I WILL RETURN The only thing that needs to be improved is the administration of the condominium, which is a bit neglected.

Guillermo is a super host, it's pending from the day of booking and always responds quickly. The house is spectacular, just like in photos and it seemed a very good detail that after each rental it takes two days of cleaning and is not rented Immediately, which ensures cleanliness. In a very quiet and private environment this space met my expectation, good price/benefit ratio, it has the amenities described and in good working order. It is located 2 minutes from the main road and 5 minutes by vehicle from the supermarket area and 5 minutes from the C.Cial Riviera [Restaurants] Yarlene the general services person, very attentive and collaborating. Communication with Javier the host is quick. To take into account the space is on the 5th floor and the unit does not have an elevator, this to take into account for people with reduced mobility.

it is important to mention that the second room does not have air conditioning and given the location of the apartment, it gets very hot. that influences the choice of accommodation.

The weekend was spectacular, the condominium is very quiet, cozy, the support staff is very friendly and helpful, they were always looking after my daughters and my mother-in-law. Being able to use the courts and pools without restrictions was the best, the apartment is very comfortable, the air conditioning in all the rooms relaxed us a lot. A wonderful experience.
