Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Cottonwood

This home more than met our expectations!!! It was so warm and comfy. The decor was fantastic, the beds were perfect. There were tvs in every room of the house. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were amazing, it was a great way to relax after a day of fishing and hiking. This home was definitely a 12 out of 10. The hosts were quick to respond and very kind. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

We had the absolute best time at this location. It was close to everything and the views were phenomenal. We spent most nights on the porch watching the sunset and stargazing. Highly recommend!

Wow, one of our favorite AirBnB experiences ever! The house is beautiful and so comfortable with gorgeous views of the red rocks from the lovely back patio area. The house is uncluttered but still had everything we could possibly need including a well-stocked kitchen. The surroundings were completely peaceful and in a perfectly location for walking to shops or driving a few minutes to a good hiking spot. Julie was incredibly responsive from the start and through our visit. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Wow, where do I start? I have stayed at many very nice Airbnb rentals, and Carissa/Mike's place is by far the best. The home is exactly as in the photos (if not better in person), has all the amenities one could think of and then some, and surrounded by gorgeous views in a peaceful, stunning neighborhood. It is only about 10-15 minutes drive to anywhere in Sedona. Carissa and Mike were very responsive and made everything so simple/easy (I have never seen a checkout instructions consisting of only 2 steps). I wished we could have stayed there the entire week - definitely would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Traveling with three kids and their grandpa can be a challenge, but this place made everything so easy and comfortable. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The location was perfect — just minutes from Grasshopper Point, which was the highlight of our trip. After spending our days exploring, it was so nice to come back to such a peaceful and inviting space. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into every detail. We truly felt at home and will absolutely be coming back. This will be our go-to spot whenever we visit Sedona. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene and family-friendly getaway!

This was the first time in over six years where we were able to take a multi-generational trip together and celebrate some milestones. We wanted a place where we could relax and spend quality time as a family, as well as someplace that had things to do. Dicle’s place was just that. The front porch and back patio space offered amazing views, close access to restaurants and hiking trails, and enough space that we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. Dicle and Traci were some of the most responsive and kind hosts I’ve dealt with. They checked in and when we had a little problem getting in the front door Traci was able to come help us immediately. The house is a mid century modern dream come true. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Definitely recommend staying here! The location was perfect with so many close hikes and great amenities. We used the hot tub after long hiking days which was perfect for restoring the body. The kitchen had everything we needed to accommodate us five adults needing to maintain our nutrition for all of the physical activity. Lots of space to move around while staying connected with everyone on the trip. The grocery store was in walking distance which was great for some extra sightseeing as well as enjoying the local nature. We were able to see the javelinas, a coyote, a hummingbird, lizards, and even some bats! Overall, a great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Sedona.

We stayed here for a Bachelorette party, and the property was truly amazing. Everyone had such an incredible experience. The home alone was so beautiful, and did exceed expectations as to how the photos portrayed the home. From how clean it was, to how accessible things were this was truly a great property. Carrie gave clear instructions for our stay and was very responsive, always. This would be a place we would like to stay at again some time in the future.

My husband and I got married at Agave and booked Claudine's gorgeous and immaculate villas for ourselves, as well as for our bridal party and family. Everyone had an incredible time, and the villas were truly a magical place to celebrate such a special event. The design details of the space are next-level, and we felt like we were in an oasis every moment of our stay. Claudine could not be a more lovely or helpful host, and we hope to get to stay at the villas again sometime soon!!

Walking distance to the main street which was filled with great restaurants, shops, people and atmosphere. However, still peaceful and beautifully kept and private grounds were we stayed. Pearl was super friendly and available for any questions we had. We appreciate it and would stay there again. Thank you for being so helpful, we truly enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to visit again!

We had such a lovely stay in Sedona and this was a wonderful base for us. It was super clean, had everything we needed and more. It felt like it had just been totally renovated and was very tastefully decorated. Claudine was super easy to communicate with. We loved it and would definitely stay here again! Absolutely stunning. This is a special place and a unique way to experience Sedona. The view of Bell Rock and surrounding areas were breathtaking. Super close to all the iconic hikes in Sedona. Was a special experience!

First, Vic could not have been more helpful or responsive. He answered any questions I had and he went over and above to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Second, the house was beautiful, large and the perfect location for us. It was perfect for us to gather with our adult children and their families. The kitchen was great and the pool was fantastic after hiking. We could not have been happier with the house or Vic’s hospitality. Would highly recommend and would stay here again when we are in the area.

Amy was a wonderful hostess. It was obvious from the beginning that my comfort and needs were very important to her. She accommodated several requests I had like early check in and extra pillows. My room was super comfortable and the hot tub was wonderful and really easy to use. I appreciated Amy's hospitality and would be delighted to stay again. Thank you.

This s place is sublime. The view from the house is mind blowing and while things to do are very close it feels like you’re away from everything. Dark sky, tons of stars, great hot tub under the stars! The villa is beautiful and stocked with everything you need! I would recommend this place readily!! Jackie was very responsive and genuinely happy to help us with anything!! Love it! Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!! 💜💜💜

Suzi’s cottage in Sedona was the perfect location for a vacation home. My boyfriend and I felt right at home the moment we stepped foot in the door. The home had everything we needed to feel cozy and comfortable, (from window views, colorful and artistic decor, ready to make coffee, towels, toiletries , kitchen appliances and even a cute little walkway to the hot tub which was very secluded and in a peaceful location. The home was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our time looking out from the living room porch and from the window each day at the beautiful mountain during sunrises and sunsets. In the binder, there was a good amount of interesting information to read on the many trails and restaurants in the area along with the history of Sedona. We were not able to get everything we wanted to do in our 5 day trip, so we plan on returning to stay at Susi’s place so we can continue our “choose our own adventure” in the beautiful town of Sedona.

Everything was lovely and very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Loved basking in the silence and listening to nature.

We loved the location of this property. It was so close to Uptown Sedona shopping and restaurants. It was a really nice, private casita. Sitting in the jacuzzi staring up at the stars at night was a nice bonus.

Amazing! Not enough words to describe how magical this place is. From the immaculately kept grounds, the cute javelinas walking around, the incredible view of Cathedral Rock, and the peaceful flow of Oak Creek, it was the most perfect place to stay in Sedona. Far enough away from the main drag to feel private, but a quick drive to all there is to see. It’s by far most enjoyable and memorable experience with an Airbnb. The inside was decorated so well, and it was so clean. Two couples stayed comfortably and easily here. Don’t think twice about booking. Promise you won’t regret it. I can’t wait to come back!

Would give this home (and the host) 10 stars if I could! Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in - it was super well stocked (had spices, coffee, and even tons of odds and ends like olive oil, rice, s’mores stuff and almond milk creamer). The home was gorgeous inside and out and was the PERFECT spot for our group of 8 (four grown ups and four kids). We all loved the hot tub, the kids played in the yard a ton and we helped ourselves to the game closet. The beds were COMFY. Bathrooms were stocked and immaculate. Kitchen had about a million gadgets (they even had a nutribullet which we used to make salad dressings!). Just an overall amazing, beautiful stay as we explored Sedona! Would 100% come back!! And Traci really was the most responsive, proactive host. Loved her!!

We absolutely loved our 2-day stay at this beautiful cabin near Sedona! The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking and exploring the red rocks, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept like babies. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Our host was super responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature!

Clean, quiet, and peaceful spot. Out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to great hikes and food! ( 10-15 minutes) stunning Mountain View’s and plenty of outdoor deck space to spread out and relax! A fun place to stay! However, Not a lot of yard space. You have to venture out to trails for outdoor activities.
