Family-friendly holiday rentals in Demi-Quartier

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement au calme et avec une vue imprenable. Confort et équipement très qualitatif, nous avons passé un week-end très agréable. Merci à Marie pour sa petite attention à notre arrivée qui a été très apprécié.

Super week-end prolongé chez Amandine. Le chalet est confortable et convivial. Le bain nordique est un plus. Les randonnées aux alentours sont très belles ! Un petit havre de paix !

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

Great people to deal with. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay due to an issue at our end but I would highly recommend based on their communication and helpfulness

The view! Great place in a stunning location. Only minutes to shops and 10mins from Chamonix. Beautiful walks on the doorstep. A short walk up the hill and you can take in the view of Mont Blanc Will visit again

C’est déjà la deuxième fois que nous venons au Cabouë et nous ne sommes jamais déçus ! Un petit endroit de charme en plein cœur du magnifique village de Samoëns, accessible à pieds. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement car il vous permet de vous sentir « à la maison » ! Évidement, la très bonne communication ainsi que les supers conseils donnés par Solange et Francis, nous confortent dans le choix de venir passer vacances, week-end dans ce petit havre de paix ! Merci à vous !

I highly recommend this apartment. The location is perfect, it has a big terrace/back yard, the interior is nice and has everything you need. It also has a garage, which was perfect. Roberto was always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely come back again.

Pierre-Lou is a superb host. His apartment, with glorious views, is perfect for an enjoyable stay in Chamonix.

A fabulous hideaway, so quiet, no noisy roads, no noisy people. Just perfect. Lovely and warm, very clean, full of everything we needed. Was great to just read and not have a TV And we didn't need a microwave because we were able to cook ourselves easily. Plenty warm water and so luxurious to have a bath in the apartment, fantastic!! Also Samoens has lots of reasonably priced restaurants and cafes. In addition we were able to use a couple of spare towels as a curtain in the bedroom, so no problems at all. The information provided was so thorough, there was nothing we didn't understand. A wonderful place to stay for a week Thank you so much Scotti You have been amazing, I hope we can stay again ❤️

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. Très bon séjour dans cet Airbnb. Bonne communication avec l’hôte, très réactif. Arrivée autonome. Maison parfaitement bien situé, spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Ventilateurs disponibles. Des vélos sont à disposition idéal pour visiter Annecy. Parking payant à proximité et également gratuit en s’éloignant.

Nice apartment with a mountain view and close to restaurants and Megeve. It may feel a little tiny if staying for a long time, but it worked great for us for a short stay (2 adults, 2 kids).

We had a great, short stay and it was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, we loved having the pool to cool off in after a days riding. The villa is a short walk from the old town of Annecy with its wonderful bars and restaurants. It's also very convenient for the lake. Our hosts Aimé and Faïza were very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend their place as a base for exploring Annecy and the surrounding region. I'll be back with my family at some point.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Lorraine. Appartement spacieux pour un logement au ski ! Il se situe au pied des pistes et facile d'accès , résidence très calme avec une superbe vue. Lorraine est très réactive pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir en espérant avoir de la neige la prochaine fois 😉 Ophélie

Merci à Marc pour son accueil et son logement adorable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le calme de l’endroit après nos ballades. Le chalet est très cosy et fonctionnel. La petite piscine et la terrasse est un atout. Nous recommandons pour l’emplacement si l’on cherche un peu de calme en dehors d’Annecy.

Sophie is a very friendly host and she really helped me with the check in. Spotless place, very convenient location, especially if you ski in Les Arcs. Just a short walk to the funicular. Would 100% recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Arcs 1600. Le domaine skiable est immense et magnifique. Le logement proposé par Florent était impeccable, confortable, bien agencé et correspondait parfaitement au descriptif. La vue est sublime. Le livret d'accueil envoyé par notre hôte nous a été trés utile. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Dominique. Florent et Dominique sont très accueillants et réactifs. Nous reviendrons très certainement l'année prochaine.

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
