Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Courtice

We had a really great and relaxed time. We were helped very quickly with questions and we were shown everything if we had any questions. The place was very nice and cozy.

my stay at Mrinals place was amazing! it looks exactly like the photos and was so clean. my family stayed here before moving out of the country and it was literally stocked with anything you’d need! anything we needed in the kitchen they had as well as laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. there was so many extra towels, sheets, and bedding. the check in was super easy and everything was exactly like the photos. The driveway has good space as well, me and my family were able to fit 2 SUV’s. Mrinal was an amazing host and very responsive and kind. I highly recommend!

I stayed at this bed and breakfast for an extended visit, and it was absolutely perfect for my needs. While breakfast wasn’t included, the space itself more than made up for it. The hosts were friendly, respectful of my space, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Their attention to detail and care for the property really stood out. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place that offers independence and comfort, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a hidden gem—perfect for extended stays or anyone wanting more than just a standard hotel room.

This is a lovely suite as advertised. Very spacious and clean. Very nicely appointed. Check-in and check-out was seamless and communication was excellent. I highly recommend. This was a really nice and clean place to stay. I stayed here for a baseball tournament with teammates and they had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer for our uniforms. Spacious main floor for the 4 of us that stayed. Clean washrooms and bedrooms. Hoping to get the exact same place when we come back down for our next tourney there.

The place was incredibly, it felt like my own house. Plus, the decore of the house was really amazing. The locality is also nice, everything is close to the house. On the top of that what I liked was that all the utensils for cooking were provided for us.I would visit there again. I would recommend everyone to reserve this apartment for your stay.

Mafruha's place is very clean and well appointed. It was a very comfortable stay. Mafruha was very communicative and would recommend staying there.

The place was great, clean and lots of room it had everything you would need, it felt like home away from home and very comfortable. As for Cass he was an amazing host did everything to make sure everything was good , very responsive . Would highly recommend his place. Thanks Cass for being a great Host.

Wonderful and perfect as usual!

Meherun’s place was great and exactly as presented in the ad. She’s a very accommodating, friendly, trusting, and respectful host. The two of us stayed here for ~3 months, and the basement is spacious, modern, well furnished, well lit, and comes with a separate, private entrance. It has everything you need for long stays - modern appliances, like a large fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dish washer, washer and dryer, and a SmartTV. Two bedrooms, one with a desk I used for work-from-home and the other with a full walk-in closet. Comfy queen beds in both. Bathroom has a large shower, and modern vanity with a fancy Bluetooth mirror. The neighbourhood is nice with a paved trail near by for walking or biking. Close drive to the 401 from Salem, where there’s many stores, including Walmart, Costco, Canadian Tire, Cineplex, and restaurants. We will definitely think of staying here again the next time we’re around.

The basement-apartment was very spacious with 2 decent sized bedroom and a full kitchen. The quiet location was excellent, the house was extremely clean, and Arun was a very responsive host! It was a great experience for me and my family.

Brilliant stay! Susanne and Fred are amazing and responsive hosts. A slight issue with a blown fuse was resolved within minutes! Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Toronto, easy to get to downtown Toronto using public transport. The appartment is extremely clean and offers everything you would need.

Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

It is a best and beautiful place to visit

Patricks place was a perfect mini get away thats close around the city! We absolutely loved how private and spacious his place is. The pool and sauna was needed on a hot day! Definitely will come back again!

This was excellent value, a beautiful lake view and an amazing primary suite. This house was perfect for 7 adults for a long weekend away. Would recommend and would definitely stay again

We recently stayed at this property while attending a graduation in Oshawa with a large group of 9 adults and 6 children. The space was spacious and able to comfortably accommodate our group, which was a huge plus. What truly stood out was how responsive and accommodating the hosts were throughout our stay. Anytime we had a concern or request, they responded promptly and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. That level of attentiveness really made a difference for us. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for being so engaged and supportive!
