From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

A place to feel good – like a second home Our time in this beautiful apartment was simply fantastic. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love for detail and style the accommodation has been furnished with. Each element is thoughtfully and lovingly selected – a perfect blend of coziness and tasteful design. We felt like at home from the first moment. Everything was sparkling clean, high-quality and radiated a warm, inviting atmosphere. If you want to live in the middle of nature, you are in very good hands here. We heard birds chirping, frogs croaking, and saw a stork's nest about 200 meters away. The tiny house is large enough for two people and furnished with great attention to detail. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed the beautiful weather on the wooden terrace. Susanne and Rolf are great hosts. We were able to take a very nice and entertaining carriage ride with Rolf. Overall, the place is highly recommended.
