Holiday rentals with lake access in Decentralized Administration of the Aegean

We were able to check in earlier than expected and were very warmly welcomed by Panos and his family. A large fruit bowl and plenty of water were available for us. The house is beautifully furnished, everything has been thought of, e.g. coffee powder, beach towels. On request, we received an additional sheet to cover. The location is wonderful, right on the water. We enjoyed the sunrises, the short walk to the beach, the proximity of the various localities. All in all, a very successful holiday! We will be happy to be back next year! 😊

The vacation home is very functionally furnished and nothing is missing, except maybe a large bowl and a large coffee cup ;-) The mattresses of the bed were pleasantly firm and we slept wonderfully. Throughout the house there are fly screens, so you can leave the windows open at night and no mosquitoes and insects come in. The location of the house is approx. 5 minutes by car from a wonderfully spacious beach. It is also ideally located as a starting point for hikes in the mountains. Only the busy road right in front of the terrace bothered us a little. Elena is a very attentive and friendly host who responds immediately to messages. She spoiled us with a homemade dessert and a farewell gift. Thanks again for that! If we come back to Crete, I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very modern and clean, and had everything needed. The location is perfect, on the edge of the town on peaceful settings and very close to the main bus stops. The host was very responsive. Our stay was perfect and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Stathis was a great host, giving recommendations and providing all of the essentials at his villa. Lovely villa with great sea views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

We loved the place: Near the beach and the town centre. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a view to the mountains. And we walked many of the hiking paths; the first one runs along the house. Zacharias and his wife were generous with information and help. We were a bit surpriced that the three bedrooms was inter-connected: To get to bedroom 2 you had to go through room 1. And room 3 (on the upper side of room 2 and with no own door) had to go through both rooms. But for a group of close friends itworked fine

Manos and his family were very helpful and kind with us. They provided everything we needed for our stay and were always available and helpful. The apartment looks exactly as pictured: it's small but perfect for two people and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The little garden was our favourite place to chill after a long day around the beaches in Kos. Thank you again Caroline, Yannis and Manos for everything you did for us!

A very nicely renovated house situated in the middle of a deep valley, with beautiful views, complete peace and quiet, nothing but you, the stars, and the goats. The house has lovely and comfortable rooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Paris and his wife were very warm and helpful, just great. The only thing to keep in mind is that you cannot drive to the property (you need to walk 3-4 minutes on a dirt path or climb up and down a long path with stairs), so you have to be light with luggage, children, etc, and everything must be carried (no wheels). Syneti is about 12 minutes from Chora. But again, once you get there, it's perfect!

We had a great two weeks in Piso Livadi in a lovely apartment with our daughter. Giorgos, the host, was exceptional: always helpful, available, and attentive, he gave us valuable advice throughout our stay. He was also very thoughtful with our daughter, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was perfectly equipped, with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the small intimate terrace, ideal for relaxing moments. The linen and towels were changed regularly, a real plus for our comfort. The location is also a major asset: steps away from restaurants, shops, and the beach. In short, an unforgettable stay that we highly recommend! Thank you Giorgos for this welcome and kindness!

The apartment was exactly as described, located in a quiet village, the in-house tavern offers authentic Greek cuisine, highly recommended. Ideal for travellers who want to be accommodated off the tourist mile. Very happy to come back, thank you so much for the wonderful time in Kos :)

We felt like we were their guests, not hired the house. Location was very near the seaside, beach and sea was amazing, restaurants around were boutique and delicious. Beach services, chez-long, drinks food at the seaside were perfect. Very good summer holiday place, especially for families.

We had a great time in Avignon. The place was clean with a great view and direct access to a small private beach. The only downside is the noises of cars at night. The accommodation is very well located, 5 min drive from the city. Our host was very helpful, was good advice, and didn't hesitate to check in with us throughout our stay. Alexandra is probably the best host we have had so far with Airbnb. She is a kind, responsive and very generous host who you can tell puts a lot of effort into making sure her guests feel at home. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and was located right on the water front in Apollonas, a small fishing village located to the north of the island. This place is perfect if you’re just looking to relax. Highly recommend!

I like the small apartment, I'm there for the second time. Everything is as described. I found it clean and tidy. Jiannis is a friendly, polite host, he can be reached by what...app. If you have a light sleep, you should bring ear plugs, there are many roosters and chickens in the area.

Hi, We were delighted to stay in this home, the inside of the house is spotless and pleasant to live in with its 2 terraces. The interior is very clean, the sheets and towels are very clean also impeccable bedding. We were warm when we arrived despite the A/C, it's settled after a few hours once the A/C started and the owner had us deliver a brand new fan by a store. Very responsive owner and attentive to his hosts. Very well located location, access to beaches, just 10 minutes from downtown Kos , nearby the possibility of renting quad bikes or buggy and cars and even bikes and scooters. I would highly recommend

Beautiful little quiet house, well located for visiting Chania , Kourna, Rethymnon , Chora Skafia and the surrounding area. A great welcome rarely seen , clear explanations and succinct in English: everything was perfect . The family is really great people who love their beautiful country. Nice little gifts: wine + delicious oil (helas too heavy to take it back...). The house is super well-equipped: there is absolutely nothing missing and everything is working well: even wifi! The house is super clean , possibility to do your laundry , hot water permanently and small electric radiator in case of big cold but also hammocks to rest. Easy parking right in front of the small house in the enclosure . Large grounds fenced by a small, convenient wall that prevented our little dog from escaping. On foot, Lake Kournas (5 minutes) and the beach (30 minutes) and the center of Gorgiopoulis ( 25 minutes) are not far away. In short, a little paradise, we would have liked to stay longer but the flights back the following week to Belgium were really too expensive: a shame!

One of the best equipped and cleanest Airbnb I've ever been to. The place was spotless. Every utility you'll ever need simply is there, amazing! The place was very easy to find on google maps, another great thing, you have your own driveway, so always room to park your car. Konstantinos, his wife and parents were very friendly and hospitable. He always replied fast if you needed some information. As a welcome gift he left some local wines for me, one of them I like so much I brought 12 bottles home with me If you go to Rhodes in search for a place away from mass tourism I definitely recommend this place. If you do want to see some of the island a rental car is a must. Konstantinos, great host, and thank you for having me!

Maria is a super host, she is much more than just a host in fact. She makes everything for us to feel home and more. She managed to get everything we needed, a bed and a chair for babies, as well as food, drinks, souvenirs… Added to a perfect location, central and 3 minutes walk to one of the best beach of the island. The house was beautiful and clean. We had lots of space. The garden is also amazing with lemon and orange trees so outside it was very peaceful. Near Tulum beach and restaurants along the sea front. Would recommend!

We had a fabulous time! House just a few metres from the sea (2 minutes by car), with a private pool and a wonderful view. It feels really good and everything is so private so you can have a pleasant holiday. Maria was always helpful and kind and ready to meet our every need and always thoughtful about all the details so that we could have a pleasant holiday. Flexible and easy check-in and check-out.
