Hersey cok güzeldi, Atakan bey ulasilabilir, kibar ve yardimci bir insan. Evin kendisi güzel, bahcesi de harika. ihlamurlar altinda oturmak cok güzeldi.

Eşimle 1 gece kaldık, Fatih bey her konuda yardımcı oldu bize, her yer temiz ve düzenliydi, havuzun sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi sabah kahvaltısı iki kişi için oldukça yeterliydi, bu tarz yerlerde genelde hijyenle alakalı sorunlar yaşanır ama her yer pırıl pırıldı hamile olduğumdan fazla dikkatliydik belki de, akşam yemeği için arabayla 2 dakikalık mesafede dükkanlar var, biz et alıp bahçede mangal yapmayı tercih ettik Fatih beyin tavsiyesi üzerine iyiki de öyle yapmışız çok keyifli vakit geçirdik ev sahibi sabah zil ile uyandırıp kahvaltıyı getirdi daha önce kaldığımız bungalovda direkt bahçeye girmişlerdi burada mahremiyetinize saygıları var, her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ve sorunsuz çalışıyordu klima,odun şöminesi,mangal,duş,sıcak su,projeksiyon ,her şey harikaydı kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık fiyat olarak da diğer kıyaslara nazaran daha uygundu yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu , tek önerim giderken terlik götürmeniz, daha rahat edersiniz. Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Great host and a lovely guy, lovely place to stay also!!

Ahmet Bey son derece kibar ve yardımseverdi. Her şey için tekrardan çok teşekkür ederim. Evi çok güzel bir manzarasına sahip. Bahçede oturup keyif yapmak muhteşemdi. Sessiz sakin ama merkeze yakın olması çok güzeldi.

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

This is a beautiful, spacious, extremely clean apartment. I would be happy to stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Прекрасное расположение. Вид на мраморное море. Отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи. Транспортная доступность достаточно хороша. На метро можно попасть в любую точку Стамбула. Спасибо уважаемый Orbay, что позволили нам остаться после времени выселения и дождаться самолета!!!

Bence göstetilenden daha güzel manzarası var dublex bir ev salondaki manzara da çok güzeldi ama rüzgardan dolayı camlar biraz kirliydi neyseki üst katta cam balkon vardı oraya çıkıp mandanın tadını çıkardım

Wir haben uns in der schönen Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt, der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns zum Check-in persönlich begrüßt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

First of all, this space is STUNNING!! So comfortable, with a gorgeous view! Hasan was attentive, helpful and quick to respond with any of our needs. I would highly recommend this Airbnb during your time in Istanbul.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Hetem was extremely hospitable and accommodating to any needs or issues. He was also very friendly and gave many restaurant location as well as sight-seeing advice. The location was also walkable to the center of Taksim Square. Made my stay extra special and difficult to leave. I’ll be back soon!

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Çeşitli meyve ağaçlarının içinde, kuş sesleri eşliğinde uyanmak inanılmaz keyifliydi. Ev son derece konforlu. Projeksiyon sayesinde akşamlarımız güzel geçti, sıcak havuz ise tam bir rahatlama alanı. Ayrıca ev sahibimiz Cankat Bey’in iletişimi de oldukça kuvvetli. Kendisine tekrardan teşekkür ediyoruz. A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

Tolle Architektur, sehr schöne Einrichtung, ein fantastischer Blick - dieses Haus ist genau richtig, wenn man Einsamkeit und Ruhe sucht. Das Meer ist 40 Minuten sehr entspannte Autofahrt entfernt. Die Natur rund um das Haus ist unberührt, sehr grün, alles ist dicht bewaldet. Die Dörfer in der Gegend wirken wie aus einer anderen Welt, obwohl Istanbul nur eine Stunde entfernt ist. Alles in allem waren die Tage in Cakmaklar sehr schön.

Öncelikle evin konumu, sunduğu olanaklar, manzarası çok güzeldi. Evin içerisinde ihtiyacımız olabilecek olan her şey mevcuttu. Hava olarak şansımıza oldukça güneşli bir haftasonuna denk geldik, akşam ise ısınmayla ilgili hiçbir problem yaşamadık ev sıcaktı. Çok huzur dolu bir haftasonu geçirdik eşimle. Terasta deniz kenarında olduğunuzu hissettiren dalga sesleri eşliğinde yenilen yemekler ve içilen kahveler en keyifli kısımdı diyebilirim. Evin temizliğiyle ve havalandırılmasıyla alakalı olumsuzluklar mevcuttu şömine kullanmamamıza rağmen İs/duman kokusu rahatsız ediciydi..Bu konuda biraz daha özen gösterilirse bence her şey kusursuz..

İsmail bey çok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Bizi çok güzel karşıladı ve ulaşılabilirdi, kendisinden çok hızlı dönüşler aldık. Ev fotoğraflardaki gibi çok keyifliydi. Evde gerekli bütün malzemeler vardı. İki havuzu da kullanma imkanımız oldu. Ev genel olarak temizdi.

Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.

We organised our wedding in the villa and lived a wonderful moment. The place is very quiet, nice near the river, with a swimming pool, a barbecue, and games for kids in the huge garden. Duygu is always very reactive in case of any issue (missing towel or a broken light). I recommend !
