great location for those who are looking for night life in BGC. The room is great and perfect for group of friends and family. It would be perfect if there is drinking water per floor and not just on the ground floor tho. But overall the place is great and would definitely book it again.

The highlight was the balcony with breathtaking views, perfect for enjoying a sunrise coffee or a peaceful evening breeze. The location was ideal—close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet in a quiet and private neighborhood. The host was incredibly accommodating. This Airbnb perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and Filipino hospitality, and I can’t wait to return!

I’m still not over how amazing this place was! From the moment we opened the door, it smelled so good and looked absolutely spotless — like a scene straight out of a 5-star hotel! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need (yes, even condiments!), and every room was squeaky clean and super comfy. The balcony was the perfect chill spot — I could’ve stayed out there all day! The owner was also super easy to communicate with, which made everything even better. And honestly? This is the first time ever I had ZERO bad feedback — not even a tiny one! Everything was just perfect! If you’re thinking about booking, do it! You won’t regret it!
