it was a beautiful stay again here I already have my new place once I am returning back to Cebu for the price the Appartement is really nice thank you again

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

the house is absolutely stunning 😍 we love it and would definitely come back again. only thing is we are 7pax but they only have I think 2 or 3 plates,not enough mugs and only 1 cup for the water. but she explained to me what happened other customer take things home with them which is absolutely disgusting not the owner fault. I absolutely recommend this place to stay with your family. ❤️

A clean and tidy accommodation. It is located close to the downtown area. There is a 24-hour water vending machine on the first floor of the accommodation, and there is also a small mart, making it convenient to purchase daily necessities. The friendly and kind host👍👍 provides quick responses.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das Preis Leistungsverhähltniss war super. Der Host war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu Fuß zu unternehmen und es ist nah an Mactan Newton. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ich so noch in keiner Unterkunft gesehen habe und ebenfalls ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen!

me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

From the moment we arrived, the host was warm, kind, and truly accommodating — I knew I made the right choice. The space was spotless, cozy, and fresh-smelling, making us feel at home even away from home. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to rest. One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. Thank you so much to the host for making our stay special. Everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay in Cebu, this is the one. A heartfelt 5 out of 5. The view was fantastic! Host communicates well and attended to our needs. The TV, sound system, and wifi was great as well. Kitchen was well equipped. CR was clean. Recommended place for private events.

We had a very cozy stay at Paul Vincent’s place. We really like the unit. It was convenient, accessible and spacious enough for the 9 of us. The overall ambiance and amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended👍👍

We stayed here for a month and had a great experience. The home is located in a quiet local neighborhood and, while smaller than expected, it had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. There are plenty of small stores along the road, and we enjoyed trying different Filipino snacks just a short walk away. A nice café and a convenient store are only two minutes from the house, and there’s an excellent local barbershop right next to them. I recommend this home.

Boss G's place is the best value for money ratio that I'm been to. If I had a ranking of the Airbnbs that I've been to, this place would easily rank at the top 5 for it's value for money! The place is a complete home with silent neighborhood, perfect if you want a staycation away from the bustle of the city. The honesty store was the icing on top for us because it made us feel welcome and trusted! We'll surely come back and stay for longer next time!

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

학교 내 주택가가 위치해있으며 2중으로 24시간 내내 경비원이 계십니다. 정문 안으로 외부인의 출입 관리가 철저해 매우 안전한 느낌을 받았습니다 :) 막탄 내에 위치해있어 그랩으로 이동하기 좋았습니다. 1층은 샤워하기엔 수압이 조금 약해 2층에서 샤워했으며, 샤워기 호수가 없어 필터 사용은 불가했습니다 ! 그래도 수질은 전혀 문제가 없었습니다 :D 정말 깨끗하고 안전하고 만족스러운 숙소였습니다 ❤️ 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다. 감사합니다 🍀
