My stay at Putu’s place was amazing. The apartment is within a homestay and I felt part of his family. They were always watching out if I felt right. The place is silent, beautiful, clean, with all the essence of a local balinesse home. Pictures show a modest place while the stay is new, clean and spotless. I felt serene, welcome and priviledged. Ps. I tried to stay longer but it was booked :(

My family of 4 with 2 young kids stayed for two full months and Dewa and the whole staff treated us like family. On several occasions Dewa went way out of his way to help us and made sure we had everything we needed to have the best stay. We rented a fence to go around the pool to make it safer for the kids cost around $100 cad/month. Dewa set us up with scooter rentals and they were there ready on our arrival. The cleaning ladies were so sweet with my kids and not having to clean was a highlight of my trip. They also provided all the drinking water. The area has one nice restaurant within about 5 min walk through the rice fields and another 10 mins along the busy road. Was very happy over all and would recommend.

This is a great place to stay. As a family, the two bedrooms are on different levels and only communicate from the outside.

It felt like our own secluded paradise. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. We loved the mix of modern comfort and traditional Balinese touches. The pool table and ping pong table were huge hits and the wood-fired oven? Incredible! We had the best homemade pizzas under the stars, such a memorable experience. The hosts were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging transportation, sharing local tips, or helping us with special requests. If you're looking for a relaxing, fun-filled escape in Bali, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Everyone was so friendly, kind, and genuinely accommodating. Each morning, our breakfast wishes were remembered and prepared with care. Dinners (extra cost worth every cent) was made on request and always delivered perfectly – fresh, tasty, and with so much love. The service is beyond expectations, and the prices are fantastic for the comfort, attention, and warmth you receive. We honestly wanted to take the whole team home with us! Their hospitality created an experience we’ll never forget. Thank you, Gusti, Ayu, and the amazing staff – we’ll definitely be back! Yes the home is down a long narrow driveway, if you communicate often before arrival with Gusti he is readily available to take your luggage and you up the narrow drive in his car. Homestay with all the luxury of a hotel. We didn’t want to leave!!!

Besides having the absolute best and most comfortable bed out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the place is so cute and cozy. The out door layout of the kitchen/patio makes the place feel really big. Walkable location to downtown Ubud, overall the place is perfect for long and short term stays. The hosts are also so kind and responsive, they brought me fresh fruit twice which was completely unexpected and appreciated . I would be back in a heart beat.

This villa was beautiful and clean. The staff was so lovely. We stayed in this villa with our two young girls and the yard and pool was perfect. Very kid friendly.

This bright, modern apartment was built in 2020. In a super good location in Seminyak, it’s still quite quiet but also within walking distance to many things. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Wow! We slept like dead people, also because of the blackout curtains. Nice work! Shower was also great. Huge TV, huge bathtub outside with jets (although not enough hot water to fill it). Very friendly and responsive staff. Gym right below the unit, which is a nice touch. The one weird thing is that the bathroom door is glass, so there is limited privacy for anyone using it. This is not the “authentic” Bali experience but it is super comfortable and well priced. We could live here long term!

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

Perfect stopover after a late flight in to catch the ferry to the islands in the morning. Easy enough to find, and only a 15 minute walk to the turtle sanctuary.

The house is located in Ayana resort, the environment is quiet, the apartment room is large, you can enjoy the beautiful garden and the pool, the room is clean and tidy, the style is decorated, the utensils and kitchenware are fully equipped, suitable for a family to stay for a long vacation.The Ayana resort area is large, various restaurants, SPAs, pools, bar services are complete, Rock Bar, H2O pool, Kubu Beach are beautiful, and the restaurant food is delicious.A very nice experience!Recommend staying for a few days!

5 couples. Superb time had by all. There was ample space indoors and out to keep everyone happy. The team was helpful, kind, always there in a quiet way, happy to book taxis, pick up groceries - they made our stay super special. The walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars was a real plus - one of the best we have had in Seminyak. Cleanliness was excellent, with early morning relief as we found a perfectly clean house ready for the new day - even after a birthday celebration! Would recommend and stay here again. The villa was beautiful and exactly as pictured and the host was very responsive.

Our family of 9 people, 5 adults and 4 kids absolutely loved Chimera Villa 3. We were so close to the action but felt completely safe and peaceful in the villa. The pictures do not do it justice, it is bigger than it looks and there is space for everyone. The staff were so professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The daily breakfast was the perfect way to start the day and an escape out the secret back door of the villa to the flea markets, beach clubs or eat street made for easy access to the heart of Seminyak. Putu was so helpful in organising transfers and massages and keeping the fridge stocked. I highly recommend this beautiful villa, we will be back.

Would highly recommend this place. We had such a beautiful time and felt very welcomed. It’s right in the middle of Ubud but in a really peaceful setting. The room and grounds have been cleverly and thoughtfully designed, paying respect to the natural surrounds. It’s a very beautiful green space even though it’s on a busy street. At night you can hear music playing from the nearby establishments but it didn’t bother us at all and didn’t really go late into the night I think this is mainly because the place itself is just so beautiful and the street has a real vibe to it. We were so impressed with this beautiful place and would highly recommend - especially for couples. The pool areas are gorgeous - everything was clean. Staff were incredible, friendly and sweet. Really can’t fault anything about this place, utterly charming, beautifully laid out and such a perfect location. Thank you so much for having us at making us feel so welcome!

First off, we started at another villa and were not satisfied with the accommodations. I found this Villa by Agus and they responded immediately and allowed us to check in the same day within 2h of requesting. Walking through the wooden doors to the ambiance of the fountain pool and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms as well as kitchen are overwhelmingly perfect. We cooked some of our own meals and ordered a meal and drinks from the host. They offer all kinds of services of which we had the 90min massage, flowers, dinners and beverages. They offer so much more, including the history of the Villa. The host, his wife and family and cute pups are so very kind and gracious. This was the perfect stay for us especially for spring break and taking time away. Relaxing, beautiful, and clean. I would choose this villa again and again. I was so pleased with the location, friendliness of the host, and truly peaceful tropical setting. Thank you.

Had a great stay here with a group of 12—the location is solid (just some construction nearby), but the host was very responsive and helpful with planning activities. Villa itself is beautiful with all necessary amenities, and the pool was amazing as well.

This place is an attraction by its self. Totally worth visiting just to spend a few days relaxing in the enchanted places. Almost like the scene of a movie when you walk in down the foot bridge path and accross a valley of forest and water and find your self in a hidden gem. Some one should defnitly shoot a movie here ! Beautiful, quite and with an amazing host who treated us like family and offered all her help constantly. The room was spacious and private with a beautiful plunge pool with amazing views. There is a shuttle on sit to take you into ubud which is a short drive away. The road there and back is beautiful and runs through some beautiful villages. We had our motorcycle with us and had a safe place to park it when we weren’t using it. We used this home as a lunching base to explore all of bali and are sad to have not spent more time there. We will defnitly be back here again. Thank you for everything !

We stayed at this villa in Seminyak for 11 days and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with lots of restaurants, cafés, and spas nearby. At the same time, the villa is tucked away from the main road, so it’s peaceful and quiet despite being in a lively area — a big plus! The villa itself looks even better in real life than in the pictures. It’s designed in a beautiful, traditional Balinese style and honestly felt like a dream! Calm, cozy, and incredibly atmospheric. The service was also perfect: the villa was cleaned daily, the pool was always pristine, and the staff came regularly to spray against mosquitoes. Everyone was super friendly and responsive throughout our stay. It was one of those places you don’t want to leave, and I’d love to come back someday. Highly recommend!
