Ελένη’s home was beautiful and centrally located in Nafpaktos. Just two small streets away from the water front and a few more from the Πλατιά, which when we were there, was nicely populated every night. Ελένη was right upstairs ready to help whenever needed although that will surely be rare. By far the best feature of the house was the elevator that left you right inside the apartment. Will definitely return whenever I’m in Nafpaktos! Ευχαριστώ πολύ Ελένη!

It was our first trip abroad with our 5 month old baby. Marilena is great, responsive and helpful host- she set up baby cot for the baby, we washed laundry free of charge when we needed it, and in general had great stay. Fresh sheets and towels were offered whenever needed as well as cleaning of the room. Accomodation was literaly 1 minute from the seaside which was great convenience. Small market where you have mostly everything you nees is also close like 3-5mins walk. We stayed for a week and it was nice for us :)

A great stay at Zeus Throne. Vasilis was friendly and responsive. The airbnb is in a great spot with an amazing view and very close to Timoni. The room had everything you'd need for a few nights away, although I'd mention the fridge is a bit noisy if you're a light sleeper like me! One thing to mention is that the location is at the end of quite a narrow and busy track - I'd be cautious renting a larger car if you're not confident with tight squeezes (fiat 500 or smaller) - Vasilis was very helpful guiding us through!

Xenon Estate is spectacular. At the top of a hill (you do need a moped, quad or e-bike) with a stunning view, gorgeous lovingly manicured grounds (best we saw on the island), and pool. Alex and Harmeet (who, with his wife, manages the property) were incredibly helpful and we needed that help! I neglected to reserve seats on the ferry from Piraeus to Spetses — oops! —and Alex saved the day by arranging a last minute taxi from Athens Airport to Kosta and then a water taxi to the island. Phew! When we arrived at the house the kitchen was fully stocked for breakfast (eggs, bacon, breas, cheese, turkey, butter, coffee, milk, water) — remarkable kindness. And then Harmeet helped us secure a quad on a busy holiday weekend when all rental shops were empty. He also helped us get dinner reservations for three nights and arrange a car to deliver our luggage to the ferry. All in all the kind of service a guest could dream of. We are so appreciative of Xenon Estate and the team there — thanks!

'Nemesis' Airbnb was absolutely amazing! Doulla was so incredibly helpful, kind and communicative, making our holidays stress-free. The apartment itself was very pleasant, safe and beautifully decorated, and how amazing it was to find it spotless after coming back from the day at the beach, with changed-all sheets and towels so often, also the room was with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a very short walk from the beach and a restaurants. Theres a shop just on a ground floor open by the same family and absolutely stunning modern bar with a pool-super relaxing, friendly people! We loved spending mornings and evenings in the balcony also. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable Zakynthos vacation. Its a family business, they are working hard to keep up business and truly cares about their guests. What a wonderful experience!

Me and my partner only stayed for two nights, we wish we stayed for more, stunning location so close to town, the room itself was gorgeous and well kept daily, the pool is stunning with a fantastic view of the ocean from it, as for the owners, so accommodating and great help when it came to hiring a boat, 10/10 would stay again!

We had a lovely week at these villas and highly recommend! We were worried about sharing a pool with lots of people but because the complex is so close to the beach (less than 200m to the actual sea) there was never more than 15 people in and around the pool at any one time. Really clean, really helpful staff, lovely shared terrace.

A wonderful host who is so proactive, communicable and helpful, lots of restaurants nearby and very close to the port. The place is very clean, look just the photos with beautiful surrondings. Strongly recommended to stay.

We recently stayed at Tina and had a great experience. Christos, the host, was super friendly and welcoming right from the start. He gave us helpful tips about the area and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. The room was really clean—exactly what we were hoping for. We had such a lovely stay here, the host was lovely and very responsive to any requests, our room was even ready for us on arrival which was so appreciated after an early and long travel morning. The room was as described, clean and had a lovely balcony over the pool. Despite being round the corner from the strip and many local amenities, the pool was the perfect place to relax in relative peace! Would definitely recommend!

Honestly we couldn't imagine what kind of accommodation it is when we made this last minute reservation. This place is simply awesome! Spotlessly clean, luxurious, spacious villa with a unique combination: artistic , royal type design , it is like a small palace without missing modern comforts for all type of travellers! We are a family of 4 with small children and loved it but this place looked suitable for everyone from couples and groups of friends to solo travellers. We would stay again and highly recommend it. Thank you so much for a great stay and authentic hospitality.

Dionysis was very friendly, easy going, informative. Perfect host. The room was nicely decorated, spotless clean, big double bed, big TV. All you need was there, air-co, hairdryer, stuff to protect you from the mosquitos, thick nice quality shower towels and if you want also towels for the pool. Aluminum entrance door and balcony doors keeping all noise outside of the studio. No hidden costs! Free yoga lessons, small gym outside,, beautiful breakfast area. Unfortunately we were too late for breakfast (8.30 till 10.30). S.U.P. , bicycles, coolboxes etc etc all available without extra costs.

Possibly our favorite Airbnb experience ever! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the kindest gentleman who made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond for us. They didn’t even advertise this but all their bedding and towels are made of natural fibers, they offer alkaline spring water in a box instead of plastic bottles, the bed was sooooo comfortable, the water extra hot for an amazing spa experience after a long day of hiking. The details of the gorgeous lighting, the beautiful wood hangers, the comfortable bathrobes, gorgeous tile and design throughout the place. We were in absolute heaven. This is one of those Airbnb experiences you’ll remember forever. We feel so grateful for our time here and we can’t wait to come back again in the future. Thank you thank you!!!! ❤️
