Esta mini casa Mobil Home ha sido construida cuidando la sostenibilidad gracias a la implantación de placas solares que aprovechan la energía solar para dotar luz a la casa. Toda la casa cuenta con calefacción. Acepta mascotas, por lo que es ideal para disfrutarla en familia. Este alojamiento tiene capacidad para alojar cómodamente a 4 personas y cuenta con un patio exterior privado.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation with its porch and barbecue is independent and private. It is on a 5000m2 plot, with parking, swimming pool, basketball hoop, Wi-Fi, ... this area is shared with the owner and/or other guests. There are several bathing areas in the Cabriel River, and there are also several springs (all thermal waters, 27 degrees) with their natural pools, as seen in the photos.

the jacuzzi is only plugged in in the summer months since it is outside and does not heat the water.The house is prepared for eight people if the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform as I am having very bad experiences lately that get in more than 30 people in the house and dust it. The house is not for that type of party for each person more than between without communicating it would be 100€ more

It is a detached house facing a valley in the Alcarria, with a spectacular view and space. 65 kilometers from Madrid (45 minutes) and 12 from Guadalajara. Very well connected to the High Speed Train, BIRD, and Madrid airport.. You'll love it. It has been our family home for many years. Now we use it little, that's why we want to share it. It is a cottage with a large garden and amazing views.
