Lovely stay for dark mofo, quick drive to and from central Hobart. Would recommend and stay again

Such an incredible spot and location. Jana was so hospitable and accommodating, and the stay was so peaceful. Such a comfy sleep too! Far enough out of the city (for us) but close enough if you want to check it out too.

Great accommodation with well equipped kitchen. Franklin is a good location to explore the area. We went down to the South Cape walk also the Caves and Skywalk. Super helpful host and apartment was well equipped with additional food items for us. Very comfortable.

A great place to stay of you’re looking to escape the noise of Hobart but want to be within driving distance of the CBD. Will definitely be back

Great location, very convenient if you’re doing anything with the university or just spending some time in town. Perfect for one person if you need space or for multiple people who need their own space.

Vicki and Gary take absolutely amazing care of their place. It was very clean and cosy with plentiful amenities like a wide range of coffees and teas. The location has all you could need in walking distance and is very private and quiet, you will feel right at home. Vicki and Gary have put extreme care and thought into the studio including a booklet with a bunch of tips and intruction manuals for all the appliances in the studio which is a lifesaver and super appreciated! They are also very helpful and are always tending to the studio aswell as us as guests, they respect privacy and always ask before they clean around the studio. Everything about the studio is quality and it's rare for an airbnb to feel like the owners really stayed there themselves and made sure it's a home. Wonderful stay highly recommended, I miss staying there already!

Suzanne's place exceeded our expectations. It was roomier than expected, very comfortable and was in a great location. The main bed was very comfortable and plenty of nice pillows were provided. We travelled with a baby and toddler and it suited our needs well with a portacot provided (brought own cot bedding). There is a great playground with 10min walk and cafes, supermarkets, liqueur store, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants all within a short walk away. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Five star stay at Anna’s cottage in Hobart. Excellent value for a private cozy cottage with an excellent layout in the city. Beds were comfortable and had everything we needed.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! This beautiful home and property is amazing. Mira provided everything we needed, and more! So generous and super helpful too. The home is such an inviting and warm space, and the property is just magnificent. The hot tub/sauna was so lovely to enjoy, and it’s 100% worth every penny. Plus, the company of two alpacas was the best! We will definitely be back, and recommending this amazing place to all. Thank you so much Mira!!

Highly recommend, beautiful relaxing spot. We enjoyed Tassie wine by the fire pot, I even read and had a nap on the couch cosy inside. Heaps of amenities and well stocked kitchen. Jackie isn't lying about the sheets either they are delicious to sleep in. Jackie also accommodated us a late check out. Will be top of my list next time we visit Bruny Island.

Jaime’s place was the perfect spot for us to have a peaceful mother/ daughter weekend. We loved the views and the cosy homely atmosphere. The beds and linen were beautiful and a wonderful wood fire . The provision of fresh eggs, butter and bread was an unexpected surprise which we really appreciated .

Lynmouth was very clean and comfortable for our stay with pantry essentials for preparing meals. Great location for Hobart hockey grounds, easy access from airport and supermarket close by.

We had a lovely one night stay. Lovely outlook. It was quiet and relaxing and beds very comfortable. Rachell's communication was great.

The place is great, it is an easy walk to so many places around the cbd.

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds and sitting area. It was well equipped. The stairs may be an issue for some, although there was a 1 bedroom unit down stairs with easy access that one of our party used. The location was ideal for us and the view pleasant.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!

A very rare and reasonably priced entire rental for two! We stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The host was very thoughtful and even provided a list of recommended restaurants. The TV had YouTube, Netflix, and more to watch. In the morning, you could open the door and see the ocean — super relaxing! Plus, early check-in was available. The best part was that the host knew we were traveling around Tasmania and left us some beers, milk, cookies, and coffee to enjoy. Such a warm and comfortable stay. We’d love to come back to this perfect place again! ❤️❤️❤️

This place was perfect for staying near all of the downtown restaurants and attractions. We were able to walk to everything and it was very clean and well maintained. James is a fantastic host as well. The only drawback is having to share a bathroom/shower with multiple people. I highly recommend staying here!
