Dincolo de asta , fata de așteptările legate de genul ăsta de cazare în Constanța,apartamentul oferă 5 stele plus față de cum e prezentat.Felicitari gazdelor pentru detaliile mici care fac diferențe mari.Intim,delicat, extrem de bine utilat,neașteptat de bine din toate punctele de vedere.Recomand și revin. Și evident un mare mulțumesc!

Am avut o sedere de o seara spontana foarte placuta, gazda a raspuns foarte repede si am intrat fara probleme 🥰 Apartamentul este foarte frumos amenajat si smart, lumini, muzica, intrarea in bloc/apartament. Totul foarte curat, 3 dormitoare cu paturi mari, vedere catre mare si distanta mica de plaja (sub 5 min).

The place is new and super clean. It has all the facilities that you need, including a fridge, TV, iron, stove, cooking utensils, and even olive oil, salt and pepper. It was very thoughtful of the host to keep two bottles of drinking water in the fridge. That’s what you need right after arriving. I will definitely book it again when I am in Constanta.

Ruxandra's home was immaculate when we arrived and was lovely and warm throughout our stay. The kitchen was a little tight but perfectly functional. The bathroom was spotless and had an excellent shower. There is no dedicated parking space. Options are try to use the four non reserved spaces or on the road. A very enjoyable and quiet stay in a lovely apartment.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Allerdings gab es sehr wenig Steckdosen. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und in einem Supermarkt. Besonders gemütlich ist der Hof gestaltet,wir haben uns gern da aufgehalten. Wir hatten oft Besuch von Katzen d, manchmal 4 bis 5 gleichzeitig, was uns nicht gestört hat, allerdings haben einige davon dahin uriniert, was unangenehm war. Wir würden die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Bra boende mitt vid stranden och gågatan. Flera pooler och restauranger i resorten och i närheten. Svårt med parkering på helgen så kom gärna en Tors-Mån och låt din bil stå parkerad. Bra lägenhet med allt du behöver på den soliga sidan med havsutsikt. Negativt var städbolaget som ej skött sina uppgifter men värden löste detta!

N-am fi facut o alegere mai buna cu privire la cazare. Doamna gazda a fost foarte primitoare si ne-a oferit tot ce aveam nevoie. Casa a fost curata si dispunea de toate cele necesare, inclusiv de aer conditionat. Cand ne intoarcem in Navodari, ne vom programa din timp ca sa putem gasi casa disponibila. Recomandam aceasta cazare cat si litoralul romanesc din tot sufletul.

El anfitrión estuvo muy atento para todo, hizo que nuestra estancia fuera genial. Muchas gracias.

Casa Ortviken este un hotel excelent. Foarte confortabil, frumos și curat. Este situat într-un loc foarte liniștit, ferit de zgomot. Camera este elegantă și frumos amenajată. Gazdele sunt oameni prietenoși și deschiși. Bucătăria are tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil, iar terasa este spațioasă și bine dotată. Ne-am simțit aici ca acasă și ne-am dorit să rămânem și mai mult! Cu siguranță vom reveni. Mulțumim, Casa Ortviken!

5 napot töltöttünk a lakásban, nagyon otthonos és minden megvolt benne, amire szükségünk volt. Csendes, nyugodt környezetben van. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, biztosan visszatérünk még.

O sedere extraordinara, am tinut legatura cu doamna proprietar foarte usor, apartamentul imaculat, exact la fel ca in poze, nu ne-a lipsit nimic din ce era mentionat in descriere. Acces rapid si usor catre plaja si catre supermarketul Lidl, nu am avut nici un fel de problema. Accesul la piscina usor.

Had a fantastic stay at Ban's condo. Great facilities. Ban was always friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Adrian's place was fantastic. Everything was in place as the description presented. Very clean, very clear instructions (with pictures) and Adrian was very responsive. Adrian's place and himself deserve a 5/5, but I have to mentione something for people that are coming without a car. The location is hard to reach due to not having a certain public transportation. If you take a bus it will leave you at the last station which is 5 min by car or 40 min by walk which left us stranded at some point cuz we couldn't walk 40 min through sun and no taxi / uber would have taken us due to short distance. In the end we had to take the bus back a couple of stations in order to get an uber that would take us there. So, if you plan to travel without car, make sure to either take an uber from the middle of the city or (we've just discovered) there are some private white buses that would take you closer, but they are not mentioned on google maps. Adrian was great and I know this is outside his power.

We booked the apartment for the weekend. The view from the main balcony is stunning, overlooking the lake. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, decorated with taste and immaculate in terms of cleanliness. Raluca is an amazing host, always responsive and client-oriented, making sure everyone feels comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, though we didn’t make use of it. She even left some water and beer bottles in the fridge for us. The bathroom had shampoos, conditioners and shower gels. All in all a place we would definitely want to return to. Thank you Raluca for making us feel home away from home.

Отличная квартира, везде чисто и уютно. Район хороший, тихий и не далеко до всех необходимых развлечений. Паркинг во дворе. Хозяин очень добрый, общительный и отзывчивый. При заселении - в квартире были приятные бонусы от него 🫶 Помог со всеми вопросами. Я остался очень доволен проживанием в этом месте.
