Holiday rentals with a patio in Corinthia

Lucas a été incroyable en tant qu'hôte, il a organisé le transport depuis l'aéroport jusque l'appartement, a su répondre à chacunes de mes demandes et a été présent tout au long lorsque j'avais besoin de lui. L'appartement est l'image de son propriétaire, la vue est magnifique, la propreté est remarquable, l'emplacement est superbe, les services sont impeccables. Lorsque je reviendrai à Athènes, ce sera certainement dans cet appartement!

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement. Nous avons apprécié la qualité (et la propreté !) des lieux et la vue magnifique sur le Parthénon. La communication avec Maria était très fluide et claire. Bref, on recommande chaudement ce lieu pour visiter Athènes !

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

Ottima posizione per visitare le regioni Argolide e Arcadia, si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma vicina a molti punti di interesse (Nafplio, Argos, Nemea, Micene). L’alloggio di Kostas è presenta molta cura per i dettagli ed è dotato di tutti i comfort per vivere il soggiorno come a casa!

Tout était parfait je recommande vivement. Très gentil les bouteilles d’eau au frais les produits pour la toilette même si nous avions les nôtres etc… Même un lit bébé fourni gratuitement Cordialement Thomas

Amazing cosy spot with wonderful bathroom and stone interior, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Lovely terrace and in the heart of enchanting Arachova. We were able to park nearby (4 min walk) upon the advice of Ariadni where there was always space. Thank you!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Ευγενικότατος σπιτονοικοκύρης και η βίλα εκπληρώνει όλες τις αναμενόμενες προσδοκίες. Είναι λίγο πιο έξω από το Ναύπλιο και ίσως ο δρόμος μέχρι εκεί να μην είναι τέλειος, αλλά τουλάχιστον είναι ασφαλτοστρωμένος και αξίζει το δρόμο μέχρι εκεί, μιας και έχει φοβερή θέα, παρέχει πισίνα και είναι ήσυχα.

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The port was a 10 minute walk down the many steps and there were so many restaurants and a few places to visit. We loved the food at Oasis especially. The locals are so friendly to us tourists that it wasn't like some other countries I've seen. Because the houses are on the hillside it makes for a nice quiet stay. You need to be a bit fit but if not there's lots of taxis around! Our host was fantastic in communicating and as expected by the other reviews, kindly met us at the port. The place had everything we needed, beach towels were a nice touch! The place was perfect for couples. We didn't use the mezzanine with the single bed as it wasn't needed but the head height would be tricky there (just for sleeping is fine!). We loved the island and we'd stay here again for sure!

Ο σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο η θέα απίστευτη σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε για τις μελλοντικές μας διακοπές η κυρία Τεονα πολύ επικοινωνιακή μας πρότεινε πολύ ωραία μέρη να επισκεφτούμε πολύ ήσυχο και οικογενειακό μέρος για την απόλυτη χαλάρωση

Το χώρος είναι φανταστικός, απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας και νοιώσαμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας!! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα🙏🏻

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Villa for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! We felt so comfortable and enjoyed the amazing atmosphere. Highlights were the pool, sauna and the kitchen with a view of the pool and garden. We did yoga every morning in the garden (great that two mats were provided!) and had fun with the friendly neighbour and two adorable dogs. The owners and neighbour were incredibly kind, offering great recommendations and advice. The warmhearted atmosphere truly reflects my impression of Greece (my first visit, but definitely not the last)! Loutraki is lovely, with everything you need nearby, and we also enjoyed a night at the casino just 5 minutes from the villa. I’d love to come back! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Trop court séjour d’une semaine fin mai, la maison est tellement confortable qu’il était difficile de s’en extraire pour aller visiter les merveilleux sites archéologiques environnants. Merci Sophia pour votre réactivité, les multiples attentions, votre panier d’accueil… La maison est très bien équipée, tout est pensé pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison et la décoration est soignée. Le petit village à 5mn où les commerces sont ouverts avec des amplitudes horaires très larges. En résumé, une adressé à retenir absolument.

We loved our stay in this apartment. The view was beautiful and the design of the apartment was well thought out and felt very authentic. The little touches like recessed lighting, electric shutters, fans, aircon, and antique furniture were much appreciated and elevated our stay — we found it very well suited to short term stays. In general, it would have been nice if there was slightly more upkeep/ freshening up of the place (particularly in the kitchen) but that was our only real gripe. Similarly, the furniture, despite being pretty, was not very functional, especially in the twin room and kitchen (which could benefit from a little revamp and restock of supplies like more cooking apparatus and better washing up facilities). But as we were only there for 3 days, it didn’t bother us much and instead we ate out for every meal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment. Great location, authentic design, responsive host and beautiful views.

Si estás por reservar, no lo dudes más, reserva y quedate en este apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, la vista de ensueño, lastima que vas a querer quedarte mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no vas a querer salir a pasear por las calles de Atenas. Sin duda no exagero la vista de día es hermosa, pero de noche vas a sorprender. Si estás por tomar la decisión no dudes más y reserva con John. Sino lo haces te vas arrepentir, haceme caso, reserva ya y disfruta de una vista única.

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio of the Acropolis is magnificent, especially at night. The apartment is clean and nice. The neighborhood was quiet with an easy walk to the sights. The host provided us with many recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We accidentally broke the glass shower door and he was so gracious and understanding while concerned that no one was hurt. The massage chair was a welcome reprieve after walking around town. Great apartment and amazing host!

apartment was clean and well maintained. Yannis went out of his way to set us up with transportation from the airport to his apartment. and then again from the apartment to the port for our cruise. Very helpful. would definitely stay here again. lots of stuff to see locally.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

Zhana was one of the best hosts we’ve had the pleasure of using through this platform. She was extremely helpful and always responsive to any questions we had. Regarding the apartment, it looks better in person than in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but close to many restaurants and the metro which gets you anywhere you need to go in Athens. The patio was a favourite of ours, having such a large, private outdoor space in the middle of the city was amazing. Bed was comfy, all appliances and finishes looked nearly new, we had zero issues with this place during our 5 night stay

This apartment was perfect for us! The high ratings are not only for the apartment, but for the best host I’ve ever had. Alexandra was so proactive and eager to make our stay easy and enjoyable. She has a great list of local restaurant recommendations. I gladly accepted Alexandra’s offer to arrange transportation for our arrival (from a ferry) and departure (to the airport). This assistance really reduced the stress for me and I can’t thank her enough for that help. The apartment is as described and had everything we needed to feel at home. The view of Acropolis is amazing! The location is safe and peaceful at night. We walked everywhere while there…only about 10 minutes to get to the Acropolis area surrounded by shops and restaurants. I highly recommend Alexandra’s place…especially for a family looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay while in Athens.
