You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

We were a family of 8 adults. The house incl. conservatory, as well as the garden with pool and many seating options were super nice and spacious. We were all very comfortable. Communication with Françoise and Pascal was great. We always got a response within a very short time. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment on the ground floor of a large bourgeois house at the entrance of Coulommiers. Very spacious and tastefully renovated rooms. We'll be happy to come back if we return to the area.

Thank you to the hosts for this stay. Great welcome and communication with Aurélie. Pleasant and peaceful house. Everything was very clean and modern. A little more equipment, the fan for your heat was very useful and for the electric shutters for cool nights. The jacuzzi is very spacious and in the shade, useful so that the children are not in direct sunlight. Very beautiful view of the greenery from the terrace in height without overlooking for quiet meals with the sound of birds relaxing.

This is our favourite place we have stayed in. The house is set in a little orchard of apples, damsons, etc and the plants are amazing. Relaxing on the terrace eating is just so relaxing. We love nature and this really is such a beautiful place. The homely touches , the information, the milk when we arrived and bread !!! It saved us for breakfast. Station to Paris is 5 mins away by car. The carpark was quiet at weekends but busy on the week. Train takes 3/4 a hour but very nice trains… We will be coming back just for a chilled break away thank you so much for everything Pascale

Joel and his wife were wonderful hosts - attentive, but without being intrusive, very kind and always ready to help. The place is really nicely finished, clean, full or light and offers everything one might need, including very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was a great bonus for the hot summer days. Awesome stay, all in all, absolutely worth it!

We stayed in Dan's apartment and had a great experience. The place is very well used, comfortable, clean and decorated with a lot of affection. We had everything we needed, and we thought it was better than staying in a hotel. The villa accommodates a couple and one other person or child very well. Bed linens were clean and smelling. We did not stay long in the apartment, since our focus was to get to know Paris and visit Disney, which is very close, about 20 minutes by car. It is important to have a car to move around the region more easily. Dan was super attentive throughout the stay, and he still gifted us with fresh eggs from his chickens, which was a very special gesture. We recommend it!

Perfect family house for young children! Exactly as described and hosts were extremely helpful and fast to respond

Great place to stay, home from home, everything you could possibly need. Stéphane and Sonia were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Would highly recommend. Five minutes walk to the train station, takes roughly an hour to the Eiffel tower and only €2.50. We drove to Disneyland which was really easy and took half an hour.

We had 10 great days in this beautiful house. Our girls (10, 8 and 4 years) loved it too! We were very lucky with the sunny weather and could sit outside a lot. Also, the yellow flowers in the area were all in bloom - really very beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfasts at the long table, cooking in the spacious kitchen, a video evening with the projector and playing football in the garden. The beds slept wonderfully. There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity. We got the peace and privacy we were looking for. - Provins is highly recommended. - From Provins we took the train to Paris (75 min) - ideal. We really enjoyed it and would like to come back.

Great location and exactly like the photos. Very close to Disney, we actually walked there, and also close to a great outlet mall. Would definitely recommend staying here if heading to Euro Disney and you have kids.
