Holiday rentals in Costa del Azahar

First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

el apartamento que han preparado vicente y su mujer es un auténtico HOGAR, esta decorado al detalle, tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unas vacaciones sin preocupaciones. han creado una guia de restaurantes, playas, que hacer, rutas... Increible de verdad, leerla, planificarte y hacer tantas cosas hace que tengas la sensación de disfrutar al maximo de alcossebre. por otro lado el apartamento esta cerquita de todo, 10min de la playa mas cercana y 20min andando a lo que es el pueblo (5min en coche). la urbanización es preciosa con 2 piscinas grandes, 2 parques infantiles y 2 pistas de padel. destacar la amabilidad de los anfitriones y los detalles que tienen: llegamos del viaje y tener agua fria y cervezas en la nevera fue un puntazo, 2 kit en la cocina uno para limpieza y otro con aceite sal... en el baño nos dejaron otro kit con jabones, papel de baño, compresas y zapatillas de ducha. el apartamento estaba super limpio y tienen juegos de mesa. sin duda repetiremos, mil gracias

La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, muy amplia y bonita. El acceso muy fácil y Tatiana responde a los mensajes con mucha rapidez. Sin duda un acierto alojarse en su casa.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!

Mooie locatie, en een mooie studio. Ik kan de locatie aanbevelen. Heerlijk tot rust gekomen en erg vriendelijke host

this was truly a great stay...50 m away from the beach is no lie...it's right outside...next to bus station ..the place was very clean and looked just like the photos...great terrace to have a beer and relax ..if I had one negative thought, that would be the shower is on the smaller side but you can manage ..all in all one of the best stays I had in many journeys ...bed was comfortable .. everything was in working order and the host was very responsive and communicated all throughout ..I will definitely try to come back here as the beach was awesome and for a summer beach vacation it's just perfect ..thank you for everything

A lovely home, clean, comfy bedding and lounge facilities, freshly decorated and located in a very picturesque spot with lots of restaurants and old town streets to explore. The terrace was a nice spot to enjoy the sun or a warm evening. The house is on 4 floors so I got my steps in! We didn’t use our hire car at all during our stay, this place is an ‘on foot’ experience! There is access to 2 large beaches within a few minutes walk with more bars and restaurants to try. The water was very calm and shallow for a long way out making it suitable for children. For some reason however there are very few shops for basic amenities and items like bottles of water need to be carried from the mainland shops up to the house.
