Maria Victoria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön, schon die Anfahrt ist es wert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, man hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Matteo is an incredible host! He acted as a guide and showed us around the village, pointing out the best places to eat and great walks to get the best views, as well as showing us the beach. He went out of his way to make us comfortable. What a lovely guy! We felt completely spoiled! The house was immaculately clean and has a lovely courtyard that’s very private and comfortable to sit under the orange trees. There were ample beds and the kitchen was well appointed. Highly recommended!! Gorgeous little village too with excellent food!

This was one of the most amazing Airbnb experiences. The house itself is gorgeous, exactly like the photos, secluded, and surrounded by breathtaking views. There was no noise pollution, making it the perfect place to relax. The home was beautifully maintained, filled with family history and love. The garden is huge, and the hammock was a highlight, we spent hours just lounging and enjoying the scenery. The town is perfect for visiting nearby towns. But the true highlight of our stay was our host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. From offering to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, to providing fantastic local recommendations, she made our trip unforgettable. As a group of girls we felt incredibly safe knowing she was always available to answer any questions or help out. Donatella is sweet, fun, and thoughtful. You can trust her recommendations they never missed the mark! So grateful for this experience and couldn’t recommend it more. Thanks!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Cinzias Haus in den Bergen von Bonasolla. Der herrliche Blick von hier aufs Meer war ganz wunderbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber, der Garten und die Außenanlage waren großzügig ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Fliegengitter an Fenstern und Türen waren sehr hilfreich für ruhige Nächte. Einziger Nachteil für uns: für alle Ausflüge braucht man das Auto in einer sehr kurvenreichen Gegend. Wir empfehlen Cinzias Haus gerne weiter.

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. Wir waren über Weihnachten und Sylvester dort… Das kleine ligurische Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung… es ist schön, aber etwas eng und die steile Treppe mitunter lästig. .. Leider ist auch der Parkplatz etwas entfernt und auch in der Wintersaison recht voll. Roberta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich sehr herzlich mit zahlreichen Präsenten begrüßt und sich viel Zeit für unsere Einweisung genommen. Auch als es später abends Probleme mit dem Wasser gab, hat sie sich sofort eingesetzt und das Problem kurzfristig behoben… Herzlichen Dank an Roberta für ihre freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung und für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch wenn der Strand etwas entfern ist, ist das Haus eine Perle! Wir wünschen alles Gute für das Neue Jahr! Gabi und Falko

Utsikten från terassen var magisk! Något enstaka mygg tittade fram efter solnedgången men var ej till besvär. Väl inomhus hade värdarna säkrat upp med myggnät för alla fönster och dörrar. AC både uppe och nere var en välkommen lyx. Köket har allt du behöver. Vår upplevelse införlivades fullt ut mot vad som beskrivits i text och bilder. Bra att få tillgång till parkeringen nedanför lägenheten men precis som i övriga Italien är det trågt, tidvis mycket trångt då parkeringsdiciplinen inte är den bästa. Det finns rymligare parkeringsalternativ längre upp (max 4 min promenad) från lägenheten som är att föredra. Kan absolut rekommendera lägenheten. Värdparet är mycket tillmötesgående och kom med bra tips om andra aktiviteter (då det fanns risk för tågstrejk en av dagagarna vi befann oss där).

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was so cosy, stylish, and full of character—it really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the centre and the train station, which made getting around super easy. We especially appreciated all the helpful info provided about things to do in the area. We walked to Portofino one day (such a beautiful experience!) and took the train to Monterosso for a fantastic day trip. Both were highlights of our time here. Everything about the place made our trip extra special—we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic villa. One of the best kept gardens we have seen. Unbelievable view. Well functioning house. Good location in the area. Bring some smaller luggage instead of one big one. There are 140 steps to the villa from the car

the house was really nice, located on a quiet hillside with no neighbors around, so you had a lot of privacy. It had three clean and beautiful bedrooms, and the house stayed cool during hot weather, which was really refreshing. We even had a friendly cat as a neighbor, and the host, Elisa, was super responsive and helpful. Everything in the kitchen was well-equipped, so cooking was easy and convenient.

Alles perfekt, hatten nur kein Glück mit dem Wetter! Alte Villa mit sehr viel Charme und und allem was man so braucht! Bei voller Besetzung wäre ein zweites Sofa im Wohnzimmer ganz nett! Betten waren hervorragend, auch wenn man bei einigen nicht länger als 1,90 sein darf! Toller Garten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit etwas längeren Laufwegen, da Geschirr zT im Wohnzimmer steht, und Spülmaschine in der Speisekammer, aber so ist es halt in alten Häusern! Vermieter IMMER ansprechbar, vor Ort und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen wenn die Sonne scheint!

Der Aufenthalt war rundum schön! Die Kommunikation mit Giulio verlief absolut unkompliziert und angenehm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die atemberaubende Aussicht – einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Location stupenda, isolata dal paese e con vista mare unica. Silenzioso e tranquillo, bello arrivarci dopo una breve camminata ed ammirare il paesaggio.

A lovely apartment with a good sized swimming pool which was immaculately clean. The flat was very well stocked with cooking and cleaning basics, coffee, tea with fresh bread & fruit to start with. The position of the appartement was spectacular above the coast and very private.

Communication was great from the start with the host. Happy about the self check in. The apartment was spacious and comfortable; kitchen well equipped. The train station is very close and very convenient to visit Cinque Terres and all of Liguria region really; close/ walking distance to a grocery store, a bakery and the beach. Off-site parking was available; the parking was a bit far, but we did not need the car while we we there because of the proximity of the train. We were a bit surprised about having to give our e-mail and being brought to a third party site for registration asking a lot of private information. It is legit, they do it this way because it is a self check in. As it turns out all hosts are required to do this in Italy but do it in person. We recommend this unit and host

Wij hebben 4 nachten verbleven in het huis van Giacomo tijdens onze roadtrip door Italië. Het huisje is klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien! De tuin is groot en rustig. Echt een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen!

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

L’esperienza alla Torre è stata perfetta! Lola è un’host cordiale e sempre disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa. L’appartamento è impeccabile e unico e al suo interno contiene tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Si trova in una posizione fantastica a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare, sul quale si affaccia con una splendida vista. Consigliamo a chiunque questo alloggio!

We love this place so much, very beautiful 200 years house with cozy interior, garden and stunning view. Escape from city, picked lemons and vegetables from the garden, cooked meals, we enjoyed living in the place so much. The host was so nice and helpful he recommended lots of good restaurants nearby and beautiful spots to see, would love to comeback again.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung an perfekter Lage. Die wunderbare Terasse mit dem Ausblick über das Meer war absolut perfekt. Tiziana und Nicola sind äussert freundlich und es war ihnen sehr wichtig, dass es uns gut geht. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr Willkommen. Auch das uns geholfen wurde das Gepäck hoch zu tragen, schätzen wir sehr. Uns hat lediglich ein Sonnenschirm oder ähnliches auf der Terasse gefehlt. Ansonsten können wir allen die Unterkunft bestens weiter empfehlen und wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort. Wir waren mit unserer 9. Monaten alten Tochter da, die sich ebenfalls sehr wohlfühlte. Vielen Dank

Schöne Wohnung mit grossen, sehr schönen Schlafzimmern. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Terasse, aus der man viel mehr machen könnte und die man noch auf Vordermann bringen könnte (Möbel abgeschossen, etwas vermoost) Gastgeber antworten sehr schnell, Check-in und check-out sehr unkompliziert
