Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Deli Serdang Regency

We enjoyed our 4 nights at Febby's place. She was helpful & responsive -- good English too. The house looks just like the photos. Some noise in the area. The mini-bus to Berastagi center starts out front (5000inr). Good location for the Sibayak hike and hot springs resorts too. Restaurant was OK. Small snack store across the street. Arranged us a car to Lake Toba - thank you.

It's a great place for great value and for the low budget too, a safe neighborhood as well. But before you book the place, please remind the host to make sure to clean the bathroom more. Be reminded that the kitchen doesn't provide any windows or exhaust fans to extract hot air from inside, so you're gonna need a fan (already included in the house) to blow out the air. Overall, we enjoy the trip there. Thank you so much!

It a comfortable and spacious house. Very clean and near to the city centre. Parking lot can fit 2 cars, there are 4 rooms 3 bathroom. Fully airconditioned (All rooms including the living room are equipped with airconditioner). There's a large balcony at the 2nd floor. Ms Sherly is very helpful, flexible and friendly. My parents and I were very happy and satisfied throughout our stay. Nevertheless, it will be great if there is a wifi connection (as foreigner cannot use Indonesia's simcard using phone that was purchase outside Indonesia) and if we can use the washing machine. ^^ Overall LOVE IT! Ps: if you require massage service, do ask the guard for contact. My family got ourselves full body massage at a very reasonable price.

Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten von Agrarfeldern. Zahlreiche Gemüsefelder und lustigerweise auch zahlreiche Erdbeerfelder liegen drumherum. Die Erdbeeren kann man selber pflücken oder am Straßenrand kaufen. Ins Dorf ist es tatsächlich etwas weiter und zum Start der Vulkanbesteigunh usw auch. Das ist aber alles kein Problem, weil Fatma sich zerreißt, um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sie hat uns zum Supermarkt gefahren und natürlich auch wieder zurück. Sie hätte uns sicherlich auch zur Wanderung, ins Dorf, zum Essen usw gefahren. Dies ist bei uns leider aufgrund von Krankheit und schlechtem Wetter ausgefallen. Fatma ist sie sowohl vor unserem Aufenthalt, währenddessen und auch danach auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen und war immer per Messenger erreichbar. Besser kann man als Gastgeber nicht sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Vielen Dank!

tempat ci elly sangat nyaman seperti di rumah sendiri dan sangat luas cocok untuk membawa keluarga, namun akan lebih baik jika kamar yang 1 lagi di beri penutup seperti pintu atau gorden karna tidak nyaman tidur dilihat orang lain. dan akan lebih baik jika di hubungi melalui wa bisa lebih di respon, karena saya gagal perpanjang masa inap karena ci elly tidak balas pesan abang saya. namun tempat elly sangat saya rekomendasikan karena kenyamanannya terjamin.

Apartemennya bagus banget, View kota medan sangat terlihat jelas dr setiap ruangan . Ownernya juga ramah. . . Staff apartemen juga ramah. Security jg sigap .

The place is great, comfortable, and clean. The apartment facility like gym, play ground also the swimming pool are very nice and clean. Amazing location, just closed by the biggest shopping mall with many fantastic food options right around.. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back.

A cozy place with great location! (connected with delipark mall) As I was travelling with baby and elderly, I find it very convenient to stay in this unit. Most neccesities were provided. It has washing machine and 2 bathrooms with water heater. Kitchen is also well equipped, host even provide uv dish dryer. Moreover, the unit has a private lift. And Winny is such a friendly and helpful host!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! I stayed there for one month and enjoyed every moment of it. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants. But using grab is usual in here. The view from 15th floor is really nice and open, and the pool downstairs is long enough and clean, gym and table tennis there as well. Also to air cons in the apartment doing their job properly. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful little touches, it was clear they truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. I would definitely book again in the future! I stayed also in hotels but I like the feeling of home, and I had it.

Host was really nice and responsive, even before booking, I asked if receptionist will allowed me to leave my luggage for few hours. He was not sure and just let me check out late (I did left it at receptionist ). I didn’t expect that host also took a note from previous guest and provides the fridge and plug. Another good thing is the new bed, it still has plastic cover but because of the plastic, it kept making sound if I move (I don’t really mind tho). Maybe host can remove or add another layer of sheet.

location, privacy, security, comfort, hospitality and the unit is very satisfying. but you have to bring your own toiletries because they are not available. for telecommunications signals I recommend using an XL simcard
