Holiday rentals with beach access in Decentralized Administration of Peloponnese, Western Greece and the Ionian

We had a great week in Zakynthos in Avgeris & Lily’s apartment. It’s easy to reach by car (they also recommended us a great local car rental business), super quiet and clean. Avgeris & Lily are very easy to reach and are always ready to help when we had a question. They always made sure we had everything we needed.

A very pleasant and tidy accommodation. Everything is available and we didn't miss anything. The beach beds for beach season were very welcome. This has also been thought of. And of course the view and the beach a stone's throw away. An ideal stay with the tranquility we were looking for.

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment is just like the pictures. Katerina sent us video instructions for how to open the insect screens, hot water button, how the oven works, etc, and everything worked perfectly as described. There were welcome items such as water, butter and jams in the fridge and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding and pillows. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast in the morning sunshine, and in the afternoon/evening there is welcome shade after a day of sightseeing. Argostoli is the perfect location with plenty of restaurants, shops and amenities very close by. We didn’t hire a car but we did use the local bus service frequently and it was very inexpensive and easy to get around. Many thanks for a lovely holiday

Great view very clean ideal for family

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

The accommodation is located directly on a small harbor. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and the communication with the host was very quick and easy. He gave us very good tips for excursions.

We felt right at home after our trip from Athens. Everything we needed was provided for and many extras, like wine, fruits, and sweets to our surprise. We even got to try her apple pie which was one of the best we ever had. Thank you for being such a generous host. We would definitely come back.

The apartment was comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The family were very kind to invite to share drinks and food and also helped us to find a dentist. Balcony provides a serene space to admire the vast coastal view. A place to completely relax.

Great stay at Milo’s Cottage with beautiful surroundings and views. It surpassed our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the tranquillity was just what we needed. The location is great for visiting nearby villages such as Kassiopi and Old Perithia. There are plenty of nearby pickup points for excursions but we would recommend having a hire car. There is however no need to leave the cottage if you are looking for a solo or couples retreat. Victoria provides information for local restaurants and she has added some really welcoming touches to the accommodation.

The location is great and the room was clean and had tea and coffee. Loanna was so generous and kind. It has the best view over the harbour and felt very welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble. Met me at the bus stop and walked me to it from my departure. Catherine.

A wonderful home for a getaway. We loved exploring the west of Kefalonia from this beautiful, quiet location. Truly cosy.

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at the cottage! The place was spotless, charming, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to the sea (you can hear the waves at night). I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, local recommendations, and a well-stocked kitchen. What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could be of any help. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. Kostas’s place was perfect for us with very convenient location, beautiful and huge rooftop terrace looking directly up to the Palamidi Fortress and very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. What started as a last-minute trip to Zakynthos became pure magic! Angelo and his parents are incredible hosts—caring, helpful, and truly dedicated to your perfect stay. Their genuine warmth makes this hidden gem shine even brighter. The location is breathtaking. Imagine waking to unbelievable turquoise sea views and the soothing sound of waves. Evenings under the stars, listening to the ocean, are simply special. This quiet, serene sanctuary is ideal for decompressing amidst natural beauty. Sterre of the Sea, Angelo, and his family offer a truly beautiful experience. A must-stay! I'm already planning my return in August.

The property is well-located and offers good access to old town, restaurants and shops. The space itself is clean and matches the description provided in the listing. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. A strong sewage smell in the bathroom persisted for a few days, which made it difficult to use the facilities. While the issue was eventually resolved with the help of the host’s parents, the situation was uncomfortable for a portion of my stay. The communication with the hostess was responsive, but at times I felt the tone could have been more understanding. Overall, the stay had both positive aspects and areas that could be improved.
