Everything about our stay was top notch. I don’t think there’s anything that could have been better, or improved. We’ve already shared the details of the property with others. We’d also have no hesitation in coming back. Might hire a car next time to explore a bit further afield. All in all a superb place. Muchos gracias!

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Great place with everything you need. Lots of coffee pods which was a nice touch. Great location. Beautiful beaches nearby. Street parking was tough, but if you go a couple blocks north, as long as there are no dashed lines, you are free to park there.

Location, Location, Location was PERFECT for this Airbnb! Gorgeous view all day & all night…. Nice ocean breeze, convenient parking, spacious and comfortable plus walking distance to many restaurants. The host, Gabriel greeted us upon check in, assisted us with our luggage and was very personable. We rented a sailboat with a captain for the day from Maksy Boats. Highly recommend! It was our first time to Mallorca and everything was perfect!

We stayed in loft 5 which was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, very clean and I felt like being in a nice hotel. The location is superb, regardless it is in the very Center of Palma - it was really quiet. Absolutely nothing to complain about Can Rubi.

A Fantastic stay with my 82 Year old mother, who has mobility issues, the lift worked perfectly, and the place was perfect, great views across the fountain to the square, also easy walks to Restaurants and nice bars , and the local sites , excellent location right in the action, we could not fault.. Also Maria came back to us extremely promptly with any questions we had. I would highly recommend for a 3-4 day city break .

Very nice house in a prime location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week. Separate electricity billing very transparent and reasonable. Raquel was available at any time. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That means microwave radiation 24/7! Personally, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlord, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building services... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrill that you actually cannot sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. You can't even hear the pool pump in the basement garage. Great! It was not possible to determine why a water pump must be so loud that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden line has a leak, and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

We received a warm welcome from Catalina and she showed us around the apartment. Her daughter Teresa gave great instructions on how to find the villa apartment, and she is also very friendly and helpful We were given a lovely selection of fresh fruit, some coffee, tea, beer, fruit juice which was a nice surprise. The apartment was comfortable and ideal for a couple. The setting is peaceful with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave when our holiday came to an end. We would recommend this location as an ideal base to explore what is a very beautiful part of Mallorca.

It is a beautiful accommodation, which is quietly located and yet everything in the village can be easily reached on foot. In 5 minutes you are in the harbor where there is also the possibility to go swimming. Everything you need is available in the apartment, we felt very comfortable.

We've had a fantastic stay at Sant Elm in Noemi Y Pedro's apartment. Check in was easy and detailed instructions from Pedro, very clean apartment, everything necessary was present. Easy to park on the street in front of the apartment and the neighbourhood was very calm and quiet this time of year (16/6-22/6). Because of this calm period we've had the shared pool almost everyday for ourselves, felt very much private and a very well maintained pool. The view you have on the balcony of the apartment is absolutely stunning, it is an amazing feeling to wake up and go to sleep every day with this beautiful view and weather. Sant Elm is a beautiful (small) village that has alot of options to eat (5min walk from the apartment). Our favourite place to eat was the new establishment 'Es Carey', amazing cocktails (I recommend 'Swimming Pool' cocktail), 'Chipirones Fritos', and an delicious 'Pistache Coulant' as dessert. I highly recommend this apartment, we will definitely be back in the future!

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful time! The apartment is adorable, located easily to the main promenade and stunning views. It suited us perfectly and Magda thoughtfully added essentials we appreciate (plenty of clean towels, coffee, water, extra toiletries). Everything was clean and the room super quiet. Our only feedback is the mattress is quite soft, but we still slept very well. 10/10

everything was as Pedro described, but even more spacious. Perfect for six adults and the quiet pool was used constantly. great inside and outside dining. Quick walk to the beach or the restaurants. Will definitely return here.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped and with a splendid sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful advice. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
