It was great for several people to stay, and thanks to the owner's thoughtful consideration, I was able to stay so happily and comfortably! There were a variety of board games, and it was a happy accommodation from the moment I checked in, thanks to the thorough preparation of first aid kits and the preparation of water for each person. The blankets were neatly arranged, and the bathroom was equipped with all toiletries, including toothpaste, so it was convenient and nice. There are many restaurants nearby because it is in front of Jeonnam National University Street! It was a place I definitely want to visit again next time.👍🏻👍🏻

I spent two nights cozy and comfortable with my family in a pretty accommodation. There would be no problem with the barbecue, so it was comfortable because it was inside. I recommend it ~

It was satisfactory. My family lives in the Yeongnam area, but there is no zoo nearby, so we came to Gwangju. The good things. 1. I liked the distance from Uchi Park Zoo, which was about 20 minutes away. 2. I usually live in an apartment, but I wanted to stay in a single-family home under the pretext of traveling. People who buy apartments have such a dream, you know, having a barbecue and letting the kids run around. I was quite satisfied with that. Quiet neighborhood, front yard, backyard, and barbecue. 3. The indoor smoking ban was also good. There was no smell of cigarettes nearby, and it seemed like a pretty quiet neighborhood. Things to keep in mind 1. There is 1 ondol room and 1 bed room, but you should know that a family of 4 cannot sleep in the ondol room. There were two toppers, so the kids slept well. There is no blackout curtain, but there is an eaves roof and an anteroom (?)It was nice because it didn't get hot. 2. As it is a commercial district, you can hear a lot of airplane sounds. When you close the window, it comes in a little, so it's not enough to bother you, but when you're in the yard or something, you can hear it enough to interfere with the conversation. Conclusion My family was very satisfied. I wanted to stay the next day if I had time, but I couldn't. If I visit Gwangju in the future, I plan to stay again. I felt that the owner's interior sense was considerable, such as cups, watches, air conditioner line arrangement, fans, etc. I don't really care about that, but I felt like it was a house that cared a lot.

I didn't need an asmr to rest while listening to the sound of a raining leaf stomping on a rainy day. It's right behind the house literature, so it's good to quietly stop by while taking a walk in the neighborhood. I had a good rest before heading out:)

I wanted to go to the Kia Champil Expedition, so I was looking for a place to stay, and I booked it after seeing it for 17 minutes on foot! When I first went to Champil, it took longer than I thought because I wasn't used to the road, but after the game, I walked as usual, so 15 minutes? It's really close! And the route from the house to the champil was simple, so it was comfortable. I stayed with two people, and the bed was spacious, so there was nothing that could reach the flesh even when the two of you lay down, and I was really curious about where the mattress came from. I usually struggle with back pain, but I fell asleep with the mattress sincerely and admiring the mattress with my friend. The blanket was also very cozy, so it was really nice! Cleansing foam, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all prepared, but both my friends and I tend to have a sensitive sense of smell, but all the prepared products smelled so good! Especially, the scent of body wash was so good! There were plenty of towels in the bathroom, so there were a lot of towels left. In addition to the towels in the basket, it was more stuffed inside! There was also a comb and a hair dryer! * There is no curling iron, so you have to take care of it! There was an outlet with both sides of the bed, so it was perfect for chatting while charging each other's phones on the bed. The interior was clean and the diffuser smelled subtle, and it was nice! The exterior and interior of the new apartment are all clean and well done! There was a convenience store right on the first floor, a cafe, and a department store, e-mart, etc., so it was nice to buy something to eat before going to the baseball field, and after the game, I bought late-night food on the way to the accommodation and come in and have a drink! The hot water works really well, and the air conditioner doesn't smell good! Next time I come to the expedition again, I'll book here again. I was so grateful that they took care of me really delicately because it was run by a woman. I was worried that I could come at night after a baseball game and wake up early in the morning, so I asked for a late checkout, but kindly consulted (?) And the best, real recommendation👍🏻👍🏻

The host was so kind that I liked it! Thank you for making me feel like I was on a trip. He responded quickly every time, and it was nice that he filled the necessary items in the middle! The interior matched the same as the photos and exceeded my expectations! I want to come again next time:)

It was spacious and great for a family trip.

I stayed an entire week, I had to work and this was perfect. The building is nice, you have a lot of things around and it's a calm area. There is every equipment you'll need. Could not ask for a better place for a week in Gwangju.

It was just neat. It was close to the terminal, so it was easy to move, and the table was large, so it was easy to eat at home. I like the price, so I think it's the best in this location.

There was enough space and bedding for 4 adults + 1 baby, and the condition was so good~~ In particular, the bedding was so nice.

It's directly connected to Geumnam-ro 4-ga Station, so it's really I went comfortably As soon as I entered the house, the scent was so nice, and I stayed well in a warm atmosphere!

The value for the money was great, and I used a window air conditioner for the first time, but there were two of them running at once, so it was cooler than just an air conditioner! I stayed at Paul's place during my studies at Chonnam and he was a very kind host who listened and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The instructions that Paul gave me on arrival were very clear which enabled me to quickly find the place. The flat is large and very functional, with everything you could possibly need (hairdryer, shower gel, towel, kitchen utensils, etc). The location is perfect: the neighbourhood is quiet, there are plenty of convenience stores or supermarkets right next door, chonnam university is a 7-minute walk away and there are numerous bus stops within a 4/5-minute walk. I would recommend it 100% for both short and long-term stays.

The location is a little remote, but it's a friendly neighborhood. You must bring a car. If you want to go to the nearby grocery store, you have to go about 3 minutes by car. The room is big and the living room is big, so it's great to stay. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is nice and well equipped. It gets plenty of daylight and it's great for working or studying. The location is also convenient. There are bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Paul was very kind and quick to respond to my messages. I felt very comfortable. My stay was excellent.
