The house was ideal for our family with two almost adult sons. We enjoyed the spacy rooms and also the piano. With a rented car, the accomodation is an ideal place to discover Athes, Aticca and Parnitha national park

Nos gustó mucho la estancia, la casa muy amplia, bonita, con una agradable terraza y muy tranquila y silenciosa. Nick nos dejó todo lo necesario para cocinar, mermeladas, zumos, aceites, etc. Está cerca de muchas playas espectaculares y de unos pueblos de interior muy bonito. Además al lado hay un restaurante dónde se come muy bien. La única pega es la cama de una de las habitaciones, un poco pequeña y con el colchón no muy cómodo. Por lo demás, nos gustaría volver!

Περάσαμε τις ημέρες του Πάσχα στο κατάλυμα της Ρανιας και ολα ηταν υπέροχα.Η τοποθεσία άψογη στο κατάλληλο μέρος για να μεινεις για ημερήσιες εξορμήσεις είτε από την πλευρά για λιμνη πλαστηρα είτε από την πλευρά για μετεωρα,ελατη,περτουλι.Ακριβως στη μέση το χωριό Κανάλια για να απολαύσεις τις παραπάνω εκδρομές που προανέφερα. Το σπιτι καταπληκτική διακοσμηση και όλα τα λεφτά η ησυχία και η θέα.Ανετο και εξοπλισμένο για οικογενειακές διακοπές.Το χωριό Κανάλια από τα ωραιότερα της χώρας μας. Σ ευχαριστούμε ΡΑΝΙΑ.

What a memorable experience! Eva's warm hospitality helped us feel like home. We truly enjoyed the cleanliness, the fireplace, the amazing view from the balcony, the quietness, the variety of books which informed us about the local history and tradition. The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the parking and shops. Overall, our staying at Eva's was beyond our expectations.

The house is perfect for a family stay, up to 4 people. We spent an amazing week, the house was very clean and everything works perfectly! The neighbourhood is quiet and just 3-4 minutes walking you find the lively Afytos with its nice restaurants and shops. The beach is a bit far to walk to but if you go by car it’s perfect for families with small children.

It is a nice traditional apartment, very close to the center of Chora, a perfect location for exploring the town. Exactly the same like on the photos. Anestis and his wife were very kind to meet us upon arrival. They even “saved” us a parking spot closer to the house. The house has everything you may need for cooking, they offer coffee, shampoo, shower gel and etc. You do not need to think about these small things at all. We traveled with a baby and it was very thoughtful of them to offer a baby cot even we didn’t request for it. We liked it a lot and definitely recommend.

Das Haus war atemberaubend wie der Blick aufs Meer vom Haus ebenfalls. Es war ruhig, super grün, gemütlich, alles was es brauchte für einen entspannten tolle Urlaub. Dimitris hat viele tolle Vorschläge und Hinweise für Restaurant und co gegeben. Sehr zu empfehlen diese Unterkunft und dieser kleine hübsche Ort!

Ο χωρος ηταν πεντακαθαρος και πολυ ζεστος ολη την ημερα! Η κουζινα ηταν πληρως εξοπλισμενη! Το τζακι προσεθετε ζεστασια στο σπιτι! Η Ελενη φανταστικη οικοδεσποινα, προθυμη να μας εξυπηρετησει ανα πασα στιγμη! Γενικα νιωσαμε σαν το σπιτι μας και θα επιλεξουμε σιγουρα παλι το σπιτι αυτο οταν ξαναβρεθουμε στην περιοχη!

Ο χωρος της Δεσποινας ανταποκριθηκε πληρως στις προσδοκιες μας.ηταν απο τις πιο ομορφες διακοπες μας.ο χωρος αρκετος για τετραμελη οικογένεια.ειναι ομορφα διακοσμημενος.κοντα στην πλατεια του χωριου με τα ποδια.εχει παρκιγκ για το αυτοκινητο που ειναι βασικο πλεονεκτημα για την περιοχη. Η Δεσποινα ευγενεστατη εξυπηρετική.Διαθεσιμη σε ό,τι χρειαζομασταν.Το χωριο του Λαυκου ομορφο για ηρεμες διακοπες με ωραιες παραλιες σε αποσταση 20 λεπτων με το αυτοκινητο.

Ein wundervoller Platz in einem Ort ohne Touristen. Man ist im Dorfleben integriert und hat einen tollen Blick. Das Haus selber ist ein traditioneller Bau aus Stein mit hölzernen Fenstern. Aus allem spricht die Atmosphäre und könnte sicherlich viele Geschichten erzählen. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Το σπίτι του Γιώργου και της Ελένης μας εντυπωσίασε από τις φωτογραφίες. Όταν όμως φτάσαμε οι πραγματική εικόνα ήταν ακόμα πιο εντυπωσιακή. Πολύ όμορφο, με στυλ και άποψη, το σπίτι είναι πλήρως (μάλλον υπερπλήρως) εξοπλισμένο με ο,τι χρειάζεται κανείς! Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Η αυλή του σπιτιού αξίζει ξεχωριστή αναφορά επειδή είναι αρκετά μεγάλη, έχει διάφορα σημεία να καθίσεις και χωράει μεγάλη παρέα (εμείς ήμασταν 4 ενήλικες, 3 έφηβοι και 2 παιδιά). Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν αγωγή, από την στιγμή της κράτησης μέχρι που φύγαμε νιώθαμε ότι ήμασταν καλεσμένοι τους (με την καλή έννοια). Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα βουνά και τη θάλασσα σε ένα όμορφο καταπράσινο χωριό! Ελπίζω να τα ξαναπούμε

Host was very responsive. The place looks like the photo. Clean. Good location near restaurants. It’s on the first floor but is quiet and u slept well. Because the unit is on the first floor and faces the back, there is not a lot of light but that was not a problem for me.

great space with all the amenities for relaxing, cooking, and retreating from the hustle of the city. The hosts were very responsive. The representative who met us at the space was excellent in explaining all the home's features. it was a great stay.

Είναι ένα σπίτι φτιαγμένο με πολύ μεράκι στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία του χωριού. Η θέα είναι καταπληκτική και είναι ίσως το μοναδικό σημείο που το καλοκαίρι απολαμβάνεις τη δροσιά στη πανέμορφη αυλή του. Είναι ένα αρχοντικο υψηλής αισθητικής και απίστευτα εξοπλισμένο. Ο κ. Στέλιος και μας υποδέχτηκε με μια υπόκρουση υπεροχης μουσικής στο πικ απ αλλά και ήρθε να μας χαιρετησει όταν φύγαμε. Ευγενέστατος και πάντα διαθέσιμος. Εννοείται θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

David’s place was perfect for us and had everything we needed including beach towels and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The location was ideal - just a few minutes walk from the center of town, and close to all the bars and restaurants. We could walk to the bus or taxi station in 10 minutes to get around the island. Both David and Rita were excellent help throughout our stay, offering lots of recommendations and helpful advice. Overall, we had a fabulous stay at David’s place and would highly recommend to anyone else thinking about visiting Skopelos.

I don't know where to start... the house was 10 times better than in photos, huge massive living space, nice furniture, comfortable bathrooms for every bedroom and even more which was not even mentioned. Amazing balconies all around the house and astonishing backyard with well maintained garden and grill. This house is amazing for a big friend group and also families who want to have private time. All the kitchen utilities works well, every window and door has a protecting net preventing the insects to come in. In the house there is provided everything that you may need. The location is also very convenient, the biggest supermarket in the town is just 5min walk away, also amazing beaches, port, cafes and restaurants. You can easily go to nicest islands from the port. Local area provides many restaurants for seafood lovers. The overall experience was better than excepted. Constantine was friendly and helpful . Definitely suggesting to friends and coming back myself...

What a beautiful town and an enchanting place to stay. Quiet and peaceful, nestled in the mountains. Everything was just as described.

Ο χώρος ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή, το οίκημα ήταν εξοπλισμένο με όσα πρέπει να έχει μια οικογένεια για την διαμονή της. Η τοποθεσία στο κέντρο του χωριού στην πλατεία χωρίς όμως αυτό να επηρεάζει την ησυχία. Τέλος η επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εξαιρετική! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Εμείς πήγαμε με την σύζυγο μου την αδερφή της και τον φίλο της για Πάσχα από Μ.Παρασκευή. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. και ειδικά για 4 άτομα ήταν ότι πρέπει. Προσωπικά είχαμε μια μικρή ψησταριά και ψήσαμε έξω στην αυλή(υπήρχε και η κουζινα βέβαια). Το πρωινό μας το πήραμε στο μικρό σαλονάκι(υπήρχαν τα πάντα στο σπίτι ).Η περιοχή μέσα στο πράσινο και πολύ ηρεμία ότι πρέπει για αποτοξίνωση από την πόλη. Οι κάτοικοι πολύ φιλικοί .Η Καλαμπάκα είναι κοντά αν θες και λίγο φασαρία. Σίγουρα αν ξαναπάω στην περιοχή θα είναι η 1 επιλογή

Lovely Airbnb in Skiathos town, really close to the port and local bars, shops and tavernas. We were given really clear instructions to find the Airbnb and an early check in was facilitated at our request. Konstantinos also arranged for us to have a complimentary breakfast at a nearby hotel which was a lovely gesture. WiFi was a bit slow at times could possibly benefit from a booster but did not affect us as we didn’t require it for work.

A very interesting place close to the center of Athens with an authentic atmosphere..The place looks exactly like it does in the photos and it is located near several restaurants. Fondas is a wise and well-informed person who is very willing to help you with anything. He is also a very interesting person and the conversation with him was truly enriching. He will remain a part of my memories of Athens.
