Apartment holiday rentals in Corniche Beach

I had a 3 day business trip to Abu Dhabi and I wanted a place in Yas Island which is close to everything and I didn't want a hotel, since an apartment has its benefits: privacy, full kitchen, and other amenities that are not available in a hotel. This apartment is the best combination. You have everything I mentioned + it is located inside a well maintained building with a front desk and reserved parking. As I said, the perfect combination to feel right at home from the first moment. I would definitely book it again on my next visit in 2 months!

Hands down the best Airbnb in all of Abu Dhabi! The host was responsive, friendly, and very helpful. They have easy to understand directions and the place was as advertised. I got to enjoy the gym while visiting Saadiyat. The host was flexible and very accommodating. Their place is perfect whether you’re a business traveller or a tourist. I can’t wait to come back!

It was great place to sleep, aircon wasn’t strong enough though. Cecilia an amazing host, everything was perfect. Place is very spacious.

Beautiful place and very close to alot of sites

I stayed in an apartment on the 26th floor and was absolutely impressed by the breathtaking view of the bay — it’s even better in person than in the photos. The area is very quiet and cozy, making it ideal for relaxation. Despite the peaceful surroundings, everything you need is just a short walk away — shops, cafes, and public transport are all easily accessible. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation was perfectly located in the center with bus in front of the door, restaurants and shopping in the vicinity. Large apartment with everything you need.

Very nice Appartment. Modern, clean. A lot of light through large windows. There is a supermarket, a beach , a gym and a pool. 10 mins drive to center. You can even walk. Will book it again

Fabulous studio apartment, very central to everything including Mall and theme parks on Yas Island. Apartment and complex facilities were very nice and clean and eveyone was really friendly. Would definitely use this apartment again as Anastasia communicated so well theoughout our stay.

Great location clean tidy and as described

A very cosy and well-furnished apartment offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Thoughtfully decorated and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, this space is perfect for both short visits and longer stays. Guests will appreciate the stylish furnishings, practical amenities, and the overall homely feel that makes it easy to relax and unwind.

Shehnazs' place was nice and clean and we had a pleasant experience. She was responsive and also was kind enough to accomodate us with a super early check-in.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was amazing—super clean and comfortable. The building itself is high-end with great amenities, and being beachfront made it even more special. The pool overlooking the beach was a definite highlight. There was a small hiccup with beach access due to a recent management change (which the owner wasn’t initially aware of), but he was incredibly responsive and proactive in resolving the issue quickly, ensuring we got access as promised. Overall, a very positive experience. We’d definitely come back again for the unbeatable location and what is truly one of the best beaches and sea views in the UAE!

The location of the appartment is very close to all the attractions of yas island, the groceries are easily available and the host is very friendly

The apartment is good enough for two people and also kitchen is nice for cooking. The host is busy and can’t response fast enough. You can call him anyway if no response. The location is good and there is a nice seaside park just downstairs, also a supermarket. Overall it’s good.

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to my dear brother Hassan for his hospitality and warm welcome. I felt at home and among my family and friends. Hassan did not hesitate to help us with everything we needed and was in constant contact with me to see if there was anything I needed or needed any help. He also hosted us at his house for coffee and frankly the session with him was fun, friendly, kind and respectful. I was happy to get to know him and I was honored to meet him and I am sure I will return to live in this place again.

I had a very comfortable week here. Everything I needed for daily life was fully provided. I could use several gyms and swimming pools anytime I wanted. There’s a large Carrefour just a 1-minute walk away, right inside the apartment complex, which made grocery shopping super convenient. Even better, there’s a liquor store and a cozy pub on-site. And for coffee lovers, there’s a great café—Lora Coffee—right in the complex as well.

The place was amazing, Ali always answered quickly and was helpful at all times.
