Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Davao del Sur

Janice’s place was clean, well equipped and as described. We had some difficulty finding the house as we arrived at night time and there wasnt any visible street name / sign available but Janice was very responsive to all our questions.

It's a new and clean dormitel not a house. although outside downtown area, but convenient if you plan to go out of the city. Communication was a breeze and Ms. Evelyn was easy to talk to. Good for big family. Highly recommended.

From booking to checkout, Geraline and Dennis were incredibly responsive, polite, and friendly. The property was secure, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Since the property is located away from the main city center, it can occasionally take some time for Grab or other taxi services to arrive. However, this was a minor inconvenience. A special thanks to Geraline's brother for kindly taking us to the terminal during checkout — we truly appreciated the help. We highly recommend Geraline's place, especially for families with kids seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean. It had all the basic necessities we needed for a comfortable stay except for the flat iron and shower heater. The host provided groceries to buy when you feel like eating noodles or want to have coffee. She is very accommodating and quick to respond to our inquiries. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great stay! The unit was clean and aesthetically designed. Check-in and communication was smooth. It was a bit expensive compared to other units I've stayed in Arezzo, but it was all worth it.

Everytime we go vacation, we couldnt think of other place to stay but just janice’s house!everything u need is all in the house and it is really clean and cozy.we love the whole stay and the host was very responsive and helpful, they reply instantly and even late at night they can reply to u and cater to ur needs. Perfect home for families! Safe neighbourhood and easy access to the highway. The value for money is really good for this place. Highly reccommended!

We did enjoy our stay. There were a couple of board games you can play with your friends. Checking in was easy. The only thing we were bothered about was upon checking in there was kind of a smell, probably the guest before us fried some food and the oily smell lingered. We had to spray lysol and good thing there was a diffuser to mask the smell.

The place was great! We had a problem coming in as we had so much stuff, as someone with a baby, to carry upstairs. We didn’t know it was in the 3rd floor. 😭 But the place is so sulit since I stayed in literally 24/7. Very nice bed, spacious living area, so much storage for everything, and enough kitchen items. The shower heater warms a bit long but we can wait naman. The housekeeping and guards are very helpful but I think its better if there is a housekeeping duty at night also. And also, I think its best if there is a way for the walls to be sound proofed in the future. We can hear a lot of unnecessary stuff from our neighbors at night. Iykwim 😅 Overall, great place to stay. Will surely comeback once I don’t have to carry a lot of luggages 🤣

Pauline is very responsive and I had no trouble checking-in as the instructions given were very clear. She is also very helpful with our needs and inquiries. The unit is clean and cold perfect for a cozy staycation. I love the subtle touches for the vibe and aesthetics. Overall, the entire stay was lovely and perfect.

Feels like home! Its simple, place looks exactly like the photos. And there’s a convenience store nearby just a 5min walk away
