Ολα ηταν εξαιρετικα. Η κυρια κωνσταντινα ηταν πολυ φιλικη με εμας και πολυ επικοινωνιακη. Ο χωρος ειναι εξαιρετικος για την βεραντα δεν υπαρχουν λογια εξαιρετικη. Το κεντρο 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια. Οποτε ξαναερθουμε πατρα σε εσας θα ερθουμε κατευθειαν διχως δευτερη σκεψη ευχαριστουμε για ολα.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un alloggio davvero bello, posizione incantevole con vista mozzafiato. Alloggio pulito e ordinato, con tutti i confort, sembrava di essere a casa! Harry una persona molto disponibile attenta ad ogni richiesta del cliente! Un accesso da una scalinata porta ad una spiaggetta privata, permette quindi di farsi un bagno agevolmente e senza dover prendere la macchina. Negozio alimentare vicino e volendo spiaggia libera con lettini dati insieme ad un ombrellone. Siamo rimasti una settimana, posizione ottima x visitare i siti archeologici vicini, Micene Olimpia. Insomma 10 e lode per tutti! Grazie Harry per la splendida vacanza! Consigliatissimo!

Ο χώρος ήταν πανέμορφος . Υπήρχε εξαιρετική θέα και από τα 2 μπαλκόνια αλλά ειδικά από το μπαλκόνι του υπνοδωματίου, η θέα ήταν το κάτι άλλο. Οι παροχές ήταν ικανοποιητικές και ο κύριος Ηλίας ευγενεστατος.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν όπως το περιμέναμε. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική για τα σημαντικότερα σημεία του νησιού. Η Μεμη ηταν πολύ εξυπηρετικη, φιλική κ διαθέσιμη για κάθε πληροφορία που χρειαστηκαμε.

Een heerlijk modern en privé appartement met een fijn terras, een goede douche en een zalig zacht bed. Een hele vriendelijke host! De auto kon in de straat geparkeerd en alles is verder op loopafstand Echt een aanrader!!

Ηταν ολα εξαιρετικά και καλυτερα απο τις προσδοκιες μας. Υπηρχε πολυ ομορφη διακοσμηση με προσοχη σε καθε λεπτομερεια. Ανετο κρεβατι, πανεμορφο μπανιο, πληρης κουζινα, καλαθι καλωσορισματος, 2 τηλεροασεις smart, ζεστο σαλονι με τζακι υψηλης αποδοσης, καλη ηχομονωση χωρου. Σιγουρα θα αποτελει προτεραιοτητα στις επιλογες διανυκτερευσης μας στην περιοχη. Ευχαριστουμε

Δεύτερη φορά που μένω στο ίδιο κατάλυμα και μιλάω με την Δανάη. Ολα πολύ ωραία και μάλιστα είχαμε και δωρεάν αναβάθμιση στα νέα καταλύματα που άνοιξαν πριν λίγες μέρες. Είναι κέντρο κέντρο και κοντά στα μαγαζιά αλλά παρόλα αυτά υπάρχει ησυχία και σίγουρα μπορείς άνετα να κοιμηθείς. τρομερός χώρος πολύ περιποιημένος. Έλειπε βέβαια κουζίνα στο νέο κατάλυμα αν και έχει επιλογή με κουζίνα όποιος θέλει. Είναι ιδανικα για λίγες μέρες αλλά άνετα μένεις και αρκετές. συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!! εννοείται όταν ξαναπάω Ιωάννινα θα είναι το πρώτο μέρος που θα επιλέξω να μείνω!!!

Amazing location, beautiful garden, fanny cats-neighbors. House has countryside vibe (mainly on kitchen), but overall it’s accurate and clean. Perfect location! Special thank you to Kris, the house manager, for his hospitality! Ready to recommend it to everyone who want calm and comfort vacation

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay in Spetses anymore than we did staying with Irene. She gave us a wonderful welcome at the harbour when we arrived and immediately made us feel welcome and at home on the island. The apartment and its surroundings are beautiful and perfectly located for walks around the stunning old harbour and the great bars and restaurants in town. After 4 nights we felt we’d barely scratched the surface, Irene’s recommendations were always perfect for what we were looking for and she was at hand if we needed to check anything with her. She is a kind and generous host and made sure we enjoyed our stay! We hope to come back soon

In Roberts großem, sehr sauberen blauen Haus haben wir uns während der gesamten Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat große Balkone, von denen man herrlich den Sonnenauf- und -untergang genießen kann. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man von hier aus viele schöne Touren unternehmen. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Taverne, in der große, schmackhafte Portionen zu günstigen Preisen angeboten werden. Robert ist ein sympathischer, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der ein offener, interessanter Gesprächspartner aber trotzdem zurückhaltend ist. Das blaue Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf der Insel Zakynthos kommen wir gern wieder.

Lovely location with a beautiful view, really nice villa, modern with a well stocked kitchen. They left a nice gift of local food and refreshments in the fridge. We will definitely be back.

This is a top notch place, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our climbing trip to Kyparissi. Mr Stavros is an extremely helpful and pleasant host. We look forward to coming back next year!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος με απίθανη θέα!!

Η διαμονή μας στο Καστράκι ήταν υπέροχη. Το σπίτι παρόλο που είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο, παράλληλα ήταν και πολύ ήσυχο. Ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο, ιδανικό για οικογένεια. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν εξαιρετικοί, ευγενείς και μας παρείχαν όλες τις πληροφορίες για την περιοχή. Με χαρά θα ξαναμείνουμε στο ίδιο κατάλυμα όταν επισκεφτούμε και πάλι την περιοχή. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη διαμονή!

Gerasimos is the epitome of Greek hospitality! The country is beautiful, Kefalonia is breathtaking, I loved Argostoli, but it's people like Gerasimos that make me want to come back to Greece again and again! Warm, friendly, attentive, he will help you with anything and everything - don't hesitate to reach out. He found me an automatic car at the last moment, and one way, I left it at the opposite side of the island, no less! Thank you so much, Gerasimos, I will stay with you again, and I hope, soon. And yes, the apartment is equipped with absolutely everything your need - coffee, cream, biscuits to start your day, oil and vinegar, towels, everything is super clean. Don't hesitate to book this place! What an amazing start to a vacation it has been for me :)

Wir waren in einer anderen Wohnung der Unterkunft, da diese belegt war. Sehr sauber, gute Parkmöglichkeit, Dimitra ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man ist schnell am Strand und in den örtliche Restaurants. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich und nett. Sie haben sehr schnell für jede Frage geantwortet und hilfreiche Informationen geschickt. Die Wohnungszustand war einfach top, alles modern und sauber. Nesspressokaffemaschine & Kaffee-Capsuls, Milchaufschäumer machen leckeren Kaffee. Sehr bequem mit der Geschirrmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockener. Grundzutaten zum Kochen waren zur Verfügung gestellt wie Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer. Parking an der Strasse war sehr einfach. Die Stadtmitte ist einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und werden weiterempfehlen oder wiederkommen.

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Great accommodation! The apartament is very roomy with 3 large bedroom, plenty of storage space and a nice and large living room with dining and reading areas. All beds are comfy and the apartment’s design is modern with much light during the day. The balconies are large and perfect to have breakfast. The bathrooms are clean and modern and the kitchen is equipped to cook a quick meal. The building is quiet with just 2 apartments on each floor. The biggest feature for us was the parking area. There are 2 private parking spots, one shaded and one outside. The host nice and helpful and we will definitely be back in Volos! Thanks, Chris!

I would recommend staying here if you are renting a car anyway and want to be a bit further from the city. The communication with the owner was great and fast. Our router did not work for us the first day of the vacation, but it was quickly fixed by the owner. There are three air-conditioning units, which was lovely. The apartment had: a roomy shower, two balconies (so you can always choose between sun and shade), and the extra outside blinds that could keep out all light at night. We had a car (rented from Enterprise) to go everywhere on the island, which we were very happy about. One of our group members luckily was very comfortable driving in Greece (hills and small, two-way streets). Buses are often delayed, so you would be waiting in the burning sun without cover for the bus if you do not have a car. Taxies are also pretty expensive (25 euro from old town to the apartment). The only negative about the flat is that the pullout couch in the living room is very uncomfortable.

Great place, even when it rained I was fine just sitting on the couch watching the view and the ocean. There's a nice path and the views are beautiful.
