From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Το σπιτι της Νικολεττας πανεμορφο αισθητικα, πολυ ζεστο και με ολες τις ανεσεις και με το παραπανω. Η Νικολεττα πολυ επικοινωνιακη, μας κατατοπισε σε ο,τι τη ρωτησαμε. Και η τοποθεσια απλα εκπληκτικη, ηρεμια και ησυχια.

Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft, um Freunde in Karystos zu besuchen. Es war alles prima. Ein wunderschöner Strand am Fuß des Berges, nach Karystos rund sieben Minuten mit dem Auto, das für Euböa erforderlich ist. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Lage sehr ruhig mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Wir würden es demnächst wieder buchen wollen. :-)

Το χώρος είναι φανταστικός, απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας και νοιώσαμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας!! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα🙏🏻

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα σε κάθε επίπεδο! Ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ο χώρος ήταν πολύ άνετος, πεντακάθαρος, με παραδοσιακή αύρα και σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, μαγευτική θέα και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του χωριού. Ο Δημήτρης άμεσα διαθέσιμος πάντα, ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να μας κατατοπίσει. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Υπέροχη αισθητική σε ένα πανέμορφο σπίτι με έντονο τόσο το στοιχείο της παράδοσης όσο και της σύγχρονης διακόσμησης. Το φαγητό της περιοχής είναι γενικά άψογο και τα χωριά της Φωκίδας ένα κρυμμένο διαμάντι. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Kostas was super responsive and provided us with everything we wanted. Last but not least, we loved the quiet neighborhood & the walks we did around the village. Would absolutely stay again!

Logement avec une vue exceptionnelle. L’hôte est réactif et accommodant. Ce fut un vrai plaisir d’occuper ce magnifique logement. Le parking se trouve à l’arrière du bâtiment. Tres propre, le logement sent bon et il y a plein de choses utiles

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Athens. It was within walking distance of most attractions but also close to the underground too! The apartment was beautiful, clean and exactly as the photos shown. We had a lovely stay here and would 100% stay again!

Great location, very responsive and accommodating host. They'll take you to the airport as finding a Uber is not easy there! They even offered to drive us to Schinias beach because one of the bikes had a flat. It was actually close enough for a nice walk on the beach to get back to the place, with just a few rocks at the end. Restaurants around are delicious. 100% recommended.

This was a lovely place in a beautiful setting, very close to Delphi, which is what we came to see. The apartment has lovely family antiques and was very pretty. The town of Arachova is an easy 10 min walk. Our host was responsive, she came out to meet us as we drove up to show us where to park in back of the building. She had milk and juice and homemade jams in the fridge for us and baked an amazing breakfast with orange cake, fresh bread and savory pastries. We would highly recommend staying here!

Location, location, location. 1/2 block from the main square. It’s very busy but you can walk to everything. View from balcony of the Acropolis is from the side but it’s still great. We walked in different directions every day. Many, many restaurants, taverns everywhere. Check out the rooftop restaurant right on the corner. You enter the elevators right near the subway. Worth the stop. If you’re up to it, walk a number of blocks away from the main tourist areas or grab the subway (right next door)to find restaurants with better bang for the buck. We took the subway out when we left, super easy to do even with luggage and straight to the airport. The host was very helpful and very responsive.

Amazing cosy spot with wonderful bathroom and stone interior, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Lovely terrace and in the heart of enchanting Arachova. We were able to park nearby (4 min walk) upon the advice of Ariadni where there was always space. Thank you!

Eleni’s place was wonderful, her mother met us at check in and was incredibly friendly and kind. There was fresh bread and groceries waiting for us. The house was beautiful and very well located. I would gladly stay here again!

Great host, near the city center and beautiful luxury apartment

Η διαμονή μας στο υπέροχο κατάλυμα της Κας Κατερίνας θα μας μείνει αξέχαστη! Όμορφος καθαρός κ περιποιημένος χώρος! Μας περιποιήθηκε με πολλά καλούδια από τον τόπο και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Ολα ήταν υπέροχα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια! Ακόμα και ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν πολύ προσεγμένος! Όμορφος κήπος ωραία πισίνα και μαγευτική απέραντη θέα! Για όσους θέλουν να ηρεμήσουν ενώ ταυτόχρονα επιθυμούν να πάνε και σε μαγαζιά κ να δουν το κέντρο! Ιδανικό μέρος κ για χειμώνα αλλά και για το καλοκαίρι! Άνετοι καθαροί περιποιημένοι χώροι με πολύ γούστο κ μεράκι! Σίγουρα στο κατάλυμα της κας Κατερίνας θα ξαναπάμε ! Αξίζει να πάτε για αρκετές μέρες για χαλάρωση αλλά και για διασκέδαση! Κα Κατερίνα σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για τις οδηγίες που μας στείλατε πριν την αφίξη, την υπέροχη φιλοξενία και την ειλικρίνεια σας ! Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα και ακόμα παραπάνω! Ολα καθαρά νοικοκυρεμένα και όμορφα! Ελπίζω να τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα! Έχετε ένα μικρό παράδεισο μέρος της φύσης!

This place was absolutely beautiful. There was so much space and a very beautiful outdoor area. I wish we could have spent more time here, so we will definitely come back. The surrounding area is filled with of natural beauty. We woke up in the morning to views of the mountains, the sea was about a 10 minute walk away. Pantelis was a fantastic host and couldn’t be more accommodating. He is full of knowledge about the local area and ensured that our stay went as smoothly as possible.

The 180 degree view of the Pagasetic Gulf is absolutely extraordinary and the location’s natural silence is like a medicine for the soul. Great sized swimming pool that gets sun all day long, comfortable beds, and well equipped home. Bear in mind the bathroom/shower room in the mezzanine is very small and touch ups are required in some areas of the house and communal spaces (stained/chipped walls etc) but overall a very tasteful property with beautiful lavender gardens and olive trees. Our host Revi was genuinely lovely and very helpful! Pinakates and neighbouring Vyzitsa are two of the most beautiful villages of Pelion. We plan to return

The villa is set back from the road up a very steep concrete driveway. We loved the peace and quiet, beautiful views and the nearby village of Nerotrivia. Aryiris came especially from Athens to welcome us to the villa, (of which he is very proud, as he and his wife had it built for themselves and filled it with arty things from their travels). The three double bedrooms have hand crafted queen beds, which would suit up to 3 couples, but as our group was of one couple and 3 individuals, Αργύρης kindly added a single bed in the lounge for us. The local bakery for fresh bread (φούρνο/αρτοποιεία) in Nerotrivia (Νεροτριβιά) is first left by a café, after passing Evia mini market, then first right up a steep passageway. The local restaurant, Bakoutis (Μπακούτης), on the left further down the main road through the village, will even make traditionally cooked Greek vegetarian meals in addition to their normal meat menu, if you order them the day before. We wished we could stay all month!

The stay in the villa is pleasant and relaxing. The view is breathtaking. The house is very clean. Comfortably equipped. Suzana was very kind, available and spoiled us with food she cooked. We would love to visit again. Thank you.

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia nella casa di George. Si è dimostrato sin da subito molto cordiale ed ospitale. Ci ha persino fatto assaggiare una squisita pie al formaggio fatta in casa. La casa rispecchia esattamente quanto descritto sul sito. È molto confortevole per 6 persone ed offre un giardino dove ho potuto addirittura cogliere ottimi fichi e limoni. L’unico piccolo neo è che la casa è attaccata alla strada che collega il porto alla parte occidentale dell’isola e quindi pur essendo totalmente immersa nel verde risente del rumore delle macchine e dei motorini. Però questo non disturba assolutamente il riposo notturno in quanto le doppie finestre sono molto ben isolanti. Nel complesso siamo molto contenti del nostro soggiorno nella casa di George.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι με εντυπωσιακή θέα και μεγάλος εξωτερικός χώρος για μπάνιο στη πισίνα, barbecue και καθιστικούς χώρους! Το σπίτι μέσα ήταν καθαρό με όμορφα διακοσμητικά και ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα. Μπαίνοντας στην πισίνα νιώθεις πως το νερό της θάλασσας έχει γίνει ένα με το νερό της πισίνας και είναι μαγευτικό. Πολύ ωραία εμπειρία για όσα άτομα και αν επιλέξεις είναι ιδανικό. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν σαφής και άμεση. Ανυπομονώ να ξαναβρεθώ σε αυτό το όμορφο εξοχικό!

This place is as lovely as it looks in the photos! Breathtaking views, lots of space and great for a family or friends who want a place to hang out together and view beautiful Skopelos! As noted by other reviews, the only downside is getting to this location - not for the faint of heart! Very narrow, winding road on a cliff side with no barrier for most of the journey. It’s ok if you are traveling during daylight and in good weather; I would not drive this at night or in rainy conditions. But once you arrive, this house is worth the journey! The hosts are also really helpful and responsive, providing us with connections to get a rental car and great restaurant recommendations!
