is in is nice and it was easy getting taxis. The only issues was there's not a proper chair for the desk so working was a bit uncomfortable, there's no microwave or oven or cooking oil, the morning call to prayer at 4am regularly woke me up, and it took a while to get check in instructions from the host the day of arrival. The internet was fast and mostly although there were slight problems with the network on a few days. Overall, this is a good place to stay and I would stay here again if you don't need to be in the centre of the city.
