Holiday rentals with a patio in Cordova

I really enjoyed my time at this unit! I felt right at home! It looks just like the pictures. The layout of the unit was perfect. I loved the view from the window. It was my first time visiting Cebu city coming from the US and it was just what I needed. I was truly able to rest and have some alone time from all the hustle & bustle. The location is quite convenient as well as it's not too far from Ayala Center Cebu, I suggest getting an "Angkas" or motorcycle ride. I had a minor issue but Miss Jean was very quick to response and she genuinely cared that I felt comfortable during my stay! Amazing host and cozy unit. I highly recommend you book this place!!

Great place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to restaurants and a supermarket, and there’s beach access for only 375. The place is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive and accommodating. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a big plus—I’ll definitely bring my fur baby next time! Would absolutely stay here again.

8 Newton hotel is a great place to stay! It was a cozy room for four. Clean bathroom, kitchen, living room, beautiful balcony, and nice bedroom. There was just a bit of noise from the Pasigarbo festival parade but not that distracting. Overall, the place is pleasantly nice and clean, the concierge is accommodating, instructions are timely, and the host is helpful and responsive. Thank you!

This might just be the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in so far. The location is peaceful, and I really appreciate how the locals and tourists blend so well in the area. It actually reminded me of where I stayed in Hong Kong last year, which I also loved. The room smells fresh and clean, and I thought the “honesty store” was a brilliant touch! Just make sure to list what you take and settle your payment afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely book again. The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

We had a great time here and at Tambuli! The place was clean, and having water included was very helpful. The host was responsive for queries and we had a smooth check-in. Will stay again here when we'll go back for a staycation. :)

The unit was in a convenient location and matched the photos in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly to messages. Although we had issues with the toilet as the flush won't work. Overall, our stay was great!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

Warm ontvangst, een fantastisch huisje, alles schoon, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. ‘In de bergen’ dus een perfecte plek om van alle drukte uit de stad te ontsnappen. Auto huur is wel noodzakelijk voor deze locatie. Wij hadden dit niet de eerste dag maar wij werden geweldig geholpen met vervoer en alles werd goed gecommuniceerd hoe wij het beste konden reizen vanaf het vliegveld

The unit was as described and very cozy. Comfortable bed and good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue that she helped me work out and was very accommodating with. I would stay here again but the neighbours were extremely noisy, so keep that in mind. Nothing the host can do about that though.

We celebrated my beat friend’s intimate bridal at Maam Lala’s place. The place is so huge, clean, and well maintained, plus stunning view. Maam Lala is a great host, one chat away if we have needs especially Ms. Mhy for being so accommodating. Thank you so much maam! and we really enjoy our memorable stay:)

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The location is convenient. Stores are available outside the compound. However, be prepared for daily traffic congestion when heading out, which can affect travel times. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and the host was responsive and helpful 😊
