Minsu holiday rentals in Da’an District

We enjoyed our staying in Leon’s home. Leon is very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are what we need, I highly recommend Leon’s home. The home is right next to Ling guan station of MRT Brown Line which can easily connect to Red Line and Blue Line and to many tourist attractions.

Great location. Can't beat the access to restaurants, shopping, and snacks. Sofa bed was honestly more comfortable than some beds I've been in. It's a studio and not a full kitchen, but it really served us well.

離捷運站很近，自行辦理入住即可，既是新公寓又有電梯和電子鎖，非常滿意，住了五天沒有遇到任何不便。 有洗衣機也有提供洗衣球非常方便，雖然沒有烘衣機有點可惜。 衛浴有浴缸很舒服，有提供洗髮精跟沐浴乳但沒有潤髮乳，要記得自備。 附近就有許多美食名店和便利商店，距離各觀光景點也不遠，推薦！

Came for the price, stayed for the convenience! I stayed in Johnny's place for a total of 13 nights - it was a comfortable and smooth experience. The neighbourhood has a distinctively student vibe, and there are plenty of food options in short walking distance. The exact street can be difficult to find just by following landmarks and street names, but you'll be fine if you follow Google Maps and Johnny's directions. I wouldn't recommend taking the bus, especially if you have lots of baggage. Johnny lives in the flat as well, which was great for getting recommendations and tips! Please read the listing carefully - Johnny is quite detailed and requires you to adhere to his listing guidelines quite strictly. Where there were specific requirements (such as for sorting waste or operating the dryer), he explained them clearly. The room itself was small but clean and comfortable. Do expect to be able to hear noise from the street below. There is no elevator to the flat.

A comfortable flat in a very nice area. WooBin communicated very well and was a very kind host.

For the location, amount of space you’re getting in this area of Taipei, the price was reasonable. Had a few last minute situations happen, but the host was quick to respond at various points of the day. The pictures were true to what the unit looked like once we got there and the place was well kept unlike a lot of other places which usually show wear and tear on their furniture and appliances. The building has security downstairs as well which gave me a peace of mind. A gem in the heart of Taipei that you wouldn’t want to miss!!

One of the best places I have stayed at in Taipei. Responsive and friendly host/front desk. Great location, cleaning service for rooms every other day, overall great and comfortable stay for two months!

The location is 10/10, easy walking distance to two different MRT stations on different lines. Quick walk to Taipei 101 and all surrounding malls. Not to mention the stunning view up on the roof top. Lots of food options near by too. The room is small but well designed with lots of storage space. Perfect for couples or family with one small child, probably not suitable for family with multiple kids or older kids or a group of friends. Will definitely be back!

It was amazing staying at Amy’s place! It’s relatively near landmarks and plenty of food all around as well as useful utilities like umbrellas just in case. Amy is also responsive and very sweet, helping us in times of need with transportation and things in general.

Great location right next to everything downtown. Tons of good restaurants nearby and lots to do. Apartment seems to be newly renovated and was great for our group. Has an interesting layout and everything you need for your stay. Would highly recommend!

Family Trip with 2 kiddos/5 adults and had a great stay. The space was plentiful and clean. The dryer was super appreciated! Within 5 minutes to the MRT station and plenty of convenience stores and food nearby. In general, this area overall is fancier and more expensive than what we are accustomed to. There is a half stair case before getting to the elevator. The address provided is a meet up point and then a host will take you to the apartment. A host will also come by to review the apartment as the 'check-out' process. The hosts were different for this process but all communicated through the app. Had a really great stay!

Victor is a fantastic host! Went above and beyond in terms of communication and service. When my parents had difficulty using the door smart lock, he personally came over and showed them how to use it. The place was bigger than expected with lots of space for everything. The location was top-notch being across the street from Taipei 101 with the MRT station even closer (you go through the MRT station to get to Taipei 101). All in all, a great experience. Excellent location that puts you right in the action. They didn't heavily advertise this, but our favorite thing about the unit was that not 25 feet out the door is a full on market with tasty treats, local produce, and tons of affordable fresh fruit almost every morning. It was also super walkable to Yongkang street. Very clean, has everything you could need including a washer/dryer. The thing I would warn is that the mattresses are quite firm, so be prepared for that if it's not to your taste. My husband loves firm mattresses so it was no problem for us.

Very responsible host, the place was very well kept and clean. Stocked with everything i need for daily use. The area is a nice quiet high end area of Taipei . It fit every need i had.

This place was beyond our expectations! It was located by Yongkang Market, near the Dongmen MRT. So many great shopping and food options surrounding it. The property itself was comfortable and cozy. I absolutely adore how family-oriented it was; they had provided all baby and toddler equipment. My daughter especially loved the slide and toys made available. We are so grateful for the responsiveness and friendliness of the host!

We had a great time, the flat is well equipped, the location is perfect, the view is amazing from the window. The wifi, the washing machine and the air conditioning all work well. There’s a small kitchen too which is really rare in Taipei, so overall we’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Coho's place. The apartment was clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the MRT station and Shida Night Market. Coho was very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again in the future!
