Cozy guest house/ cottage. The guest house is cozy and spacious. The veranda is lovely to sit. The home has a private terrace. From the terrace there is unobstructed views (on the garden, horse box and meadow). Private use of your own kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms. Beautifully located in a rural place with spacious terrace and garden. The nature reserve 't Roegwold and the Fraeylemaborg are steps away. Supermarket 1.5 km. Shield lake at 7 km. The city of Groningen is easily accessible.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

A stylishly furnished B&B, you stay in the restored front house from 1912. During the renovation, the history and the authentic colors of the early 20th century were taken into account. The B&B has its own toilet and bathroom. There is a small pantry with a fridge, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There's plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bedroom has a bed with 2 pcs. 80×200 cm mattresses and there is a sofa bed for 2 pers. in the sitting room.

This nice room is built in a barn and has its own private shower and toilet. Ten minutes drive from the Wadden Sea. So not a beach, but dikes with sheep on them. A few spoiled beaches and the ferry service to Borkum for real work. Wake up with cackling chickens under your window. Wood stove heat, with support of an electric heater. The price does not include breakfast. Preferably no employees, unless..... Dogs welcome for a small fee.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Comfortable apartment in a perfect location - quietly located, but very well suited as a starting point for activities by car, bicycle or on foot. We were able to safely park our bicycle and car on or at the premises. In very good weather, we enjoyed the time on the terrace. We had a very good time in the beautiful apartment. Marion was always available to answer our questions. Arrival and departure went absolutely smoothly. We will definitely be back! What I personally noticed; the apartment was larger than it appeared in the pictures, which of course made us very happy.

Sleep in a centuries old Pastory

Due to my husband's work, we stayed in the accommodation of Dennis and his family for 7 weeks, who live in the main part of the house. The property is very quietly located. For those who love it like us it's perfect. You only need a car or bike for weekly shopping as there are no shops in the village. The rooms are small and each has a dresser in it. The bathroom, on the other hand, is very spacious, you absolutely have to ventilate after each shower, otherwise it smells something special. The kitchen and living room are very inviting to linger. Unfortunately, the garden was always very wet due to the weather, which is why we can't tell much about it. Behind the house there is a very nice playground and picnic areas. There are plenty of great ways to walk. We made trips to Groningen, Veemdam, Assen and even Amsterdam. We enjoyed it very much. Dennis and his family were incredibly nice!
