My stay at Casa Boulevard 24 was excellent! The house is very well located, which made it very easy to travel during the trip, in addition to being very well equipped — all very functional and of great taste. The highlight is for the host, which was amazing from start to finish: always available, attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend with my eyes closed!

The flat, besides beautiful, is very well located in an extremely quiet and safe region! My family loved the place! The beach is at the door! The stay was excellent! The house is wonderful, kitchen super-equipped, nothing is missing, a lot of indoor and outdoor space. Super fresh and ventilated. The house is a few steps from the beach, with a spectacular bathing place right at the condominium door (exit to the beach). The host is super kind, polite and agile in troubleshooting. Great host, polite, proactive and easy to communicate. The house is in front of the beach , very beautiful, comfortable and well cared for. Very well-equipped, met all our needs. Personally, it is prettier than on the pictures. I recommend it!

The house is huge, well-equipped, has barbecue, several dishes, glasses, pans, huge refrigerator, smart TV that is super rare to find on Airbnb and caters well even in large groups. The house has a private beach, basically. We walk through the yard, open a gate and there is the sea super calm and warm and without anyone, the host even offers beach chairs, treadmills... A paradise. The yard even has mango foot, graviola, pitanga... A delight. Points that can improve: When we arrived the beds were discovered. Some mattresses are just dark-colored foams, there's a bad impression as soon as it arrives. Bath towels with mold, pillows and some beds as well. We searched for the least bad bed to sleep. For those who are without a car is a little tricky, since nearby at night there is almost no food option and it is far from downtown. The beautiful waterfront, but at night we walk almost 1km to find something open so we can eat

The condominium and the utilities of the apartment meet the expectation. All bedrooms contain air conditioning, very cozy place to relax. The condominium has a great leisure area and an ice machine that helped a lot. The beach in front is not very suitable for bathing, but the others surprised.

Augusto's house looks a lot like the ad, clean, comfortable, the air-conditioned rooms and all very cool. The entrance to the condominium is a little weird, but the guardians are very attentive. The road to the beach (which is wonderful) is very short and passes through a river that when the tide is low it is super quiet, but when it is high it gives a little fear (we choose to go to another beach that has a structure of stalls that is a 5 minute drive away). The only incovenient township was the pool that was not fit for use. According to the responsible boy (I'm not remembering his name now, but she's a super cool, nice and caring guy) she was having some problem that was leaving the color of the water cloudy. For us, it was not a big problem, because the idea was really to enjoy the beach. For those who want to relax a few days in the midst of nature, it's worth it!

The house is better than the photos, spacious, functional and comfortable, great swimming pool and barbecue area. The fact that you have a wall separating the house from the beach ensures privacy and increases the feeling of security. We were very well received by Mr. Lazaro and Mrs. Dina, always helpful.
