Apt of 150 m2 located in condominium (Canoas Lofts) facing the sea, fully equipped 1 hour south of Tumbes and 30 minutes north of Máncora. Dpto is on the 2nd Floor. Playa de Canoas de Punta Sal is one of the most beautiful in Peru, with a warm sea in most of the year. In addition to the complete apartment with capacity for 10 people, guests have access to the common areas (TV Room, Pool, Grill Area and access to the beach). La Parrilla is handled under reservation.

The Suite is a large room with balcony, located in a high point 300 meters from Mancora surf-point, with access to pool and terrace and an amazing view to the sea over the trees. It is made of natural materials with fine finishes. The bathroom is large and beautiful. The suite is equipped with Wi-fi, Direct TV, fridge, boiler and coffee-maker. Additional rooms are available within the property according to the number of guests. The maximum capacity is 10.
