For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

Located in the center of Waimes and at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, 5 and 7 km from the lakes of Robertville and Butgenbach, as well as 15 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. This 41 m² apartment is located on the ground floor with separate entrance and includes a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, a hall and a bathroom. It has private parking and a bike garage. You will find a bakery/grocery store, butcher, as well as a pizzeria, sandwich shop, fry shop and restaurants within 500 m.

Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Hello Dear Guests We offer a comfortable apartment, completely renovated, modern, very well equipped, located in the countryside with many possibilities for bucolic walks. We stayed in a recording studio. The room is therefore treated acoustically, which will guarantee you absolute calm and complete darkness for a good night's sleep. Studio with kitchenette, Netflix TV and private terrace. Ligneuville is surrounded by magnificent landscapes. Our studio has a separate entrance. We are close to Malmedy, Stavelot, the Hautes Fagnes, Lake Robertville, Lake Butgenbach and the Francorchamps circuit.
