We had a great time. The place is the same as the photos. All clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

First, the positive: The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful & always available (even at night). The cameras were also deactivated on request. The location is quiet & private. For motorsport fans, the proximity to the race track is a highlight - usually only audible on weekends. The garden offers a small slide, swing and grill. Especially pleasant: air conditioning in all rooms. A few tips for realistic expectations: The pool is smaller than expected, but refreshing. The beach Playa L'Almadrava is not within walking distance directly around the corner but can be reached quickly by car (Info: from there you can see a nuclear power plant – but it did not bother us). The house was basically clean, but there were some mold spots in the bathrooms. A car is necessary, as there is only a small bar and a supermarket with very limited opening hours nearby. Too bad: bed linen and towels cost extra. Conclusion: We had a very nice time overall. Thank you!

This was a great place to stay! Carmen (the host), met us to provide the key and show us around the apartment. The apartment was as advertised in the pictures, very clean and easy to get around. It’s located very close to the beach, so was only a short walk everyday back and forth. Iris (Carmens daughter) and Carmen were in constant contact to make sure we were having a good time and to help with anything we needed. Overall I highly recommend this place, if you’re looking for something close to the beach, that’s comfortable, clean and well maintained.

Hi, We had a great week with the family in Catherine and Steve's home. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting, and the pool is a real asset for young and old! The beach is easily accessible on foot in just 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The accommodation was impeccable when we arrived: clean, tidy and as described. Thank you to our hosts for their kindness and responsiveness :)

Jose took the time to check us in and show us around , msg us recommendations and generally felt if we needed anything he’d be happy to help . The place was perfect and situated just right from beach to shops to travel . All in all spot on definitely stdy again Thankyou Jose

Kitty’s place was very well fitted out and we particularly loved the loft bedroom and rooftop terrace which for practical purposes with drying washing (we are on the road 100 days) worked well for us. The premises are a short 10 min walk to the beach and fab bars and eating establishments - also just 5-7 min walk to tram and bus - definitely ticks all the boxes and would stay again. If you enjoy quiet and a good nights sleep and the convenience of proximity - this is a good choice ❤️

Amparo is a very good hostess. She was always approachable and responded quickly to messages. Upon our arrival, we found water, bread, oranges and watermelon. Coffee, tea and jam were also available, so we didn't have to shop much. The apartment was very clean and as described. Amparo was very friendly and gave us tips for the city. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back. We had a very good stay and can only recommend the apartment. The kitchen equipment is fantastic, nothing was missing. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathroom there was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Photos undersell this place. Check-in was great with Jose Manuel giving us inside tips on where to go. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and it was perfect for our family of 4 - including a 6 month old baby. Felt very safe, the playground was very appreciated by our 5 year old. The cafe FOUR was a perfect stop every morning. The Cabanyal market is just as good as the central market, but smaller and has a good sized supermarket next to it. Cabanyal has some character to it, but it’s so accessible and feels so safe, that it’s charming. The AC in the place was cold and we appreciated the washing machine. A couple notes, it doesn’t have a clothes dryer, but has a private patio with a drying rack that works and it also doesn’t have a dishwasher. We ate out 70% of the time and it wasn’t bad. Also, there is natural light, but it’s not super bright. On the whole, this place was perfect for us, even during the relatively long stay. I would gladly go back or refer a family member.

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Thanks to Gaelle and Khalid (and Farid) for hosting this place which is just perfect. the accommodation is located less than 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach and 5 minutes drive from the center of Alcossebre in absolute calm in a gated property with swimming pool, children's play area and even a chicken coop. Our little girl loved it! The house is clean, functional and spacious with a terrace that directly overlooks the pool. The hosts are adorable even if we met them little during our stay. We had a lovely stay in a beautiful area and felt at home for a week. Thanks to them.

We are really grateful to Remedios for her kindness and cordiality at all times. The house was spectacular, as shown in the publication, not only that but also extremely clean, tidy and with everything necessary to spend the time that was necessary. We spent 3 days and 2 nights there and they were incredible. The pool, the house, everything! Obviously, we'll be back at any time.

We had a fantastic holiday stay at Bernard’s apartment! The location is peaceful, the apartment is tastefully decorated, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The pool was a real highlight — clean, quiet, and with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was very cozy and family-friendly. We especially appreciated the artwork, which added a warm and inviting touch. And finally, a special thank you to Mirabel, who was an absolutely perfect host — welcoming, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. Fernando's accommodation is super cozy! We spent a weekend and very comfortable! The accommodation is very close to the beach and has many services nearby. It's just like the photos, the comfortable beds, with everything you need to feel at home. The host from minute one responded very quickly and gave many details or tips on what to do. He sent us an extensive list of restaurants, bars, things to do in the area! 10 out of 10! Thank you very much!

Maite's house is beautiful and very welcoming, it fills you with a lot of peace and tranquility,it is very well located in the center of Vinaròs. The location of the villa is incredible: it has beautiful views and is very quiet. You can walk along the rocks to a nearby beach. There is a pleasant breeze in the afternoons and it is a short drive from Benicàssim.

We loved our stay at this accommodation near the Albufera. The area is very quiet and beautiful, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying nature. The house was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing: full kitchen, comfortable beds and everything was very clean. In addition, Maria was an excellent host, very attentive and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Definitely a highly recommended experience. ¡We would come back without thinking!
