Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Decentralized Administration of Thessaly and Central Greece

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement d’Anna. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et la proximité avec le métro. Le quartier est assez tranquille et il y a pas mal de petits restaurants et commerces de proximité proches de l’appartement. Anna a pris le soin de nous laisser quelques recommandations activités/restos à tester que nous avons trouvé très bien ! Super communication et accueil de sa part ! Encore merci ! PS : à savoir que sur Athènes il y a une taxe de résilience climatique qui s’élève à 8€ par nuit (d’avril à octobre) pour les locations saisonnières. De novembre à mars cette taxe est à 2€. À prévoir dans votre budget en plus du prix annoncé sur Airbnb.

דירה מקסימה נקייה, מלאה אור בבוקר. חלוקה טובה כך שיש הפרדה בין אזור השינה והסלון. בידוד רעשים מצויין כשהחלונות סגורים למרות שגם ככה אין יותר מדי רעשים מהרחוב. מיקום מושלם קרוב להכל כולל מטרו. הדירה נמצאת במיקום מעולה בסמוך לרחוב הקניות (אמצע של רחוב הקניות בין מונסטרקי לסינטגמה) אבל ברחוב שקט יחסית כך שלא סובלים מרעשים בלילה. בנוסף ולא פחות חשוב- יש חדר בבניין בבעלות מנהלי הנכס שבו יש לוקרים גדולים לאפסן את המזוודות לפני הצ׳ק אין וגם אחרי הצ׳ק אאוט במידת הצורך. המארחים זמינים לשאלות ועונים תוך כמה דקות. אנחנו בהחלט נשוב !! ממליצה בחום.

Great location near the port for our cruise vacation. Great service and access, we had an amazing stay. The host was hospitable & welcoming. Plenty of room for my family of 5.

Maria hat uns bei unserer Ankunft persönlich in Empfang genommen und in alles eingewiesen. Unsere Wohnung war Teil einer sehr schönen alten Villa mit großen alten Bäumen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat einen großen Balkon, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Petros Einsatz nach dem Ausfall des WLAN. Er hat umgehend darauf reagiert und für Abhilfe gesorgt, hilfreich waren all seine Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Lokale, Geschäfte und Bars gut zu Fuß und in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Maria und Petros waren für uns hervorragende Gastgeber.

Le séjour chez Georgios et Zinovia s’est très bien passé ! 😊 L’accueil de Zinovia a été chaleureux. C’est une personne gentille et réactive, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions et s’est montrée arrangeante. Georgios et Zinovia se sont adaptés à nous et à notre arrivée tardive. Le logement a répondu à nos attentes. Il est spacieux, bien équipé, plutôt propre et est en face du métro, proche des lieux d’intérêts principaux. Cependant, le quartier reste assez sensible. Je recommande vivement ce logement, nous y retournerons avec plaisir

το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, ωραίος χώρος και καθαρός, και η οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενική και συνεργάσιμη.

Καταπληκτικός, πεντακάθαρος και cozy χώρος! Νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου! Το σπίτι έχει τα πάντα μέσα και δεν λείπει τίποτα! Είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις, όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, μοντέρνα έπιπλα και καλόγουστη αισθητική! Και βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και γειτονιά, με μικρά καταπράσινα πάρκα τριγύρω! Αλλά και η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετική, καθότι η στάση του μετρό και του τραμ, είναι μόλις 200 μέτρα μακριά. Όποιο μέσο μαζικής μεταφοράς και να πάρεις, μπορείς μέσα σε 20-30 λεπτά, να βρίσκεσαι στην παραλία ή σε ακόμα λιγότερο χρόνο, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και κοντά στην Ακρόπολη! Εννοείται πως θα ξαναμείνω στο ίδιο μέρος και πως το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους! Θα μείνετε 100% ικανοποιημένοι! Τέλος, θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ευγενέστατοι, διακριτικοί και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι και πάντα ανταποκρίνονται άμεσα! Εξαιρετικοί και τους ευχαριστώ μέσα από την καρδιά μου!🙏

As expected, only thing that was not entirely clear was that what the 'third bedroom' was sort of the second half of the living room, but there is a sliding door that can be closed for privacy.

We had a fantastic stay during 10 days at Christo’s house. The house was clean and had everything we needed, very good beds, lovely terrace and other outdoor spaces, beautiful garden area. The house is well situated, in a nice surrounding (the road did not disturb us at all, basically no traffic in late evening/night, so very quiet - on the contrary it made it easy to move around with our rental car). The Toroni beach is a less than 10 minutes walk away and is very nice. In Toroni you will find a good convenience store, tavernas etc. The neighbouring Porto Koufo is worth a visit for its excellent fish and seafood. The owners gave us a warm welcome and we felt very much at home during our stay. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved this space! It had lots of charm and everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfectly centralized for any main attractions + lesser known things to do and see. Rachel and her mom were awesome and very accommodating. The cafe next door was so lovely, too. Thanks for such a comfortable stay for our first time in Athens.

Πανέμορφο χωριό, βρεθήκαμε για πρώτη φορά στις Κορυσχάδες και στην Κορυφή Καλιακούδα και έχω να πω ότι η κατοικία είναι πανέμορφη, είναι φτιαγμένη με γούστο και μεράκι. Είναι λειτουργική και εξοπλισμένη π.χ. με καφετιέρα, βραστήρα, τοστιέρα, κ.α. όπως φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες. Επιπλέον έχει φοβερή , μαγική θέα στα έλατα κάτι που σε ηρεμεί απίστευτα!!!. Θεωρώ αρκετά σημαντικό ότι το σπίτι διαθέτει πολύ καλή θέρμανση και μάλιστα αυτόνομη, στα συν ένα τζάκι παρέας και το ζεστό νερό ανά πάσα στιγμή. Πολύ άνετη κρεβατοκάμαρα και πολύ καλό στρώμα. Επίσης και η θέα από το παράθυρο στο υπνοδωμάτιο φοβερή! Στον ένα καναπέ του καθιστικού κοιμάται άνετα και πολύ ξεκούραστα ένα τρίτο άτομο. Η Σοφία και ο Νίκος πολύ καλοί οικοδεσπότες, φιλικοί, ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν τους φιλοξενούμενους και αρκετά ευέλικτοι. Δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό να πω. Εύχομαι να καταφέρουμε να ξαναπάμε! Σοφία και Νίκο ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

A great house with a lovely garden very close to the sea and a short drive from Skopelos town. The house is fully equipped with everything including air-conditioning in every room and a fast and reliable Internet. Diamantis was a lovely host and we also got to meet his mother in law Maria, who is wonderful, really warm and friendly and made us feel like family. We had a great time and hope to return next year.

Wir haben uns gleich Willkommen gefühlt. Auch der Willkommenswein und die kleinen Snacks und Wasser im Kühlschrank haben dazu beigetragen. Mein absolutes Highlight war, mit meiner Tasse Kaffee am Morgen direkt am Strand aufs Meer zu schauen. Vielen Dank für alles, Kerstin & Horst

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce bel appartement au 1er étage d'une maison située sur un grand terrain arboré, à 50 mètres d'une plage de sable et à 5 min en voiture des commerces. Nous recommendons +++ ce logement avec ses grands espaces et sa belle terasse avec vue sur mer. Polyanthi, notre hôtesse, a été hyper réactive à nos diverses demandes. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr dans ce petit coin de paradis.

George was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to others. Its central location just a short 5–10 minute walk to the seaside and close to numerous bars and restaurants made it especially convenient. We had a wonderful time!

In the appartment there was everything we needed. Kostas was really friendly and helpful and he also gave us lemons and mandarins from the trees. The Kirra area is peaceful and quiet in the end of march. Nearby there is foodmarket, vegetable/fruitstore and bakery. And more in Itea (about 2 kilometers). You can walk along the coastal way/path all the way to Itea. And what a view!!!

A fantastic base for exploring Athens! From the beginning, Kostis was an incredibly pro-active host and he was key in making our stay so enjoyable, smooth and stress-free. His recommendations are excellent, and he was really helpful in arranging reliable taxi drivers and guides. He is truly a super-host with clear, accurate and timely communication. The apartment is conveniently located close to the main areas and historic sites of Athens, everything very accessible on foot (and also steps away from public transport). It is very clean and thoughtfully decorated, with comfortable beds and all amenities should you wish to self-cater. However, there are so many great places for coffee and food close by if you want to experience wonderful Greek hospitality! It is also very quiet and peaceful even in such a central location. I highly recommend staying at this apartment, we will certainly choose it again for our next visit to Athens. Thank you Kostis!

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.
