Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Da Nang

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

I had a fantastic stay at Phi Khanh’s place in Da Nang! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. One of my favorite parts was that it’s located right above a charming coffee shop—perfect for a relaxed morning. The location was ideal, close to many attractions, and getting around the city was easy. The host was incredibly accommodating to my needs and very responsive throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and everything went seamlessly. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Chuong is such an amazing host! So friendly and helpful with local recommendations. She offers a delicious complimentary breakfast by the river in the morning. Chuong helped me arrange a private fishing charter with a local captain, then arranged to have our catch cleaned and cooked for our dinner at the restaurant nextdoor! The location is away from An Bang by just a 5min Grab ride, but quiet and quaint. It is rght next to the river and beach which is nice. Great value for the nightly rate!

Tuan was an awesome host, super responsive and more than happy to help with anything we required. The home was also outstanding, super clean and exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend Tuans place.

Căn phòng của chúng tôi khá rộng, khu vực bếp tách biệt với không gian phòng ngủ nên ngăn mùi rất tốt. Chủ nhà vô cùng thân thiện và giúp chuyến đi của chúng tôi tiết kiệm hơn khi cô ấy giúp tôi mua vé tham quan giá thấp hơn giá niêm yết

Second time in this apartments. Perfect choice as always! Good location, close to the sea and restaurants. Clean flat. Sounds from nearest school can be loud sometimes. They can make like pop concerts at 7:30am 😄 But it’s not often) I think also pressure of hot water should be regulated a little. You need to wait a lot hot water to come. Very good choice if you plan to stay in Danang! Thank you

I stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent – truly one of the best in Da Nang. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away, which made everything super convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and weekly cleaning was a nice bonus. The host was proactive and responsive, which made the stay even smoother. The only small downside was the lack of a large mug for tea and no dishwashing liquid provided – but those are minor details in an otherwise very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

Mike is amazing He's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He makes a real effort to be a friend more than just a host The apartment is amazing, you can't get a better location You can see the beach and hills from the balcony and it is amazing Plenty of space, two comfortable bedrooms with comfortable beds. I had no problems sleeping there The wifi was fast and reliable The air conditioners same Basically, you have everything you need in a two bedroom on the beach. It's hard to beat. We loved our stay here. An is easy to chat to and the place is just like the photos. The beds are super comfy and great to have a fridge and washer/dryer. Easy to get grab delivered. Nice beach view. Would highly recommend

This is an older type of apartment, but everything worked, I would have happily extended my stay here except it was pre booked. Strong Internet which was an important factor for me as I work online which worked flawlessly. Jack was easy to contact and communicate with. I usually rate accomodation as to whether I would return a second time ….and yes I would. Thank you for my stay here.

Right in the middle of the main tourist area, by far my favourite stay out of all the places in da nang I have been the host is also very friendly and the wifi is perfect for working online.

Amazing hosts! They helped us with everything, from booking car rides to Ba Na tickets, even getting us food when it rained. The place is very nice and so close to the beach

Xuan et sa femme ont été très accueillants et chaleureux. ils ont été de bon conseils pour la visite de la ville, des commerces, des bars et des restaurants. ils nous ont préparés de délicieux petits déjeuners. Un endroit calme et paisible dans les jardins aromatiques ,une charmante maison, très bien décorée . lits très confortables dans des chambres climatisées. nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Linhs place faces a quiet beach and has great view from the little balcony attached to the bedroom. Linh was the perfect host, she arranged for daily breakfast as per our choice, saily cleaning, helped us hire a car, and even arranged a guide to show us some amazing art galleries. The place was spotless clean and spacious. Linh responds to messages within minutes! Although the entrance from the parking area is a bit dingy, one can easily walk to end of the road instead and walk in from the beach end through Papa Shark restaurant. Staff at Papa Shark was very friendly and flexible too, we had some great food as well as drinks delivered to our place.

屋主十分友善而且會英文，極之容易溝通，如有需要也可以代為安排機場接送的車輛。而且villa內有10個房間，10個房間都有獨立的衛浴，這點很加分。villa的風景也不錯，泳池直對著漁港，不論是早上還是夜晚看都很漂亮。地點方面雖然不是峴港巿中心，但去巿中心的車程都是約15分鐘，相當快捷。有什麼問題可以即時聯絡屋主，他會很迅速地回答。唯獨是比較靠近漁港和附近多植物，會比較多昆蟲。

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.

올드타운과 조금떨어져 있지만 주변 마사지샵.식당.시장 도보로 이용하면서 여유롭게 즐기다왔어요. 안방비치나 올드타운은 그랩을 이용해서 다녀왔구요~~ 호텔만 이용하다가 가족인원이 많아서 빌라를 예약했는데 분위기도 너무좋고 마당에서 여유롭게 식사도하고 숙소 덕분에 너무 편안한 여행이었어요. 공항에서 100달러만 환전하고 올드타운에서 환전할려고 했는데 사장님이 해주셔서 발품도 아끼고 ,친절하시고, 고마운점이 한두가지가 아니네요. 특히 밤에보는 숙소는 너무 예뻣답니다~~ 예약하기전 미리 말씀하시면 차량픽업써비스도 다른 투어도 가능한걸 몰라서 ~~~여러군데 예약한다고 바빳네요. 참고로 어제(5/24~5/26)다녀온 따끈따끈한 후기였습니다.
