Ďakujeme veľmi pekne za skvelé dva dni strávené s vašou rodinou. Skvelý hostiteľ, skvelé autentické ubytovanie. Ak chcete zažiť príjemné chvíle neďaleko Petry, určite odporúčame. Dokonca nám za príplatok uvarili skvelé jedlo a boli ochotní pripraviť mám aj veľmi skoré raňajky formou balíčkov, aby sme do Petry mohli vyraziť čím skôr. Naša 2-ročná dcéra sa mimoriadne tešila z ostatných detí aj dospelých v dome. Skvelé miesto ❤️ Ďakujeme!

Aankomst was super vlot. We waren de eerste gasten van het seizoen en werden heel vriendelijk onthaald. De natuur is prachtig en het uitzicht vanuit het kamp is zeer mooi! Eten is een beetje duurder dan in de grotere steden, maar we raden het zeker aan! Wandelen vanuit het kamp is mogelijk, kortom voor natuurliefhebbers een ware aanrader!

Je komt als gast en vertrekt als een vriend. Deze familie doet er alles aan om jou blij te maken. Ik heb een onvergetelijke mooie tijd gehad. Ik had veel langer willen blijven.

Seif est un hôte très accueillant, d’une grande gentillesse et de bon conseils. Les repas proposés sont excellents avec une bonne convivialité. Chicha, thé… tout était impeccable. Nous partons avec de beaux souvenirs

We absolutely loved our stay with Ayman! Not only was the accommodation in such a mesmerising location, but the experience of sleeping in our own cave with nature also added to the experience. Ayman is extremely hospitable and is a local tour guide at little Petra who looks after you with anything you want to do and any local recommendations. At an extra cost, we were also able to have dinner made by Ayman’s mother and brought to the cave which was not only tasty, but very plentiful. We have never met a host so lovely and as keen to give a local Jordanian experience as Ayman. We would highly recommend this accommodation if you enjoy nature and this type of experience. The only issue we had was Ayman experiencing trouble with his Airbnb account and so we couldn’t contact him when we arrived. However, he spends majority of his time at little Petra, which is where you can locate him or ask the locals. He is more contactable on whatap. Airbnb provide his number once you book.

Mohammad and his family are wonderful hosts, they were very caring for me, and kindly involved me in meeting their family & friends, and sharing their Eid celebration meal. He also gave me time & space whenever I wanted it. My bedroom was very clean, with a fantastic hard mattress and the en suite had a power shower, ideal to wash away the days dirt & sand!! I will be recommending staying with Mohammad to my closest friends and loved ones, as I know they would be well cared for.

I had an amazing time staying at Qasim’s place during my stay in Petra! Once you make it to the Petra Visitor Centre, you can take the free shuttle bus (behind the Petra Visitor museum) to get to Little Petra. Afterward, it’s a 20 minute walk to get to the small town that this Airbnb is in. It’s a very private and comfortable space! You’d be staying at a guesthouse at his property, behind a gated fence. If you’re packing light, you can use his washing machine as well. He’s quick to respond and can help you if you have any questions with navigating Petra. You can take the back entrance to Petra via a jeep truck at the entrance to Little Petra for 5JOD (about $7 USD), and the experience that way is a lot better than the normal route that everyone goes through (via the visitor centre). Just be prepared to hike a good amount! If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be staying at Qasim’s place :)
