Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Courbevoie

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

The house was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for a group and easy access to central Paris through public transportation. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was great! It was my spouse, two daughters (7 & 10) and myself. Sooooo much space and it was great to feel like we were living in Paris, even if for a week. Very walkable to several metro lines and the Traingle de Oro is definitely the place to stay for great restaurants. 100% do recommend this rental.

Wonderful flat with superb views, really close to emblematic places in Montmartre, but at the same time really quiet, so it was possible to relax, rest and sleep peacefully. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you very much, Raphäel, for sharing your lovely home with us travellers :) We felt at home and would certainly repeat our stay!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

A acomodação do Kevin é exatamente o que ele descreve, o local é super tranquilo e bom de se caminhar a qualquer horário eu e minha esposa chegamos em na acomodação várias noites por volta às 00:00 AM e foi super tranquilo caminhar pelos arredores e entrar no prédio. Tem duas linhas de metrô por perto que te levam para todos os lugares, um mercado em frente, restaurantes e boulangerie na porta do prédio. Eu com certeza recomendo e quando voltar ficarei novamente nesse Airbnb. Kevin muito obrigado por tudo por fazer parte da realização do nosso sonho que era conhecer Paris, você ajudou bastante para ele ser perfeito.

Angela’s and Phillip’s airbnb is very well located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood close to great attractions and a short walk to a beautiful Eiffel tower view. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, even an air conditioning unit. We were surprised by their hospitality! It is the first time a host personally greeted us and took time to explain everything about the accommodation and provides a short tour of the neighbourhood with very handy tips. We loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place in Paris.

This was the perfect spot from which to explore Paris. It’s relatively easy walking distance from so many attractions and a quick walk to the Métro station for further sites. The space is beautifully maintained and exceptionally comfortable. Cécile was a wonderful host - proactively thinking of our every need and checking in to be sure we were ok. She even reached out to make sure we were aware of a coming thunderstorm while we were out sightseeing to be sure we could get to shelter in time! It’s really hard to put into words how lovely this experience was and how perfect this location is. The combination of a beautiful, impeccable apartment with the care and support of such a thoughtful host is a rare find indeed! Can’t wait to come back!

Ana is a wonderful host. Her apartment felt like home for my 9-day stay in Paris. It is small one bedroom, but very comfortable for one or two people. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the 7th Arr., the apartment is a half block from the Rue Saint Dominique and a ten minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Ana greeted me at the apartment with fresh croissants and had stocked the refrigerator with necessary staples. She showed me around the neighborhood, pointing out her favorite shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and fromageries. I had a wonderful time and would recommend Ana as a host without reservation. For those traveling in July and August, however, know that there is no AC and you will have to make do with fans.

We had a great week in Valerie's lovely apartment. Very cosy and comfortable in an excellent location. We had everything we needed inside and the outside choices, so many to choose from, with food, restaurants, shops and lovely walks.

Nous avons passée un séjour agréable entre copains dans une maison qui correspondait totalement a nos attentes. Les espaces et les chambres étaient super pour accueillir nos familles et nos 4 enfants. Les hôtes sont très réactif et les instructions sont claires. Je recommande vivement ce logement qui nous a permis de séjourner sur Paris. Merci encore 👌🏻

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux d’Audrey. La maison est grande, très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le salon, la cuisine ainsi que les extérieurs sont impeccables. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée, avec au programme : barbecue et jacuzzi. Un grand merci à Audrey !

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Jáde-kőként ragyogó tágas szálláshely privát kerttel, a nyugalom szigete, Párizs szívétől valóban 25 percre. Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!
