We stayed in this beautiful house for a month as a family of four, including a child and a baby — and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is extremely well-equipped and comfortable, both for adults and little ones. There’s everything you need to make great coffee, fresh juice, smoothies — and all the essentials for traveling with a baby, like a crib, toys, high chair, and more. The outdoor space is truly something special — lush garden, beautiful plants, and of course, the pool, which quickly became a family favorite. The location is perfect: nestled between the charming old town of Sóller and the Port, with a lovely local grocery store and bakery just a short walk away. And last but absolutely not least: Sarah is an exceptional host. Warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay — always quick to respond, full of great local tips, and just a genuinely kind person. We had the most wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Cudowny apartament z pięknym widokiem. Ogromne przesuwane okna w całym domu co sprawia, że z każdego miejsca można podziwiać piękny widok. Wspaniały głęboki i duży basen, który należał tylko dla nas. Dojazd rzeczywiście trochę trudny, trzeba zjechać ciasną ścieżką w dół, ale bardzo mili sąsiedzi, którzy jak widzą turystów robią miejsce. Daleko do miasta, ale za to bardzo spokojnie i w około jest bardzo dużo drzew także nikt nikogo nie widzi i nikt nikomu nie przeszkadza. Mieliśmy na górze sąsiadów, ale do domu jest osobne wejście, więc widzieliśmy ich tylko jak wychylali się ze swojego tarasu. Bardzo polecam to był najpiękniejszy apartament jaki kiedykolwiek widziałam i napewno nie pożałujecie swojej decyzji.

Wir haben uns bei Mendi sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt wenn man auf Mallorca die Ruhe sucht. Auch das kleine Städtchen Alaro mit seinen engen Gassen und dem sehr gutem gastronomischen Angebot hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Küste und Strände sind mit dem Auto unkompliziert zu erreichen. Der Ausblick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge ist von Mendis Unterkunft wirklich tramatisch schön! Wir hatten vor wandern zu gehen, leider war es aber viel zu heiß. Wir werden gerne einmal im Frühjahr oder Herbst wiederkommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We recently stayed in Villa Can Bari as a family of 5 (parents with adult children) , the place was absolutely perfect for us with plenty of room to spread ourselves around and have time out on our own if we liked . The villa exceeded expectation and from the moment we walked in we felt very settled . It has lots of useful equipment that you don't necessary always get with a rental - plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, beach towels, insect plugins , board games etc and the villa was very clean . What really stood out was the location and outside space - the view is absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed relaxing and sitting out both in the day watching all the activity on the water and in the harbour and at night when all the restaurants, houses and villas across the bay are lit up - quite magical! Port de Soller is a really beautiful place to visit, with some lovely beaches, excellent choice of restaurants and the charming tram to hop onto to go to Soller and then onto Palma

This was one of the most tranquil, beautiful and scenic stays I've ever had. Tomeu is an utter gentle-man: kind, patient, helpful, responsive. The unit on his and Joana's property is simply adorable, with a nice size bathroom (and great shower!) and kitchen (vs the common tiny bathrooms & kitchens in many small Spanish pisos & casitas). The bed is firm which I love. Slept like a baby every night. The neighborhood, nestled in the Tramuntana mountains, is stunning and so quiet but for the sounds of birds and a far-off rooster in the morning. I would definately stay again (esp now that I know how to work the front door, which takes a bit of finesse).

Los Guardias is a very tranquil villa set in some very nice grounds and ideal for us as a family group of 4 couples. We found the villa to be well equipped with the kitchen having everything we needed. The pool is excellent with enough shaded areas for everyone to sit. It’s only 10 minutes to Santanyi which has some excellent restaurants, a great market on Wed and Sat and plenty of supermarkets. Plenty of activities at Cala D’or and a nice small beach at Cala Santanyi.

Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt. Von der Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber bis hin zu dem Haus - es ist wirklich sehr toll dort. Die Ausstattung ist luxuriös und auf dem Anwesen hat man seine Ruhe und kann entspannt die Zeit auf der Insel genießen. Obwohl viele Leute die Flugzeuge erwähnen finden wir diese als absolut nicht störend - die Lautstärke haben wir garnicht wahrgenommen - ganz im Gegenteil wir fanden es hat einen gewissen Flair wenn man abends bei Sonnenuntergang am Pool liegt und man die Flugzeuge landen sieht. Alles im allen wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

A beautiful house in a beautiful village. Check in was very easy. Pep was very helpful and responsive regarding any questions we had. I highly recommend Alexanders place and would visit again.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach top. Ein Mietauto muss aber sein in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist enorm leise. Das Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich, allerdings nur mit guten Badeschuhen. Was teilweise etwas irritierte, waren die Spaziergänger welche direkt vorne durchlaufen. Trotzdem hat es uns enorm gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und Jose hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben.

Das Haus liegt einmalig - mit unverbauter Aussicht aufs Meer! Es ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, alles Nötige ist da. Zur besonderen Lage des Hauses muss man in Betracht ziehen, dass der Zugang zum Haus zu Fuss über einen schmalen Pfad erfolgt. Die Bucht unterhalb des Hauses erfordert Trittsicherheit, Schwindelfreiheit und gute Schuhe (spitze Felsen). Wir haben jeden Tag genossen - es ist unglaublich ruhig und friedlich. Die Menschen im Dorf sind nett und man bekommt alles, was man braucht (Laden täglich geöffnet). Der Weg zum Dorf ist sehr steil. Der öffentliche Strand ist eher spartanisch und nicht sehr attraktiv. Dafür ist das Wasser klar und wir haben viele kleine Fische gesehen.

This place is a GEM. A dream come to life. Everything about it is cozy and thoughtful. The beds and linens are very comfortable, plenty of fans and AC for warmer nights. We enjoyed the bikes that are very well taken care of and the outdoor furniture. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with hair dryer and soaps for travelers. We had a very early flight out and Esther was very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again and encourage anyone who has the opportunity to as well!

What a great find. James was a great host. The house, swimming pool and gardens were just what we needed for a party of six adults and two children not forgetting the vegetable garden orchard. The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever stayed in. We barbecued a couple of times and there is a great shaded area to sit and eat. Soller is a short walk away and Port Soller is a ten minute drive. If you have young children the tram ride to Port Soller is fun and the beach is ideal.

How happy we were to find Marissa’s place up in magical Fornalutx! Marissa responded immediately to my enquiry as we had changed our plans last minute which was great. The village is just beautiful and so peaceful. The smell on entering the property was unreal, like fresh linen and just very clean. We instantly felt calm and comfortable. After days out it was bliss to come back to this tranquil property. The beds are very comfortable all with natural duvets and actual real linen sheets which was wonderful! Great restaurants all within a couple of minutes and all mentioned in the information we were given. Thank you so much for having us and sharing your beautiful home with us all!

This place is perfect in every way! It has a beautiful walkway and gardens as you enter with fruit trees and grape vines, shading the yard and creating privacy. We loved sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The house is newly updated with modern appliances and furniture. There is a lot of space inside with multiple sitting areas and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is perfect as it is a few minute walk to a small local grocery store and also to the town center. The grocery store bakes fresh baguettes everyday:) The town is delightful with a lively town square graced by a beautiful church and restaurants all around. It feels like the quintessential Spanish village. We are hikers and could walk from the house to multiple hiking trails which took us higher into the mountains through olive groves and to vistas with breathtaking views. We loved hiking to other small villages and eating and shopping before returning to Soller. This was truly a dream!

Lovely place, beautiful views, peaceful setting. It is impossible to drive up to the house, let alone park near it, as it is in a dedicated walking-only area. This is important to know, especially if you're traveling with small kids or elderly people.

La casa era preciosa, limpia y ordenada, había utensilios para cocinar, secadores, lavadora, lavavajillas, etc. También había productos para higiene personal, condimentos para cocinar, gel de ropa, etc, esto es de agradecer ya que en algunos sitios tienes que comprar todo. Además se atascó el pulsador de un baño y en media hora vino a rreglarlo. También olvidé una mochila y me la guardó. Muy satisfechos!

The stay was very nice. The house looked like the pictures, there were lots of orange and lemon trees on the grounds, from which we were allowed to make fresh juice every day. The view of the mountains is beautiful, especially from the pool you have a great view. It was in a quiet location and you had a lot of privacy. We were 6 adults and had also rented the casita, which meant that 2 people could share a bathroom, which worked well. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped if you cooked for yourself, the fridge was huge, which was great given the temperatures. The road to the house is quite narrow so you should definitely take a small car and be an experienced driver, but I was told this in advance so we had a suitable hire car. The walk to Soller along the road takes about 25 minutes, as well as to Fornatlux, but you should be careful with the cars as the road is not easily visible in places. Everything was within easy reach by car. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

This is an amazing place to stay. It is set up in the mountains with magnificent views. The house was very beautiful and comfortable with a great pool. There is plenty of seating to lounge around and enjoy the sun and sunsets with a drink in the evening. The projector screen was a nice change from the usual TV. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. There is a great local bakery in the village. Neshat was a very kind host and very easy to communicate with.

Krásné a romantické prostředí Mallorské vesnice obklopené ovečkami a přírodou. Velmi upravená zahrada a dům čistý.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen kann man stundenlang verweilen – alles ist liebevoll gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Ankunft: Wasser, Brot, Obst, Käse und Eier – eine sehr herzliche Geste! Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben und würden gerne wieder lommen.

Wir (Familie mit einem Kleinkind) haben spontan gebucht und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt! Wir wollten außerhalb vom Trubel sein und mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden. Dazu uns ausruhen und daheim kochen und die Zeit am Pool verbringen. Hat alles toll geklappt! Natürlich ist es im Mai noch nicht so heiß, das wussten wir aber. Der beheizte Pool machte es dennoch möglich. Toll!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. Isabel hat uns vor der Anreise schon kontaktiert, um die Details zum Check in zu besprechen. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist dank ihrer Hinweise gut zu finden. Die Einfahrt ist für große Autos sehr eng aber machbar. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und die Lage direkt bei Valldemossa (fußläufig erreichbar) super. Ein Hinweis zu den Einfahrbeschränkungen mit PKW in Valldemossa hat uns leider gefehlt. Isabel war jederzeit super per WA zu erreichen und hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert.

This beautiful Spanish villa was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Santanyí so easy walking distance from all the restaurants, town centre and market stalls right outside the house on Wednesday / Saturday! Also a great place to explore the southern beaches. The villa has everything you need, stunning decor and architectural touches. Having a local mallorcan wine on one of the (3!!) terraces was bliss. Would recommend again and again
