The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace. Pets are also allowed (additional charge applies). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone and the promenade are only a 15-minute walk away.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

Direct proximity to the Schlei and unique view of the water! The adjacent nature reserve offers a great insight into the animal diversity of the area. The Schleiufer is a 10-minute walk. Great circular route! The garden has a play area for the little guests. Another highlight are the chickens living on the farm, which can be easily observed. Various Baltic Sea beaches, as well as the town of Kappeln, are in the immediate vicinity.

The Alte Melkhaus is located on the Schwansen Peninsula, just outside Kleinwaabs overlooking fields that easily descend to the Baltic Sea. We have two lovingly furnished apartments – partly with the great view of the Eckernförder Bay – and a large, beautifully landscaped property that has a lot to offer even for children with swings, sandbox and trampoline. Also ideal for spending your holidays with several friends/families.

A swimming pool and sauna are located in the complex. You can walk about 200 meters to the beach. The damage caused by the storm surge in the autumn of 2023 in the beach area has been eliminated.
