Holiday rentals with beach access in Crystal Cove, Newport Beach

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. Beautiful and beautifully maintained apartment with just the right balance of original charm and updated finishings; situated in an incredibly lovely neighborhood that's a quick walk to the beach and nearly everything else you need; spacious patio *and* a little balcony on which to soak up the sun and your coffee or a sunset and wine. Pamela, the host, was communicative, friendly, generous, and thoughtful. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Pamela!

Will was a very responsive host and had great recommendations for the area. Just be aware that since this is an attached space to the next-door neighbors, the sound from upstairs is a bit prominent like footsteps/loud sound. Couple of knick knacks like the shower door and fridge door were to be fixed, but that was acknowledged to be repaired. Otherwise, I would love to stay here again.

Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

Our first impression when we drove up to our entrance meet our expectations. The garage, walkway and entrance was clean and welcoming. Easy access into all spaces. The apartment was clean, spacious and was full of natural light. Loved the fans that kept the space cool. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big thank to our hosts. They were able to give us access early access and were responsive when we had questions. If they would have us again, we would love to come back. ❤️

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the heart of Corona del Mar, close to a great range of restaurants ( highly recommend Gina’s Pizza - right across the road) plus a lovely local grocery store. Close to Corona del Mar state beach, just a 8 minute walk / 4 min drive. The apartment is super comfortable & the small outside balcony is a great. Highly recommend this apartment. Just perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spacious and comfortable and immaculate. High quality appliances and basically everything in the house was top notch. Very close to the shops and restaurants. The village couldn’t be cuter. Would 100% recommend!

The place was very nice and comfortable, felt right at home. All amenities were there and everything was within walking distance. It’s small but not too small just right for vacation in Long Beach. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a get away and lounge around at home!

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Great Location - house extremely well stocked - house was very clean & bright - house layout was fantastic for our family of 12 persons - great kitchen for cooking - street side parking was always close by and convenient - It worked very well for us - 👍👍

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We particularly enjoyed using the front patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee, while having the ambiance of the beach town. It was always sweet when people walking by would say good morning or just talk about the joys of the weather that day. This spot was also super close to the beach and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and go back home within minutes. The proximity to a grocery store and dining options was also perfect.

A great stay and beautiful home. It was the perfect spot to relax after morning surf sessions. I would both recommend this BNB to others and stay here again. I was really impressed with how well stocked the home was. The host really provides everything you could need in all parts of the home as well as welcoming snacks, and other goodies. Clean, comfortable, and spacious.

This cottage is fabulous! Cleanliness, location, decor, linens all 5 star. Highly recommend if you are looking for the quintessential beach cottage steps from Shaw’s Cove and all Laguna Beach has to offer!

This was probably our favorite Airbnb we’ve stayed at to date! Amazing location, you are literally steps from the beach. Newport is such a great area!Took a short 10 minute walk to pick up coffee and bagels in the morning, and ate on the private upper deck. Beds were super comfortable! Hosts were always friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend, easy 5 stars all around. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay! The resort offered so many activities, beautiful pools, and was just steps from the ocean. Everything was gorgeous, both inside and out. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Bethany was wonderful — easy to communicate with, very helpful, and always responsive. Any small needs we had were quickly taken care of by the resort staff as well. It was truly a perfect vacation. We would absolutely love to come back!

This unit within Hamilton Cove has been our best vacation yet. The views from the balcony were stunning. The entire unit felt clean and was very spacious for me and my now wife. The golf kart was a plus - it was a short 5-8 minute ride into downtown. Hosts were responsive. Definitely will be coming back to stay here again!!

This Air Bnb was perfect for a peaceful beach getaway with friends. Comfortably sleeps 6 people & a total plus that it comes with a 6 seater golf cart. All the amenities were awesome too, like the pool, gym & bbq pits. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Troy!

The place is so peaceful and steps away from the beach. As other reviewers have mentioned, can hear the sound of the waves from the space. Sheryl is awesome and responsive. The apartment itself is so clean and well-equipped.

Tiffany is an incredible host. She is easy to communicate with and was proactive informing you of what to expect, easy instructions both checking in and out, as well as recommendations. She answered any questions I had in a timely matter to. The golf cart is a great addition as well to easily get to Avalon. Bottom line up front everything was very simple so that my girlfriend and I were able to fully enjoy our stay on the island. The villa was beautiful just like the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I highly recommend booking with Tiffany at her villa in Hamilton Cove. Just a heads up if you’re going to eat on the balcony don’t leave any food unattended for a second or the birds will swoop it. They’re watching and waiting for an opportunity. Happened to me lol. Thank you again Tiffany for making our trip so much easier to enjoy.

I’ve come to Catalina a few times in my life, and this trip was by far the best one because I stayed at Trevor’s place. Hamilton Cove is stunning, and it’s awesome that it comes with a golf cart.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Paul is a great host. It is such a convenient location with a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. There are many other nearby places from the pier to various cafes, and shops. The pool in the complex is also family friendly. The place was super safe and secure. Very clean inside. Parking is easy and convenient. Check in was smooth. The location is 15 minutes away from Legoland. We would recommend it for others to stay.
